I cannot imagine in the world of academia applying for a job and flippantly telling a dean that resumes and CVs are dead. I’m all for the rise of the gig economy, creativity and innovation in the workforce, and starting one’s own business, but this drivel REEKS of privilege. Of course as a white male in America it’s easy to preach a gospel of pull-yourself-up-by-the-bootstraps.

Oh Jesus help us all. My daughter insisted on a resume for her first job-the dining hall in her dorm at college. How would anyone know your qualifications without a resume?

It doesn't actually matter to me anymore since she abandoned her PL physical product. Originally, when we were all wanting that separate business IG, it was when PL was still her business. I admit though, I will be curious to see what she identifies as personal and what she identifies as "on brand." I think that line might be a little blurry at times. |

I think she’s losing her sheep and another account is just another branch to reach people. Also, a new account is a clean slate for new people who don’t know what an idiot she is. It makes her super important too.

I read a lot about narcissism as it’s deeply affected my life and Becky is simply creating a new “mask”. We’ve peeked under her mask so we no longer matter to her. She’s grooming a fresh supply.

Wanna bet how much she'll total the follower numbers for all of these accounts when drafting a project about how large an audience she reaches on social media? Such a typical BS strategy when trying to land a partnership or sponsorship when it's just triple/quadruple-counting her individual followers to appear significantly more important than she actually is.
