It is ok for us the be childish once in a while, but not the person who is supposedly in charge! So true! We know he doesn't pay many of his bills, contractors. he will sue before he thinks of paying... BTW: has anyone else noticed that his kids are more quiet than usual? Ivanka always manages to disappear when the shit hits the fan. Ain’t that the truth? She’s her father’s daughter but her mother clearly instilled some sense in her. I went to her Twitter feed a couple days ago during all the hullabaloo and it was the same gossamer stuff about workforce training and diversity, paid family leave... DTJr is in high dungeon, per usual. Eric is clumsily straddling the two.

I was at the Ronald Reagan presidential library last month. Fantastic museum, first of all. But the thing that struck me the most was how dramatically different the Republican party is now. The party of Ronald Reagan is dead now, and is not good for the country. We should be able to survive, no matter which party is in control. Now, I'm not so sure this country will survive as it is. Yup, yup, yup. Agree on the Reagan Library. The Nixon one is surprisingly good, too. More insightful about his personality/demons than I expected and less whitewashed than I expected.

Rep Eric Swalwell...
“Take this to the bank, @realdonaldtrump: you turn over former U.S. Ambassador @mcfaul to Putin, you can count on me and millions others to swiftly make you an ex-president.”
Another little nugget I missed where Putim want to “question” McFaul and in exchange American officials can “watch” Russians question the 12 Russians indicted for meddling in our election.
This is insane.

She’s calculating and deliberately obtuse.

That is exactly how we felt about the Nixon library. I was surprised how candid the museum was about his flaws.

This is the take I’ve seen on “this Russia thing” from two different people (who aren’t FB friends with one another) on FB in the last 48 hours. One is a longtime conservative Republican and the other presents herself as an Independent. Hillary Clinton colluded with the DNC to cheat Bernie Sanders out of the nomination. Wikileaks posted the emails showing the DNC cheated. Sanders supporters got angry and didn’t vote. Russia might have given Wikileaks the DNC emails. So any Russian meddling was simply Russia letting us know what Hillary did. Duh! They were both so darn proud of themselves for explaining the situation to the rest of us morons. The full indictments are public records. But then, that'd put actual facts on the table for them to consider so I can see why they forego that option. (Sidebar: is that the word? Forego? That looks wrong, sounds right) Anyway, the mental gymnastics ability is strong with this group. X-Men level powers. forego = go before, go first forgo = give up, do without Forgo is how you meant to spell it.

Nah, DTJr has been very busy getting over his divorce by discussing possible future nuptials with ex-Fox Newsperson Kimberly Guilfoyle. I mean, it has been a long 4 months since DTJr and his first wife announced they were divorcing. Apparently, he is more than happy to follow in some of his father’s footsteps.
