Right now, there is a taser in it. I carry the taser when I walk my little dog. I once had a huge barking dog run at us while walking in the park. I grabbed my dog and held him over my head and yelled at the dog to get back. I figure the freaky noise the taser makes will stop a dog from getting too close. At least I hope so.

2 worry stones and a crystal that my husband gave me when I was sick. I carried them with me through medical tests and today I carry them to remind me of what I can overcome. A challenge coin. Because once you have been given a challenge coin you need to carry it on you always.

Probably a cat turd, and some dirty paper towel. Our chipin is nesting with anticipation for Christmas. She's a rescue that had a long hard road finding her way home, and she is stashing "special gifts" for everyone. She's been with us for a year since Thanksgiving, and the tree and stockings memory from last year, is not lost on her.

A beautiful bee ring with a honeycomb band that dh bought for me at the Victoria and Albert museum in London. It's in my purse because I took it off at Home Depot to help lug bags of concrete.

An insulin reservoir for my insulin pump. When the reservoir is low enough that I need to change it out of my pump it usually has a little insulin in it still. I find these are good to carry with me with a syringe in case myou pump stops working.

a tube of "stuff" that if you rub on Bakelite it turns a certain color. I don't even go out of my way to find Bakelite stuff but someone suggested this stuff, had a tube to give and it's there just in case. along with my tape measure.
Also a piece of layers of hard auto paint from the old American Motors plant in Kenosha WI. My Dad worked there on maintenance and picked it off machinery and made my mom jewelry out of it. It is layers and layers of different colored (think of 70s car colors) over sprayed auto paint that landed on surrounding stuff on line. It kind of reminds me of layers of colored desert rock or sand. Oddly pretty.
This piece is oblong and curved that must have come off a spray line/hose as the curve hugs a finger perfectly. I've been meaning to make a ring out of it which is why it's in purse- to find ring part.
It was in my Mom's stuff when she died. One piece my DD already has as a necklace and another curved piece is heart shaped that is for DS to make a key chain. There are earrings too.

I offered the preschool $$$for one of the easels. And there is a clipboard at the dump that they use for you to sign a receipt, I so want it.

My coffee table is a little antique rectangle-ish drop leaf table that a old (80s?) lady donated for a local church garage sale. It has layers and layers of paint on it and she thought she would help by sanding it to bare wood to sell better/look better. She gave up after working somewhat on the top. Because of that they thought it was "junk" and put a low price on it ($5- I think) I love it as is. Legs and little side drop-leafs are a sage-y chipping green and the top is some bare wood and layers/splotches of greens, white and red paints. One mans junk... I just oil it every once in a while and smile as I do.

Training materials from my voluntary job. This includes a list of questions we should ask people who are suicidal. My dog's inoculation records that I need to take to the vet for updating. (Thankfully I have removed the photo of his diseased colon that I carried around for far too long. ![](//storage.proboards.com/5645536/images/Ivm7lm0DayrhoRpwvCeH.jpg) ) A Czech coin that I was given as change somewhere.

The layered auto paint is known as Fordite - making jewellery from it is quite a big thing (my Mum is a hobbyist silversmith and has made a couple of pieces with it). A āsmellyā which is a scented kidās lip smacker lip gloss in a grape super fruity āflavor.ā When kids in my class are doing something great I swipe a bit on the top of their hands and we call it a āsuper smelly.ā
I realized it was in my purse the other day when I was trying to find my Burtās Bees chapstick and almost accidentally put it in my lips! I would have had some sort of infection from all the germs on it for sure! Lol š

Sorry to disappoint but I too have a hospital mask. I was changing purses yesterday and I had one in the purse I was moving to as well. Both are in ziploc baggies in a zipped compartment just in case I need them. I carry them because I wear one when I have a cold and sometimes I wear one if we take a walk and it is especially cold out. It may look silly but I don't care.

The other day I had a handful of McDonald straws. I pick them up for my husband cause he is a straw snob. So we always pick up extra's for him. Funny thing is that I have to have my bag inspected before going into work and the officer searched my bag he looked up at me and said I won for the month for the weirdest thing..
