Blimmin Nora. I just reached out to AE CS to ask why my SBTM kit hasn’t left yet and the manager tells me that basically my package isn’t eligible for tracking and then tells me in the next sentence to keep an eye on my tracking. I am investigating this interaction-- as well as the status of your package. Thank you. I understand that I do need to wait for my package to be considered lost, and it is probably just the tracking playing up, it can be intermittent. I can be patient for the package (providing it’s been shipped but the tracking does say otherwise) But in amongst all of that, it did feel like canned, pre-typed responses and that the person wasn’t actually reading their replies to me. |

I got a package today......wait for it......a bubble mailer with the plastic envelope for last month's story kit. I'm supposed to get my sbtm kit tomorrow so why it couldn't have been sent with that I don't know. Great that Ali is honoring her promise. When last mths story kits got sent out in a brown paper bag she said they would be sending an envelope. I honestly didn't expect to get mine as I only subbed for 1 mth. Odd they didn’t ship together, I got all 3 of my subs + the extra envelope in one mailer. |

My tracking has updated and my parcel is still in the States. I’m furious because it looks like it wasn’t even ‘recieved’ until today. So it sat in one place for over a week. Sigh! At least the tracking is updating now. |

peachiceteas Same thing here. I contacted AE customer service and they said my parcel was moving even though the tracking didn't show that. It takes more days to get to me lately, so obviously it's not moving until it shows on the UPS website. Frustrating.

I'm convinced my order is not shipped by weight but rather by whomever puts the sticker on the package. I always have 2 stickers on my envelope and I don't know why. One is stuck neatly on top of the other. I've been tracking the way my items have shipped and the weight of each. There is no consistency with the shipping. A heavier envelope with more items in it doesn't mean it will ship First Class and vice versa with a lighter envelope. The only thing in common is the size of the package. I guess some months I get lucky and have it delivered in 2-3 days and other months, 9-11 days. I just wonder if double postage is being charged since there are double postage labels on the envelope. Maybe it just depends on which sticker is put on top - one for First Class mail and the other one is for UPS Mail Innovations....I guess??? I just don't know but I definitely have two stickers each month. I rather pay postage myself and always have it shipped First class mail than deal with UPS Mail Innovations for "Free". Mine is that way too. 2 labels. I bet the system prints one and at the end someone puts it on a scale and prints the postage label I've asked a few times if I can pay to have First Class each time and have been told the system can't do that...but it can for SC so I'm always a bit confused by that. |

I love AE but one of the main reasons I stopped subscribing to the kits was the length of time they were taking to get to me. I'm in Canada, near a major urban centre - and kits were taking close to four weeks to get to me by the end of my time subscribing with them. When I order other items from the States, delivery takes roughly a week to a week and a half. I'm really not sure what sort of mail system they had going on (which I realize is an SC thing) but I found it really odd and not worth the wait given what I was paying.

For the love of polka dots.... anyone see the IG story with the polka dot album!? Going to assume it is for WITL since it has a small spine... which I don't do, but man I love me some petite polka dots 😍

I think the only project she still releases the small spine on is One Little Word (although in my opinion it needs the wider spine too). I don't recognize that album and I watched the story without sound, but it seems out of place to be new? The rest of what she showed was older products, so it was odd to slip one new thing in there.... I wonder what it could be?
I'm hoping for a regular shop release soon... I was disappointed there wasn't a winter one, but I guess December Daily was enough "new stuff" for one season... so hopefully spring!

I turned up the sound for a change since it was an SC warehouse story (and I'd love to know wtf goes on in that warehouse!) and it seemed like AE implied that the little polka dot albums were for a new project. I think she said she couldn't talk right now about what will go in them but it was something new coming up. They did look very little (both the albums and the polka dots!) I wasn't even sure they were 6x8 size. They seemed more like that half-letter size, but I don't know... scale is tricky. |

Well Ali sure looks right at home doing jumping jacks with the cheer squad at Inked. So many of us have contacted Ali directly with legitimate complaints about Inked. Guess it all fell on deaf ears. Looks like nothing will change until Ali is finally the one April screws over.

The About Me album is a good guess too nicolep ... my guess is that if that is it it would come with a class. Or something having to do with health & wellness... like a class/album to document your health/wellness journey (but she'd have to distinguish it from OLW enough). Or new products to create "story albums" for people who use their story kits that way. |
