Pedal Haus is a sports bar type place local to my sons home. The food is amazing but the best part is these boys (and my new dil) are willing to eat with me once a week even though we have to go to great lengths to adjust our schedules to make it happen.  |

2marbles I love your layouts, especially the one about your happy place. I have taken some pics in general about scrapbooking, but I think I need to take some close up detail pics and scrap about them. I love my room too. gramma nice set of cards! Love the red,black and white together! Nice work! I love the Hawaii l/o and yikes on stepping on a sea urchin! I would imagine that would not be fun! I love all your baseball layouts...thats the thing, the games come faster than our ideas to scrap lol...great use of the team colors! Chinagirl828 I love all the little frames and the yep in the title!

teacherlisa I love the words to listen to pages! Great way to use up some of those random alphas, and I really like the idea of documenting your current podcast faves. I love the watercolour blues on the good morning tags, such a beautiful shade. justjac that little Seattle sequin shaker pocket is adorable! I love the colours on the tags on this page too. I really like the background paper on the unplanned & improvised page, so cool for a road trip, and the Queen pages are fab, I especially love those rock hands. I think (hope) I've caught everyone else in the gallery.

I love that you can meet up with your son and DIL, that's what I'm hoping for in my DD21's next phase of life! justjac I LOVE those pages about scrapping and about you! I'm so glad you uploaded to flickr where I can read them...are they for a swap or something? And all those small pics of your buddies ..love those!

Well, I sold a house today. And my canceled a lease takeover I co-signed for....the leasor was being flakey and weird and the rental company called and said the rent was actually $50 more than she advertised. I just got bad juju from the whole transaction. So we backed out. Signing wasn't until the 20th, but she acts like we backed out the day of. Told us we were not the only interested party and we had to hurry or they'd move on to the next applicant. I doubt there were any. Keeps messaging me and my daughter. My BP is already up I'm sure from all this adulting...so I had to just chill and scrap for awhile. Two pages I started last night and finished this afternoon.
