I'll be pleased if there's a move to wholesale and wider availability of products but they definitely need some designers to make that happen.

I wonder if the close to the edge etched die lawsuit will affect their new business plan. I’m assuming they are formulating some kind of big change. For years they sold solid dies and then switched over to the open ones. I believe their supplier has been Cheery Lynn who also supplies Hero Arts and many of the big names.

I’m looking for an envelope liner die and saw that they have one for $15. What is the quality of their dies like? I would be using it very often—are they durable? I have their envelope liner die. I like it because it is a solid die. I have had it about a year and use it a lot. I used to use their envelopes but now buy them at Amazon. This die is right for both envelopes. Unless they have changed their supplier I would say it works perfectly. I looked at one from Altenew. It was not solid had a couple of additional dies in the center that I didn’t need and was more expensive. Congrats! You sold me on the envelope liner die, lol. I just ordered it since it was on sale, plus a couple more things. |

I went to my LSS yesterday and saw a PTI sign on the door. When I went in, I asked what was going on. One of the employees said PTI was now going to be sold in scrapbook/stamp stores, and the store in my town was one of the first to do so! I hadn't heard anything about this change in PTI, so I thought I'd share it here and see if anyone else had heard of it.

They announced a new release for May on their blog but no details other than that. Surprising about the LSS.

I'm hoping places like SSS and Ellen Hutson will be stocking PTI, which would make it a lot easier to pick up a couple of items with other stuff, rather than waiting until I have a large enough order to make t worthwhile shipping direct from PTI.

Me too. A couple of years ago I began to see fewer sets I was interested in so putting an $80 order together to get free postage didn’t work. Since most of their design team is gone, their look may be different. I hope they will continue selling cardstock at their current low price. |

I am not surprised Betsy is starting her own company. She is seriously talented and has a huge following. I doubt she will have trouble selling her products! I liked her new company FB page and I'm anxious to see what she comes up with.
Has anyone heard from Erin Lincoln? I love her style and her stamp sets from PTI are some of my favorites.

I think Erin Lincoln announced that she had something like rheumatoid arthritis. Hope I don’t have her mixed up with someone else. She has children and life was becoming challenging is what I remember.
Yes, good for Betsy. I hope she is wildly successful. Although I don’t buy PTI stamps much anymore I follow their forum. People over there were pretty happy.
