Love your paper pieced bear, joblackford. Commented on the splatters on Flickr. They definitely look real to me. Didn't even think about their being digi. LisaDV, I am off to the Gallery to take a closer look at all your gorgeous pages. Don't worry about flooding us out. I have photos of the 20 cards I put together yesterday to upload today.

Love for page one! Better late than never teacherlisa I love your monthly spread! I do something similar in the PL app. Headlines, weather, a selfie, etc. And Words 2 Listen to! I LOVE this! What an awesome thing to document! I’m going to have to do something similar. I really like the watercolor tags! I am always so drawn to your pages and that’s because those are the same things I capture with my camera and do nothing with. Random everyday stuff, which is truly the stuff of life. KikiPea - love those colors and your clusters on “Keep Austin Weird” great photo of the two of you! Great photo of HOPE! I love those papers! You make it look so easy to use bright busy papers that look so beautiful on your layouts. Your clusters are gorgeous. justjac I love all of these! I love the way it’s like a collage with so much to see on each page! Love all the scrap related embellishments. The Queen layout is my favorite. Love that silver font and the paper is so perfect as a backdrop for those photos! There's love in the gallery for those that were posted there! Back later for page two

I made twenty cards yesterday. I have them in my photostream now, but will add them to the Gallery and here a few at a time. I had fun playing with some old supplies I found stowed away and some new Elizabeth crafts dies. And I got to play with inks a bit. I am not good at it, but enjoy playing. glittery bd by Gramma Dee, on Flickr bubbles by Gramma Dee, on Flickr fox by Gramma Dee, on Flickr Points: three cards created & shared (6), #10 green (2), #19 paper piecing (1), #23 rectangles (3), #25 doodling (1), #41 Nuvo drops (1), #44 mixed media (3), #45 cluster (1), #51 diecutting (3), #62 Word up (3). GORGEOUS, AussieMeg! I don't do digi, but when I see one of your pages I am really tempted by a couple of things that look sooo good and while possible in paper scrapbooking would be way more difficult. One is the blended photos you often use, but the other is those 3-D FLOWERS!!!

Completed two quick 2-pagers this morning. These will be the last few pages from me for a few days. Dd & family are arriving this evening for the weekend, and then I have a work bee with my sister-in-law to make beet pickles and bortsch on Tuesday. Hey LisaDV , would THAT be "another craft"? Hmmm??? This first one was inspired by KikiPea 's August Scraplift challenge. As usual, I strayed pretty far from the inspiration piece, but I like the result. Will need to add journaling. Yikes!!! This is TWO pages I need to remember to add journaling to! How to spend your summer by Gramma Dee, on Flickr This second one is another collage type LO, so with lots of photos and very little extras it went together pretty quickly: Happy Canada Day! by Gramma Dee, on Flickr Points: four pages created and shared (8). Challenges: #1 sketch/ scraplift challenge (1), #2 outdoor fun (4), #6 torn edge (1), #8 summer activities (4), #11 fifty words (5), #13 white with one (2), #14 hearts (2), #15 wood veneer (2), #16 scraps (4), #23 rectangles (4), #24 squares (4), #30 enlarged photo (1), #31 photo of me (1), #40 provinces cut from cutaparts (1), #43 triangles (2), #45 clusters (2), #46 twine (1), #49 7+ photos (2), #51 dies (1), #60 family & friends (4), #61 free ribbon (1), #62 word up (2), #63 other people's photos (4). Total: 63. Over the weekend I hope to link the rest of my cards from this week, but no more pages for quite a few days. I may need to bite the bullet and clean up this room before I start crafting again. I am already having trouble finding stuff and after a few days' break it will be hopeless...

What I love about going through all the creations is seeing where peas have traveled, what they are celebrating, how they spend some normal time in their average day. It's super cool to see get a glimpse. Oh, and great inspiration too.

Hmmm??? I usually don't count that personally, but if you think it counts, who am I to argue. No points police here.
My next layout and it only took 1 day in bits and pieces. But all together less than an hour and a half. If I can shave off more time, I'll be close to my IRL paper scrapping time which is usually about an hour per page. dStrange-Weird by Lisa Davolt, on Flickr"]

Here are 4 of the 5 cards I've been working on the past couple of days. I was restocking a white on white card for my shop (top right) but I did a few extra panels to experiment, tried some shimmery silver/grey cardstock I inherited, and ended up with 5 different versions of the card. lol. I can't seem to help myself. I even did one with the 3D embossed panel the other way around to show the debossed side, which I backed with a foam sheet. On the white cards I used the tiny clear Nuvo dots I made on wax paper, which give a subtle look that's well within my comfort zone, which is what was on the original card. But I used some small dew drops I bought from Pretty Pink Posh on the silvery cards. I have such a hard time placing embellishments but I quite like how they worked out. I have one more unfinished version that is silver and white, and 5x7" - might be a nice size for a wedding card. Celebrate cards by jo.blackford, on Flickr

Not nearly as elegant as yours, joblackford , but here are a few more of the cards I put together last week. Some sympathy cards to have on hand. Sad, but at our age, we need these on a regular basis it seems. These first I used a a fairly simple ink watercolour with ink technique. sunset sympathy by Gramma Dee, on Flickr I had thought I had more of these Ella & Viv cutaparts for sympathy cards, but could put my hands on only this one on Tuesday: Wishing you comfort by Gramma Dee, on Flickr This birthday card was made with papers from my latest Scrapbooking Fanatics monthly kit that was kind of burning a hole in my pocket. Used the punched washi tape border I saw the idea for on a thread in the General Scrapbooking board. flower bd by Gramma Dee, on Flickr Still have another batch to upload, maybe this evening. Points: 7 cards created; three shares (10). #3 watercolour (5), #6 torn edges (2), #23 rectangles (7), #33 flowers (1), #34 woodgrain (1), #40 fussy cut (1), #44 mixed media (5), #50 border punch (1), #51 diecutting (5), #57 layers (1), #62 word stickers (7). Had the house to myself this morning. Four quick pages finished. Finally starting to feel like I am not "running behind", although I really want to have all--or most--of my summer scrapping done before I leave in two weeks to visit the kids in Calgary and Abbotsford. The dgk's always want to see my scrapbooks, and I like to have them pretty much done for the "viewings". This one is for KikiPea 's August Sketch challenge: Go Play Outside 2 by Gramma Dee, on Flickr And here is the facing page. I used some really old Little Yellow Bicycle banner pieces on these. The watercolour background was not done by me--all courtesy of Vicki Boutin. Go Play Outside by Gramma Dee, on Flickr And a double page with supplies from my "Farm" bin: Helping Grampa Haying by Gramma Dee, on Flickr POINTS: four pages created and shared (8). #1 August sketch challenge (1), #2 outdoor fun (2), #3 watercolour background (1), #6 torn edges (2), #8 summer activities (4), #11 sixty words (6), #16 scraps (2), #17 single photo (1), #23 rectangular photos (4), #24 square pages (4), #25 doodled with Nuvo's (1), #28 bright summer colours (2), #39 diecuts (2), #40 fussy cutting (3), #43 triangle (1), #44 inking (4), #57 layers (2), #60 family & friends (4), #62 words on PL card and diecuts (2). I apologize for being so far behind. I have had a bad case of Flu for that last two weeks. I feel like I have missed out on at least a month of things going on around me. I am slowly trying to catch up. Because we are leaving for the weekend, I may have to leave some comments in Sept. I made these for Card Club before I got sick. Will add points later. Wedding Cards #13 White w/ one, #14 hearts, #18 Stitches, #23 rectangle, #29 full card cut file, #32 8 circles, #51 Use silhouette, #55 Set of 10 cards +5, #58 pop dots, each card completed and shared = 15x12 cards = 180 points

Here are the last of the cards I put together when justjac was here last week. Decided to make one with white cs backgrounds, and a few with a blue background: washi bd on white by Gramma Dee, on Flickr washi bd on blue by Gramma Dee, on Flickr Finally, I was going for grunge on this card I put together for my dgs who will be turning 20, but I think all I got was a mess...
