I bought the main kit, the chipboard and the dimensional stickers. Why? Because I am weak. I didn't buy anything DD 2017 and it nearly killed me. AND I have 2 other untouched WITL kits sitting at home. I am weak. Weak I say.

Customer service chat guy claims my WITL order is actually shipping, but I still doubt that...I'm just nervous that my order will get "lost" because the system thinks the label has been created and that it has shipped.

Can someone explain why the cork 1-10 was included? I don't get why they would be in a WITL kit? It almost fills like a filler to me...something that was leftover from another kit (and yes, these were in another kit before). What am I not understanding? I would have to look, but I think she’s included numbers in several witl kits, but usually 0-9, so I applaud adding the extra one so we could have one and ten. She’s also included numbers either embellishments or stamps in ditl, because I remember being confused as to why it was 0-9 (or 1-10, I don’t recall) and not 1-12 to document time/hours/etc. Another oversight similar to having only 6 of an embellishment type for a seven day project. I don’t generally use the numbers in the witl kit because as mentioned already, I’d rather have it correspond with the date. But I would use them in other projects. |

I didn't purchase the kit because the digital isn't included. That's THE selling point for me.
I also don't like having to zoom over images. Just let me click the image, see it and decide if it's what I think it is. The zoom makes the image blurry and I don't have all day to zoom around section after section to try to figure out what I'm trying to buy. what was the reasoning behind not including the digital kit? It was such a bonus knowing that we could print a new card if we messed up one. SaveSaveWe decided to move this direction this year since we do not include the digital kit with any other physical kit purchases, so we wanted to have some continuity with our project releases. It was also a different dollar amount spent in previous years when the album+ kit were sold together that we could make up for the loss of the digital kit and give it away as a freebie. We cannot logistically pull data correctly for the people who buy a kit + an album separately, especially if people are purchasing these at different times and give them the digital kit on their account. It's a bit hard to explain, because our back end inventory system is complicated. I hope this provides some insight. We are sorry for any frustrations, and we thank you for your support! |

I just saw something IG Stories about the shipping...seems likes something that should be emailed to everyone who placed an order, but that's just me. I got main kit, 3x8 dividers, story card bundle, die cut bundle, and the dimensional adhesive bundle, so those are definitely in stock right now.

Just curious, Which album did you get? 3x8 SaveSaveI watched some unboxing videos from the design team members and some had the 6x8 in their box but those that had the 3x8 said they were still waiting. So I bet the 3x8 is in the shipment they are still waiting on. |

Okay, this kit finally made me register an account after reading along on a few threads for the past couple of months.
I get the story kits and I've bought a few one of things over the past few years, but this was my first time logging on to buy something as it was released. I got the glitch and missed some stuff - whatever. I enjoyed the 'everything's fine on our end' brush off, though.
Overall, I like the kit. I love the hexagons. I want everything in my life to be a hexagon, so this part makes me happy. The colours are good, and there's not too much handwriting which I also like.
But. There are things I just don't get.
Why would you not mention the crazy reduced sale items beforehand? I would have spent way more had I known to scroll down.
Speaking of, not new obviously but FOR THE LOVE OF GOD GET RID OF THE INFINITE SCROLL ON SHOP PAGES. It is the worst and makes shopping on the site such a bad experience. Items reloading in different spots, empty grey boxes where there should be items... why are you making it so hard for me to give you my money?
Why are there sets of six embellishments for a seven day project? I love WITL but I'm not actually going to use the kit for it so this one doesn't really affect me that much but just why? It makes no sense.
Why is there a different colour indicator for sale items but new and sold out items are the same?
Why were some of the 6x8 page protector WITL item and others weren't? I was going to get the ones with one 4x6 on the bottom and two 3x4s on the top, but they weren't 'WITL items'.
Why call it 'dimensional sticker bundle' when one of them is dead flat? Just 'sticker bundle' would have been fine.
I just have a lot of feelings, apparently.
