I’ve stsrted my weekend. I sent off pictures to be printed for my lighthouse book those should be ready for luck up on my way home Monday
And I scrap shopped.

Looks like we're around 40 participants so far, yay! Anyone in the mood to scrap along in March is welcome to add their name to the list. Everybody working on any project is welcome. You do not have to be working on scrappy stuff (all crafts welcome). You do not have to list or share what you'll be working on. You do not have to attend all weekend long. This is just a fun way to get our scrappy and crafty juices flowin' and enjoy some time together as we inspire, motivate each other (and gossip). 😉
I have sent out a message to all the GS crop participants who expressed interest in the memento card and/or French scrap paper sampler. With Flickr rules having changed this year, and maybe participation in this crop from people who may not have shared photos of their creations here before, hopefully we can work out the details before the crop begins. Update: almost finished printing off all the addresses for the crop memento cards tonight! Just a few more to go tomorrow morning (ran out of envelopes  ) and off to the post office with them! |

Girl, it's been ALL THE DRAMA at Booty's. Seriously. My mother went from not having fully recovered yet from an accident in late August into another one two weeks ago. Bedridden, cast, the whole shebang. I've been going back and forth several times a week to help out and I'm wiped out. Getting home past 11PM (and then back up at 6AM), cleaning a far too large house with several cats in it when I'm seriously allergic to them (haven't been able to wear mascara or taste a thing for 10 days straight), trying to talk some sense into that woman (twice as stubborn as I was at my worst when I was a teen). Major ugh.
Anyhoo, I'm still alive(?). I think. I look forward to quieter times. Eventually. I feel like my mother is going to be the final reason I never have kids. 
I laugh, I laugh. But my itchy eyes, lack of sleep and wheezing lungs are screaming for some alone time. Six more weeks to go. *deep breaths* *through the mouth* *the nose airways are still MIA*

sleepingbooty, ugh. You're a good daughter. My mom has a fur coat that I'm allergic to that she stores in the closet of her guest room. If I had to stay there overnight I'd go crazy. I'd probably claw my eyes out. Hugs, and good drugs
