I will kick it off with a link to my DT blog post and the LOs I made in September using the Vicki Boutin Field Notes collection. I loved the collection and didn't even need to break into the papers to do 5 LOs, the embellishments, especially the Ephemera packs were enough for me! I am continuing to use this collection for my November 1st post so I will be posting sneaks this month of my next set of LOs here, I am using the papers this month. |

KikiPea love your page!! the layering and clustering, journaling on the lined background, the fun colors the #$%@ tag in the title, all of it just rocks!! grammadee what a cute card! love the stars but the little squirrel does it for me. i love that he's holding a bouquet of branches  and the puffy snow is awesome! love your fun gold friends LO, how you journalled on the photo and kept it simple for the photo to shine

kiwigirl - LOVE LOVE LOVE all your layouts! Vicky Boutin can thank you because seeing what you did makes me want to pick up some of her items. linda - super cute card!!! I love the little bear and the banners! KikiPea - Love it!! You are a master at clustering embellishments! There's lots to look at but the photo still stands out. grammadee - soooo cute! The little critter with foliage is adorable! I love the word art on your layout and that background paper is gorgeous!

linda @galew - cutie animals! Good for you for attacking card-tober right away! grammadee - great use of the tags, very pretty background. And well done on rainbow texture paste! KikiPea - thanks for the real life LO! I love the hard striped paper with the softer fussy cut flowers on top. kiwigirl - stunning array. My favourite are the doodled borders, especially the scalloped one where you added nuvos. And of course your amazing colours and mixed media and watercolour effects and EVERYTHING!

I made a card, but since it is for a Pea, I can't share it yet. It earned points for a project, Cardtober, Mix it up, Rock those Rectangles, Get your glitter on, and Impression = 6 points This is my first layout for the Layout a Day challenge I'm doing. The stars on stars really make an impact and I love the photo grid and tiny hearts sprinkled about! freeatlast your birthday card is beautiful!! I love those sparkly mountains and the sunrise effect on the background. really gorgeous! justjac I love that you added the origami to your page, that’s seriously cool!

grammadee looks like we were posting at the same time love the fun pop out santa, especially the doily “rug” and fun garland of branches on the mantle! Your LO is beautiful! Love the various floral/foliage prints, the sunflower diecut and that bit of paint to match the sky. Very pretty indeed!

Linda What a cute bear card for the first Cardtober challenge! I love all the soft colours with just that pop of darker brown in the foreground. I hope you signed the card with "bear hugs"... 
KikiPea ALL the sass! Everything is so fun about this LO: the face you're pulling in the photo, the colours mixed in with the striking black and white elements, the phrases, the "uneven" paper layers, the read-between-the-lines journaling.
grammadee (Happy Holidays card) Such a lovely little Christmas card. That little squirrel with pine branches is making me smile. I really like the "sunburst" of stars, too.
grammadee (Old friends, gold friends) First of all, congratulations on getting the Sketchtember challenges all (or almost) done! That is some serious work and dedication. This LO is so pretty. That background paper is making my heart swoon. The little pops of dimensional gold really give it a classy vibe as well. All the muted tones come together beautifully (and coral is always such a nice colour with black and white).
gale w Be still, my heart. Oh, that bunny! THAT BUNNY. I'm a little bit in love. Absolutely beautiful card with the most adorable of all critters (I'm a little biased, maybe  ). Did you work with Distress Oxide for the sky? I am also digging the green shade you used for the row of pine trees in the background.
woodysbetty What a great idea to use the Jeep's colours and inverse them for the layout. All that black with pops of red works so well for these photos and memories documented. I really like the contrast between the geometric elements you've used (white stars vs black lines in the title). That strip of black pattern paper with white dots helps give the page so much energy. What an eye for detail!
freeatlast Love the simplicity and peaceful vibes of your card. This is such a pretty card for a hiking trail/nature lover. Grey has a bit of a poor reputation but it always makes for a chic statement. Well done!
justjac What a pretty layout. I'm loving all the night sky references with pops of gold (my astronomy-loving soul has been awakened ). That contrast with the white/cream background of the photo, white/cream crane and white/cream ephemera works so well. I'm going to go ahead and say you qualify for an extra point with this for the Back in Black challenge since the majority of the non-photo/ephemera of your layout is black! Go ahead and add it to your total.
