Thank you for all the kind words. I know I don't leave many written comments, sorry about that; I've just looked through the last couple of pages of layouts, and they're all so wonderful. The stories, the layouts themselves, such great work  I'm a bit poorly - and my kitchen window leaked all over my craft desk the other day, so we have to get a bit of our roof fixed. I have to leave my computer, Silhouette Mint and Cameo off for a while to make sure they dry out  Fortunately my main workhorse computer is in another room so I can still do something  |

stinkerbelle Amazing LO's! I love how you use patterned paper, it's so bold and gutsy, I admire that! Love Headache, great alphas and papers and that red border is perfection! 21 points, way to go! Throne for my Princess is LUSH!!! I love the old LO too, that bit of ribbon on the top right is fab! Love all the tags and the old alphabets too, awesome stuff! Loving that border so much on Happy, I love that paper! I love the layers of papers too, very lush and a stamped title, way to go!  I love the banners and hearts on Some Kind of Wonderful and the twine bow, so cool! I LOVE Hooray, the papers are amazing and it all looks gert lush it does!  Badass is so cool too, perfect papers, love the cluster at the top and the journalling strips leading down to the cool title, it's fab! I love the mixed media over the cool patterned paper on Play Ball, it's gorgeous! patin love your bold paper choice as well, it works so well and I adore the ribbon and twine, that looks awesome! JaneB so sorry about the leak, what a PITA! Hope the electronics dry out and the roof gets fixed quick.

JaneB ugh, sorry to hear about the leaky roof! hopefully your electronics will dry out and you'll get the rest sorted quickly! kiwigirl love all the DL goodness! i really like the washi borders and big fat nuvo drops  the title is great too! pretty sure i have a piece or two of that chipboard set still hanging about; i loved those jars even though i have a hard time using them. speaking of which, i think you can claim another point for random icons for those?

Why thank you stinkerbelle , I will take another point for random icons! They were definitely random to me when I saw them, I was like jars, with hearts in?  What is that about? I have managed another DT LO and I'm happy with it this time! I wasn't very keen on the kraft bits in the AmyT collection but I decided to make myself use some! Sorry I've been MIA! Love all the work, really really love. Keeping it brief: christinec68 - adore the design on child labour, the 1/2 page/title at the bottom - really strong. Also love all the pps you used on central park picnics but the combinations go really well and aren't overwhelming. kiwigirl - the beer layout is awesome, amazed how you made it work so well and vibrantly without feeling like it's too much. And "partners in crime" is an incredible use of different shapes (circles/squares) and textures patin - love the geometric shapes! That would be such work to figure out which photos go where. So much more interesting than rectangles/squares. stinkerbelle - "headache" - I wanna know the story! I really love the design here, and the title work. "happy" - awesome layering and happy feel to the page. "Baddass" - love the use of the barbed wire and the circular elements and the overall colour scheme with your photo/subject. linda - love the photo block with staggered size photos. |

kitbop not a very exciting story actually one year during homecoming spirit week they had "injured day" so we wound my daughter up with gauze that i sprayed with some mr. huey red mist. i used the same mist to splatter on the page.

Started this one with the kraft challenge in mind, it's only 13 points but it got me into a lot of old scraps  layout lunchmates by kirstendrew, on Flickr And this one started with 1 sheet of Dear Lizzy and the corresponding thickers. You can even see how I pieced together the outer border because it's the backside of the candle paper and I needed the full 12" across the middle... 15 points.  layout birthday torture by kirstendrew, on Flickr |

Love for Page #4- Chinagirl828, I love the the seahorse paper you used on your page & that it didn't overwhelm. JaneB-I love the journaling on your Aug page. your titles always give me a giggle. msliz- I am loving your Disney pages. I like that you didn't always use what we all think of as Disney LO's (red, black & yellow.) KelleeM- I remember praying about your DH's accident & your health. I am so glad it all turned out so happy! Great LO's of your honeymoon. gramma-I love your Cats in Hats. Cute title & nice clean but intricate scrapping. craftykitten- perfect embellies. I didn't know they had hamster ones. MDscrapaholic- Aren't you all the cutest? I particularly love your perfect Nuvo border/ kitbop,- AKA the Cluster Queen & i love the play on words title. linda, great Navy page & the deer page was very interesting. You made the page come alive even without a picture- that story had to be told. nylene- way to memorialize our craft. Great LO And for today's offering from me: Scenes around the Amana colonies. I am taking 5 points for this (my LO's are just not generating many points. I am behind on commenting sorry - it gets a bit daunting when you get too far behind! I am trying to work my way through the challenges now. I did this one for #30 Other Crafts cause I don't do crochet or sewing or anything else, so I made something for my wall instead. I'm putting it in a spoiler cause it's salty - blame stinkerbelle , I stole the words from her hahaha!  And here it is on my wall, it's below the heart  I took 9 points for this one. 1 for a project, 1 for sharing, 1 for #30 Other crafts, 1 for #39 Diet Ketchup (doing #31 from July, Off The Wall), 1 for Aug Stash Challenge - Chipboard Alphabet & Stickers, 1 for #26 Sparkle & Shine (Glitter word is glittery), 1 for #6 Square, 1 for #48 6x6 Paper Pad and 1 for #32 Scraps (there's a black & white border around the paper which was a scrap). I also did challenge #42 Alter or Repurpose as well. I recently went through my herbs & spices and cleared that all out and ended up with this cute tin which had Cajun spices in. It is perfect for housing some arrows on my desk cause they were too big to sit in the little ramekins I have out with bits and bobs in. So I got the washi out and spruced it up a bit.   I'm taking 7 for this. 1 for a project, 1 for sharing, 1 for #42 Alter or Repurpose, 1 for #22 Flowers (the yellow thing on top is an Amy tangerine Faux Suede Flower!), 1 for #25 Washi, 1 for #21 Wood + Metal and 1 for August Stash Challenge - Stickers. |

Can't wait to see it all. Your decorated tin is really cute. That's a great idea to have them all together within arms reach. Linda, you have made some cute baby pages. I love the tiny little embellishments on Playtime. I love the patterned paper on Bathtime that ties the pink and blue together. The little photo turn brings back memories. Is there anything sweeter than a baby snuggling on your chest. This layout makes me baby hungry!! Your calendar makes me sad because we went through lots of trials with DD and her allergies. I hope your DD is doing well now. gramma, I left you love in the gallery. I love your actions shots and that beautiful font you used. Very classy. You have the best fonts. I also love the one on Happy Birthday. Your double layered fonts are amazing! Your action shots on 1,2,3, Jump are so cute. patin , love the graphic style on the bedroom remodel pages! Your bedroom looks beautiful too. Your photos really show the fun had on the white elephant exchange. I love the design on Scenes around the Amana Colonies. stinkerbelle , you're on a roll. I love that you can vary your designs so much and still have terrific pages. kiwigirl ,that chipboard on Partners in Crime, I thought was wood veneer. Great use of it. I'm so far behind in leaving comments now but I've been trying to check it and at least like all the ones I've seen. I'm still kind of in awe at how much more productive everyone seems to be with these challenges. Here's my latest page hitting up a lot of challenges (and using up a lot of PL style cards along with a few 6x6 papers in all the layers). Journaling is in the pockets under the photo and the title.  |
