Linda, you have been a scrappin’ storm! Love the pop of bright pink mat that highlights the photo block in Tomb Cookies. Love all the cute little bunnies on the Easter pages, especially the yummy little one on the plate. Care to share how that was made? The Mama Made page just shouts out Spring! Sweet photo, lovely colours, cute butterfly. Navy was the perfect background for your festive Happy Birthday page. It supports all the other colours really well. Love the different colour choices for your college pages. Are those her school colours in UCF? The butterfly page is so soft and feminine in contrast. Thanks grammadee - the bunny cake was made by my best friend - it was her Easter tradition. She made the cake from scratch not a mix but I think this has the directions for shaping it www.bettycrocker.com/recipes/easter-bunny-cake/b8af0f55-67d5-4fb0-aaec-ab11ff5df7e3and yes, black and gold are DD18's college colours and I thought perfect for a first day of semester pic.

justjac - great use of the photos to lead the eye through "circus monkeys", but breaking them up with frames and embellies - it's fab. And your card is so pretty! Did you gesso/white out the centre for the title? No. I bought the 4x6 card pad that Prima included in the collection. I just trimmed off the rounded corners, matted it, and stuck on my greeting and flowers. Easy, peasy.

Wow, I am gone for a few days and we are already on page 4? I ended up working 4 1/2 days this week, not my plan for next week! I still need to finish up my tax info and get it to the accountant and scrapbook some! I do have a single page done, and a double page that lacks journaling. I did some organizing though, well because I've been on an Ebay shopping spree so to speak. I have 2 new to me Quickutz fonts to play with for titles and such. I am looking forward to this weekend, time to scrap hopefully! It's cold outside, but hopefully no new snow to shovel. We still haven't thawed out from the big snow a week ago Monday. Need to make time to go leave some love on Flcker.

AussieMeg - those are glorious wonderful layouts! I always love your colours and the banners on all three are so cheerful. I especially like the texture/dimensional charms/stitching etc. on "best friends always". I am finally getting in on the action this month. What an inauspicious start... I started this layout in February for my tic-tac-toe challenge with shapes, and didn't get it done before travel happened. layout purrfect presents by kirstendrew, on Flickr

thracian , I love the donut paper on your Play All Day layout. It is absolutely perfect for this layout of your cute puppy’s new toy. Linda , that monochromatic background on Cathleen is wonderful. It really lets the photo pop. You are lucky to have photos from her and she’s lucky to have a mum who scraps!~ Great design on Publix. Those three pinks are so pretty together. Your journaling reminded me of taking the bus from college to the grocery store and trying to balance a week’s worth of groceries for 6 roommates on the bus back. Thanks for the memory! ~ I think your Valentine page looks great. What a great mum you are to send so many Valentine treats and hearts. ~ Her Cake Pops look delicious. I love the way you added Nuvo drops to match the dotted paper. Clever. ~Curly Hair, how I’d love to have natural curls. Great job on the blues and banners. ~Girl Scouts-my DGD is a new Cadette this year. I love your photos of them in action. Are you their leader? My DD is DGD’s leader and has really enjoyed it. What a great community service project for the girls and cats. ~ Camp Wildwood looks like a place anyone would enjoy. I love the silhouette of the horse and her on the horse. sleepingbooty , I wish I could do digi scrapping. I love the layout of your mom. The splashes of paint and that pretty mat paper bring the eye right to the photo. I’m sorry she hurt her foot. I hope she quickly gets back to normal. The font on this page fits perfectly. Your work is always so artistic. LisaDV , you have love in the gallery. gmcwife1 , what a beautiful card for a friend. Did you heat emboss that floral stamp. It is so pretty with the gold and the big gold sentiment. Lovely.

Leaving love for page 3!
Linda The 'Cathleen' page is so lovely with the monochromatic theme! Très chic. I love the play with the checkered fabric patterns, different sizes and orientations. The European icon pattern paper is so adorable. (and why isn't it in my stash?) The 'Publix' layout is so soft and pretty. Really like how you mirrored the horizontal disposition of the elements in the photo with the row of horizontal strips of pattern paper! The Valentine's Day page looks great to me. The inclusion of the sweets she received is such a lovely memory to keep. The white background really lets the photos shine and feels so fresh for telling a winter story. 'Cake Pops' is loads of fun with all the dot elements strew across the page. That taupe-ish soft grey of one of the pattern papers is top notch: roots the photos without bringing too much contrast that would distract from the actual story. I like how you contrasted the reason for the story of 'Curly' with the pointy banners, that's true scrapbooker's sense of humour! Really appreciate you're not afraid to extract bolder colours from photos to make them your paper choices as you've done for for the 'Ice Cream Social' LO. I would've been miserable hanging with the kitties from the Humane Society *atchoo* but it's great to say the girls having fun while doing good. 'Camp Wildwood' is a lovely example how soft earthy colours can work miracles to bring photos of different bright colours together.
justjac 'Circus Monkeys' just so much fun. I love that you captured all those Snapchats and turned them into one loaded double page. How cute are those monkey embellishments? I love your super elegant birthday card and how you went 3D for opposite corners as if the bouquet were coming alive. The contrast of black and white with the slightly muted colours works really well. Did you gesso the centre? Oops, just read your update about the white middle on page 4.
nylene I giggled out loud when I read your 'Who Moved The Pilgrims' story. What a fun little family prank tradition to have (and how lovely that it has been handed down). Those ceramic pilgrims you made are gorgeous, by the way. You're so talented! Love that you kept it clean with a white background: it really lets the photo and story shine. The flower clusters match the pic colours perfectly and add a lovely pop of colour to the rest of the page. Great job! Also, look at you reaping points and elbowing the competition with that stack of pretty cards, wow! They are super cute and a great use of that floral Pebbles paper. I love that they're so versatile with the tag tucked into the pocket on the front. Great way to personalise them for each use. Makes me want to put together some of my own...
LisaDV What a pretty garden LO! I really like your use of different yellows and greens with the papers. The cross design pattern works well for this project with horizontal and vertical photos (always tricky to handle, right?). I love all the little touches like the butterfly, watering can, sunshine can, etc. It's a very happy feeling page.
gmcwife1 I love how you combined three different fonts to get the sentiment down on your card for your colleague. It's a bold choice that works so well for what seems like a goodbye card. The stamped flowers at the top add just the right amount of pretty. Beautiful soft colouring work, by the way. Did you use pens or watercolours?

I wish I could do digi scrapping. It's nowhere near as difficult as it looks and seems at first. I promise! If you ever want to try it, there are some great free tutorials out there. Once you get the hang of the basics (doesn't take long, no worries), it's really easy.

Back for page 3 & 4 linda I love the paper layers and flags and that black and white color scheme! The way you used the nuvos to repeat the pattern paper is fab! I enjoy doing 8x8 pages as well. Comments on pages 3 and 4: Linda, I love how you use colour on your pages to set mood and help tell the story. How sweet of you to send daily valentines’ messages to your dd at college. Are those Nuvo’s on the cake pop page? So glad you have had time to scrap this month, sleepingbooty. Your pages are beautiful. Love the paint swaths on “Be There”. And everything else is so pretty too: the colours, the font, the butterfly. I love the offset stacked mats on “Begin”, and the colour & design of the background paper. Your card is simply elegant, gmcwife1. Did you colour the flowers?
