Great work everyone! I'm short on photos again this week - and inspiration, although kiwigirl did make me smile with her wall gallery piece  I may need that myself!
It's looking like rain all weekend here; my husband has a small gum infection from all the dental work he's having done, so we're battening down the hatches and keeping snug inside.
Since Wednesday I've been organising - fonts mainly. I'm claiming 10 points because overall I've spent about 10-12 hours over these last few days getting fonts into categories and testing them. I often find that organising sparks inspiration, when I see something I had forgotten I had 
I'm going to attempt something creative today, in the hope of banishing the blues and remembering there is good in the world. Yesterday was a very rough day  |

Doing the PageMaps challenge today and I followed this sketch....  I also used a boy collection for a girl LO, luckily I had got some of the Cocoa Vanilla, Boys Rule collection!  Taking 18 for this one. 1 for a LO, 1 for sharing, #2 bugs (butterfly), #5 Gender Bender, #10 Chipboard, #12 Pagemaps Sketch, #14 Trendy (eyelash thread, remember that stuff! Finally found time to take pics and post! August is just flying by and I'm sorely lacking in the scrapping department. You all are knocking it out of the park this month! kiwigirl great sketch and I love your take on it, especially that oversized title. MDscrapaholic love these layouts. The Halloween one is suitably dark and moody and I love the embellishment clustering. Your Disney pages are lovely - my favourite is the Magical memories page on the black background - I love how the bright colours pop. KelleeM fun, happy colour combo. I love the pops of green and that little tassel banner. I really like the page design on your second page too. The blue is the perfect background colour and I love it with the sunny yellow. myboysnme your wedding pages are coming together wonderfully. I really love the vintage style title blocks across the pages and the little details are perfect - the pearl borders on the reception page, the bouquet on the together page, the floral alphas spelling Erin.

Oooh, loving all the layouts. I don't have time to comment on each of them, unfortunately. Just know that I 'oogled' ( KelleeM's green man journaling) each of them noting things so beautiful. MDscrapaholic, I do have to say on Haunting that the first thing I noticed was those adorable little faces in the photo, so happy. The next thing I noticed was the halloween icon's and pattern paper which I thought were perfect. Then I read the journaling, looked at the pumpkin in the photo and LOL IRL. It really tickled me. Gotta love the young kids. |

I really love the vintage style title blocks across the pages I am trying to salvage much of the product I used when I first did the album, so there is lots of Susan Branch, Gifted Line, Frances Meyer, etc. Some of these pages are a blast from the past, but I remove every item from the page, and start over completely! |

More Disney. I'm so sick of looking at these Disney photos at this point, and I think it's showing in my layouts. I'm just not feeling it like I was even a few weeks ago. I'll probably add to some of these plainer ones, and I'll probably re-do the 2 pager completely, but for now, here you go...  Challenges: #6 square,#32 scraps, #29 dies, #33 together, and #36 outline  Challenges: #6 square, #22 flowers, #29 dies, #33 together, and #43 not 4x6  Challenges: #6, square, #7 rectangle, #22 flowers (paper), #26 glitter (paper), #33, together, and #40 black background   I needed to hide 2 other riders with distracting faces, so I made that Aerosmith tag out of some scraps, but it dominates the page. Then I wen't kind of nuts with the circles. I can't decide if I need to throw more on them or take stuff away. What a mess, but for now they'll sit as they are. myboysnme yesterday at Michael’s I found this paper pad on clearance.  This layout, except for black card stock, vellum, the hearts and sequins, is all from the paper. This is the page I used for the mat. I cut the word family out first.  The leaves are cut from another page. I don’t usually buy pads but for $6 each I bought two yesterday.

I am looking forward to going through all the creations I have missed over the past ten days. Keep the Mickey pages comin’ I will need lots of inspiration when I tackle the 400+ photos from our family Orlando trip.
Heading toward home Monday: will be on planes or airports most of the day. Will print one batch of photos on Tuesday before driving home. We will have a house full of guests next weekend, but hope to get some scrapping done after that.
