But here's the thing...she doesn't have to do Android. She really doesn't...there are lots of apps that are only Android or only IOS.
She does owe her customers an honest answer. The stringing them along that the BIG update is coming to them is the shitty part. Just say you only like IOS. You basically make the app for yourself and your bestie Becky 2.
Stop being so obtuse.

I'm sure there'll be a 46-part story soon explaining why her way is the best way and other people just don't understand all the complexities involved. Oh, and maybe even a podcast episode.

@zingermack. A warning, please. My eyes. How is Becky only 44? Her skin is so damaged, face and chest. My mother who's over 2 decades older doesn't have such deep forehead lines. I know I've said this before in this thread but oh my, it's so bad.

Pale pink pearly lipstick and too much eyeliner makes it seem worse

I have noticed that Becky tends to think is a very small box and perhaps she is only looking at US users for iPhone use. The US is much higher with iPhone usage and is a little less than half. It makes no sense if you're trying to grow you brand, however. Especially for a digital offer. Android is still the bigger player in the US with over 51% vs 45% for iOS. The argument really doesn't hold no matter how you look at it. It's still elitism, both globally and nationally.
See also A Beautiful Mess, but at least they say when they're not developing on Android.

Also, since she started using the Shine cosmetics, she’s been looking much harder and older. Those shiny frosty shades are hard to pull off after a certain age or with sun damage. She looks 44 to me, but I say that as someone who is 55. Your perception is usually based on your own age. Even completely wrinkle free actresses don’t look as young as they think. They look 50 with no wrinkles. Except JLo, but I’m pretty sure she has a painting in her attic.

And I'm in the Mediterranean, granted on the Northern shore but still very sunny. My mother in her mid-sixties does not have these lines. I'm sure of it. I've been cutting her hair this year and seen her forehead up close to get the face-framing layers right ( ahem). Her chest is also nowhere near as damaged as Becky and she sails regularly. She's also thinner than Becky so it's not a matter of fat content. Also paler so it's not a matter of melanin levels. Becky needs to back off the setting powder because it just sits there in her lines. I just want slap moisturiser on my laptop screen when she pops up.

I’m not gonna judge on her skin or wrinkles - we grew up in a time where you slapped baby oil on your skin and laid out in the sun or even went to tanning beds as teenagers - forget about sunBLOCK.
I am, however, always fascinated by Becky and her crew’s eyebrows and freakish over- tweezing/waxing. It looks so unnatural for an eyebrow to start further out the the corner of the eye. I just can’t stop staring at it. Then when the heavy brow makeup/liner is used it just makes it worse. That is something she can correct without surgery or treatment. And yeah, stop with the baby pink lipgloss. It’s not flattering.

Living in Arizona, there is really no escape from the sun. I beg to differ, just a bit. I've lived in AZ for almost 15 years now, and I don't go out in it for long periods of time without a hat, or being covered up. Yes, I do get sunburned sometimes when I'm working out in the yard, but that's my own fault for not putting on sunscreen. For 95% of the time I still have pasty-white Scandinavian skin tones, and I'm thinking that's a good thing for the long-term health of my skin. eta: and 'ow, my eyes!' indeed!! NO, the 'no makeup in your jammies' look is NOT a good one for someone who communicates with their customers in a visual way.

But I don't think the 'pop on stories in your jammies and NO makeup' look does her any favors either. THE BETRAYAL! I thought we had an agreement, @zingermack. Warning, warning, warning!

Becky has been off my radar for a while, but today she shows up all over my IG. She's seriously milking Collin Kartchner's death. How many posts and stories is she gonna do? It's mortifying.

You guys! BP is a coach! She always wanted to be one and now she is! No fancy high-falutin' degrees! Just super-smiley picture (extensions in please) and some good old-fashioned life-altering "coaching" from a rich white lady! Cuz that's how life works...

What the hell is clarity coaching? How to avoid allergies? oh wait, that's Clar-i-TIN... sorry. I like @zingermack 's definition-- rich white lady advice. It sounds kind of like one of those quintessential *joke* schemes-- advertisement: 'I learned how to get rich, and if you pay me $9.99 for my book, you can learn how to get rich, too!' gullible customer: buys book book contents: 'how to get rich: write a book on how to get rich quick, and sell it to people'

Did anyone go check out Becky P's website? The banner photo across the top is just her chest like the photo cuts off right below her chest to the middle of her smile (and most of her face is cropped off). That is just badddd website design... that can't be intentional! ETA: Also... SO. MANY. GRAMMAR ERRORS. AHHHHH

That is just badddd website design... that can't be intentional! ETA: Also... SO. MANY. GRAMMAR ERRORS. AHHHHH I think that might just be the aspect ratio (?) on your computer screen- on mine, the only thing cut off is the top of her head. But the rest of it? yeah. blech. "My worth isn’t something I earn, it is something I AM." What the heck does that mean? and it is BAD grammar. My worth is something I am? I am my worth? what?!? ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- on her 'meet Becky' page: Becky is a New York native turned Arizona desert dweller. (personal peeve, but 'desert dweller' is a phrase I would only use if I was talking about a snake, or a lizard.) She is the co-host of the mega popular Cultivate A Good Life Podcast, with over 1.2 million listens in 53 countries. She loves to curate content (I hate that word-- 'curate' ick) that helps women overcome fear and live with joyful intent. The brand training she received from her work with the Walt Disney Company has made her an expert on brand consistency and corporate culture. I thought she was a Disney princess? (what 'brand' training? not being 'out of character' if you have your costume on?)
She is a cancer survivor, family history enthusiast, mother of four spirited kiddos, writer and avid lover of podcasting. As a speaker, she openly shares about her journey to thrive fearlessly in any of the crazy life throws at us (buzzword babbling- and more bad grammar!) and shares her life on her Instagram (@beckyproudfit). She is passionate about helping people to recognize and cultivate their unique talents. Her message of not allowing fear and self-doubt to hold you hostage has empowered her to maintain a life full of joy (so.many.buzzwords!) throughout challenging trials. eta: the paperback book that's for sale on the 'shop' page is co-authored by her. It has a whole FOUR ratings on Amazon!! Looks like it was self-published in February 2020.

"That said, I understand what it feels like to be afraid and feel small. Or to shrink in when some days take the wind right out of your sails. Really what it feels like is a swift kick to the tenders."

Am I confusing her with someone else, but I thought she was Cinderella?

"Kick to the tenders" is kinda funny, but definitely not something a "professional" coach should have on their site...
I also still feel like Proudfit is a fake name.

Am I confusing her with someone else, but I thought she was Cinderella? you're not confused. I don't know which princess she was, but yeah- she was a Disney Princess. (Disney cast member, right? isn't' that what they call them?) Unless she also did some work in marketing or brand development while she was at Disney that she's keeping secret.

I think Becky Higgins and Becky Proudfit should be confidence coaches. I've never seen two women so confident in their own qualifications as these two. Wow...they've been in 8 degrees of separation of something and they are experts. We've watched them becomes experts at so many things over the last few years-podcasts, marriage retreats, wellness retreats, lip gloss designers, life coaches...I can't even keep it straight anymore. The word in common with all their endeavorers is con artist.
