Linda, your cards turned out so pretty with the embossed vellum. I really like both, but especially the pink one with the addition of the flower. Cute polka dot page about the lock situation in the dorm. I’m glad they found something tasty to do while they waited. I love the design on your Honors page. The stripes down the left side are great, and also that dark line down through them. Very classy. The page about your DD not coming home for the b-day but enjoying it on Facebook made me think of how much I love FaceTime with my grands. When I was a kid, “picture phones” were just someone’s imagination...or something from Dick Tracy. Great page. I wonder how much things will change in her lifetime. Congrats on getting War Paint scrapped so soon. Sweet page. boymom5, that photo is priceless. I left love in the gallery. kitbop, that photo with the baby couldn’t be sweeter. I love the flowers and the bird. Congrats on finishing all of the sketches. This is a beautiful page to end on. grammadee and justjac, you have comments in the gallery. kiwigirl, thanks for linking us to your DT blog after the last round. Please do it again when we can see the full layout. You and your Nuvos have taken me to the dark side. My neighbor brought her box full of Nuvos over for me to try. I now have a bunch in my cart, waiting until some are restocked. I love the colors you have put together on this page. It will be fun to see the whole page. Beautiful work. KelleeM, I love your Autumn page. The 3x4 card with the sentiment is just perfect for this page. I love the papers and colors you used and the cute wooden leaves. Precious page.

There's love in the Gallery for your lovely Christmas page, nylene . alyssam, I love that photo, showing the relationship between those two. I like that your page design and title really focus on that. So sweet. Love that beautiful fall page, KelleeM ! She is a sweetheart, and I love all the autumn details, especially the woodgrain pp and the wood veneer leaves.

@homeshoolmum I love the colours on your Warpaint LO too, and the banners are lush! AussieMeg I stumbled across a store that stocked those Prima bottles the other week and I was so tempted to buy some lol! I loved them too and proudly had them displayed. Then the bottles took up too much room and I wanted to take them to crops so they went into plastic bags instead. Not so pretty! I also remember a girl who would bring all her bottles to crops and set them up on her table in a 'look at me' kind of way! KelleeM wonderful LO! I love the autumn colours and the brown doily looks fabulous, it's all beautiful to go with the gorgeous picture Wow nylene amazing LO, I love the big Christmas tree and the tags with the little doily peeping out and the sequins, it's super lush! Glad you're stocking up on Nuvos! The ones I used on the page yesterday were all glitter ones, the Aquatic Mist and Yellow Bird glitter ones are fab! alyssam your LO is fantastic! Love the anchor paper, great way to use it, I love your layers under the photo and all the lemons it looks amazing! Great work, I will look forward to seeing what you create this month Great cards gmcwife1 I love the embossing with the touches of sparkle on, very pretty

It's just the first week of October and y'all are just hopping! Already on page 5 and I haven't posted a thing yet! I've done 5 layouts so far but only posted two. Three of them are of my young grands and have too much personal info on them to post. Sorry. I did take points for doing them though. Sketchtember Day 18 October Scraplift Can you tell I'm loving all the orange I'm using?

This is a layout of my son, who would have made a very pretty little girl. The poor boy had to suffer the indignity of being dressed up in his big sister's clothes on more than one occasion (as did my brother when we were kids). I don't think he minded, and he also used to wear nail polish to pre-school quite often.
I used the Monkey Love kit by Day Dreams 'n Designs for this LO. Points: 1 for LO, 1 for sharing, #2 Boo (girly colours on boy page), #18 stitching, #20 flowers, #38 Nuvo dots, #41 bling (gems in each flower), #43 ribbon, #53 glitter = 9 I've claimed points for (digital) Nuvo dots for the little dots around the ring. They started off as Nuvo dots but when I added glitter to them they kinda didn't look like Nuvos anymore, but I'm still going to claim the points - they took me forever!

MDscrapaholic, I love those fall colours and all the shapes, and patterns (especially the plaid) and leaves. Did you stamp the leaves on the left panel in "I Love Today"? Love the layering and that you mixed it up with a circle on the first page. Also love the mix of old and new product. I think I need to dig out one of those leafy trees. And AussieMeg, she DOES look like she feels pretty. I love those photos, and how you blocked them, but mixed up sizes and then used the glam circles to frame them. A pretty page for a pretty young lady!

They were free stamps I received from Gina K Designs when I placed my order for the wreath builder set. I've used them several times already. (I don't usually stamp on a layout, so that was a little out of my comfort zone but I think it turned out okay!)

And AussieMeg , she DOES look like she feels pretty. I love those photos, and how you blocked them, but mixed up sizes and then used the glam circles to frame them. A pretty page for a pretty young lady! Thank you, except it's my SON! But I agree, he does look pretty! And when he got a bit older and his curls came in, he probably could have passed for Shirley Temple. WHY didn't I dress him up like Shirley Temple?!?! THAT would have made a great layout. ETA: I went back and added some text to my post about it being my son. Otherwise I won't get the points for doing girlie colours on a boy page!
