Not impressed with the "subscribers sale" from the November! Just checked my order status online and 95% of what I ordered was not shipped with my order. I have a refund but good grief get your inventory system in order!

When I look at my order, I see I am getting the kits I would normally get and then ALL NINE add ons I purchased now have the sale price crossed out and say 0.00. What the hell? Especially because according to the website, when the sale closed a couple of those things were still in stock?! Am I seriously receiving none of those things even though I logged on immediately for the sale? |

All of my items were marked down to a few cents or were free. They sent out an email about it a few days ago saying there was an error and they were fixing it so you will end up being charged a second time for the difference. |

They’re having a problem with sales orders. I also got the 0.0 price on everything, but was then charged later for what it was supposed to be.
The exact same thing happened with the add-ons at SC this month. I was charged the DK price, then all my same add-ons were showing 0.0. Later I got the email about the oops and was charged accurately for the addons separately. Everything arrived together in the same package, nothing was out of stock.

But does that mean I'll get the stuff I ordered? I believe you will get the stuff you ordered. All my stuff was in my cart. I got charged weird. Then charged again for what it was supposed to be. My order (scrapbook sub plus new wander kit sub and the sale stuff) says shipped and it's on the way. I did the math and it works out. |

Got an email about past story kits for sale today.
I need attachers and forgot to add them to my last order. So since I have to pay for shipping anyway...
Does anyone remember if they do a black friday or cyber monday sale?
If so, I will wait just in case. There is nothing in my cart that I'm worried will sell out.

My stuff arrived today. Scrapbook kit, new sub to Wander kit, and some stuff from the sale.
I never get a shipping notice. I just had checked my account one day and saw it said shipped.
I'm a 7-hour drive from KY but my stuff is usually the last to arrive so this was a nice surprise.
I got one of each of the $1 sale mystery packs. While I got another pack of rubber embellishments from a couple of DD's ago, I also got a set of 3 chipboard sheets (for $1). That was nice. I got a sheet of word stickers, black hearts, and another sheet of chipboard that I don't remember. Oh, also, a sheet of chipboard ampersands. I don't usually use those so I'm going to have to seek out some inspiration.
The tag kit is great. I pulled out quite a few things I will use in my DD this year as some of the colors are a good match.
I love the Wander kit. Can't wait for some travels. The colors are like nothing I've ever used before in my travel albums and I'm loving it.
I got some black and white alphas in the sale, some rainbow stuff, and a couple of things I thought would be good for October Daily next year. Pretty happy with my sale items.
I picked up fabric rainbows (yellow and red spectrum) and they are tiny. I had no idea but they will get used. They're unique.
Also, I sometimes get my packages in the mail even if my account says "active" and not shipped.

I seriously think they strap your package to someone's back who then crawls it to your address. I placed my DD order within 15 mins of the sale going live. That was 31 Aug (I think?). I watched numerous peas post about receiving their orders. I came home from work on 03Nov to find it sitting on my doorstep. Yep! 31Aug to 03Nov to travel from Ali Edwards (location?) to Pgh, PA!I Whatever I buy from her I try to keep in mind that it's gong to be forever before I receive anything. I've noticed, for me, the fastest shipping seems to be roughly 10 days past shipping notice. shrug Hope everyone gets their items soon. |

DD items didn’t start shipping until October and they sent out international orders first (I’m not sure where you are located). I’m about 8 hours from the warehouse and it’s still saying that my Wander kit hasn’t even shipped yet. Ugh. |

While I was doing a customer service chat to ask about something unrelated I checked on those. The rep just did the spiel that they are very busy blah blah coming as fast as they can thanks for your patience. I think it’s crazy that orders are that outstanding and they continue to have big sales like yesterday’s album one - I mean those aren’t shipping until like Christmas! |

It reminds me of menstrual product packaging. Same for my Wander kit (and everything else) -- my order says active, and I live only one state over. As long as I eventually get everything, I'll be OK, though. I'm more irritated with AE about the lack of Creative Team. Last year's December Daily inspiration was FABULOUS!!! They had a regular CT and a December Daily CT. This year, there have been a few good ideas in the Product Play class, but most days have been pretty lame. They spoiled me last year. I'll probably not get it next year, unless they bring back the CTs, but I don't see that happening. |

Ugh butterflies again?! Stale. I’m leaning toward skipping this project and class for 2023. I barely kept up with the class this year. Plus I’m adding DD so maybe a good time to let this one go. We’ll see.
When are they going to share the changes to next years subs? I’d like to know before I get charged.

Since this is the fourth kit of the year, you will just get this kit and you will have to sign up again next year. The way it works is that when you buy one quarterly kit, you are subscribed for all the rest of the kits for that year. |

Some are really good and some are… sorry, but pretty bad. I'm in the same boat. I got it for free so I can't complain. I agree. Some of the lessons have been ... interesting. I think it's like buying a kit or a whole line of something. You are never going to like every single item. So you have to look at the cost and see if the items that you want justify the whole cost. So far I'm at %50 with the lessons. I've really liked some and have been very inspired. I've added lots of ideas to my list. Then others, not so much. There was also a lot of excitement early on and people were posting their images all over. That has settled down a lot. I think I would have been disappointed if I had paid and then the content was out there for free. I can figure out how to do most things just by looking at them but I have actually learned quite a lot by watching the videos -- tips and tricks I wouldn't have thought of that make things easier (or just make sense). Shu-Wen's lesson has been the absolute star and was like 4 lessons rolled into one. Great value there (for ACOT as well as I went and bought lots of the supplies she used. HA!!). |
