I understand closing if they weren't making money, but they could have given us some warning. I won't be buying anything from their closing sale and I hope they get stuck with the merchandise.

Those people are a bunch of chickenshits. They knew it would create a major uproar if they gave us notice. They didn't want to deal with all the drama it would create so they chose to take the easy way out and just flip the switch. I'm so glad I never bought anything there either.  |

I didn't buy anything there either, not because I didn't want to but because shipping was way too high and I didn't think it was right that they overcharged it and then you could get a rebate only if you asked! I also agree, biggest hairflip in NSBR history!

It was a real dick move. They could at least have given a weeks' notice and ignored all complaints. But it looks like people aren't having a lot of trouble finding this place. Then again, there are peas that can't go to Trader Joe's without the advice given in 8 different threads, so it may take some a bit longer to get on board. I'm glad there is a new home, I get bored in the afternoons.  |
