When we got married, I had a master's. In the early years of our marriage, DH earned an MBA while working full-time. He's always worked FT while getting his degrees. I had it much easier.
He is the math and engineering expert and my skills are in spelling, grammar and writing. We respect these in each other. Just as an aside, even though my master's is in a counseling field, I believe DH has a better ability to "read" people than I do.

I have a four year degree and work at a level within my company that makes me subject to the whims of management and limited on vacation and a high level of stress.
My guy decided college wasn't for him, has a corner office in a great building down town, is the senior partner in his business (major investment firm) and makes 5 times the income I make (and I'm no slouch.)
Education isn't always the answer. He's willing to take risks, whereas I'm more about the sure thing.

I’m working toward a Bachelor’s degree. DH has never attended college.
I will admit, this degree has been a family effort. DH has made it financially possible. And, both he and our son have picked up the things needed done around the house when I am up to my eyeballs in school work. The Boy is also my sounding board for writing assignments. LOL!
Belittling someone due to an ‘inadequate’ education level baffles me.

I have not read replies yet, but boy does this post surprise me, I just don't get it. I cannot in my entire lifetime recall ever being made to feel badly about my level of education compared to anyone else's. Nor have I ever judged anyone else on that basis. The level of education never came up in any arguments with anyone either.
The only way I see any relevance is if one person either has a degree in a particular subject, or works in that field, is a serious hobbyist, and the like. Otherwise WTH does it matter?
FTR, I have a degree in Interior Design. My ex has a bachelors in Math and a masters in Computer Engineering. He is WICKED smart when it comes to those subjects. Not so much with others. My friends and family range from "no formal education after leaving high school" all the way up to PhDs and "career academics."
All I care about it whether or not you're a good person.

Your examples really seem more about a shitty personality trait than education. Exactly that.
