This makes me wonder if anyone has tried using the coupon code before now! LOL I did tell them I wasn't the only one having problems  They must have done something to enable the code to work after I contacted them. I was looking to add a couple of the digital alpha stamps as well. It's what I promised myself when I decided I couldn't justify paying for the actual stamps: "I can always get it digitally." |

I have this one, but I haven't used it yet. I won't have a chance to play in my craft room until later this week, but I can try to stamp a few things and share them if you're still interested! Any letters/words you specifically want to see? I bought the stamp set but haven't used it yet. I'll try to stamp some examples today or tomorrow and post them for you! Thanks to you both! I saw this and thought the same. There was one kit I wanted that was 50% off but then I had to add it to my box and pay $12.95 shipping instead of just buying it outright so I said nope. I'm not buying any other DD stuff so paying $13 to ship something that would probably cost $6 to ship. On a different note, I'm really enjoying Ali's series on Youtube about the facts and feelings kit. I won't be buying the kit but just going through and explaining her process for facts and feelings journaling has been really insightful. My journaling is very much facts only (if I journal at all) and this is helping me think outside my journaling style and want to get some feelings in there. |

I don't hate that bright pink although it's not my favourite colour. I have this kit (picked up in a previous sale) and, as someone who does *not* like much pink, esp in Christmas collections, I will say that the pink embellishments can easily be used in non-Christmas layouts. Eg, the chipboard pink heart, “let’s stay in”, fabric pink presents, etc. I pulled them out and added to my birthday and everyday stash). And the cards are reversible, with grid on the back of the 6x8 papers. Also, this older kit is a better value in terms of product compared to this year’s Paislee Press kit, which was pretty light in my opinion. The half-price sale makes it a very good deal (esp if you can add to your DD box and not pay extra shipping). |

Peer pressure at its finest, I’m just trying to get the biggest box I can to make them pay more than the $30 shipping I’ve already paid. So far I’m at 4 albums (picked up the black ones for my sons albums for next year as well as the two 6x8 Christmas ones this year as I liked them both) and a lot of smaller items like numbers, chipboard etc

I subbed for 2 years, barely used anything. Sold those kits. Now I buy when the kit appeals to me…but still haven’t used them. Including them in my monthly Project Life doesn’t work. I think I need to reassess my approach. So if you just up your kits and they are separate from PL, tell your secrets please!!

I’ve started to use them in an album where I’m scrapping my old photos so I can take my time and really match the photos to the cards and themes to stories 😁 I’ll let you know how I go, so far I’m Collecting a lot of ideas from Pinterest as I don’t subscribe or have access to the classes as I don’t have a credit card. Still have about seven kits I’m looking to purchase if any peas have some older ae kits (roots, black and white, connect) |

I skipped the "hobby" kit, for example, simply because I don't like the word. I spend my time doing things I enjoy--reading, writing, yoga, walking, meditating--but I consider these activities to be practices rather than hobbies. Scrapbooking and cardmaking are my hobbies, but I've already scrapbooked about scrapbooking, and it seems way too meta to keep doing this. I'll be taking a break from the story kit sub this coming year, but I will probably pick up a few of the digital versions here and there. I very much enjoy lasteve1's organization process, and I'm going to try to keep a notebook of ideas using the kits I already own. I love planning in my daily life, but I haven't applied the same skills to my scrapbooking. |

Holy plastic, Batman! I finally got around to opening my Oct AE Kits and Oct SC kits and OMG the amount of plastic was insane. Every. Single. Item. was wrapped in plastic. I *get* why they do it, but man. You'd think they could come up with a better way that didn't involve so much trash.
