genny i agree if someone is smart enough to steal so productively and successful it’s frustrating they won’t put their talents to better use. I’ve seen this kind of thing on my stepfather’s side of the family and it just makes my blood boil. Thank you so much for updating us, and I’ll await the day she is caught and prosecuted.

I am praying for justice. The kids need to let grandpa go to assisted living, but I am sure you know that. He might be happier there, with other people around him during the day. I still admire you so much for all you have done. the beat thing we did for my grandma was assisted living. She didn't feel like she was a burden, she had access to medical care if she needed it, and she got different people to talk to. Now instead of "whose turn is it to be with grandma" it is more "yay! I'm gonna go see grandma" |

I have not read all the comments, but I know some states have elder abuse statutes on their books. Talk to your local District Attorney's office, or the state Attorney General's office.
