Wow I had a hard time with this. I felt like I was really all over the place. I struggle with memory loss and it really had the upper hand tonight. I am working on another layout now, I took pictures so I can hopefully remember what I wanted to do. I will calculate points later, I had problems with my printer when I tried to print the spreadsheet out.

I have a bone to pick with you LisaDV . I googled to see where you bought the vellum that you used on your gorgeous Anticipating Summer layout, and next thing I know...... I'm only halfway through looking at all the kits and I already have 12 on my wish list. The stuff at The Digital Press is just gorgeous!! oh, Yay! This is just pay back for getting me hooked on Ginger Scrap.

Then you can post from there and as we click on it we will be taken to the larger layout. I finally figured out how to post to the gallery on flickr, now how do I get the image to show up on this thread? refupea, while looking at your posted project, in the bottom right corner there is an arrow. Click on that and pick the size you want. (you can always change it if it is too big or small) Use the BBCode, highlight and copy, then just paste into the body of your chat thread here. At least that's how I do it and I was taught by sweet Cindy (scrapincin). How I miss her.

Page 3 love: buggirl47 'Jager's First Page' Lovely page full of lovely autumnal tones! Don't get me started on that cutie pie face with the tongue sticking out... That wood veneer heart with the paw cut-out is adorable and the perfect addition to this page about puppy love. Love the vertical vs horizontal aesthetic in this! 'Flock of Seagulls' What a funny and totally appropriate title you chose for this page! You did a great job keeping things simple but playful with those beautiful white title Thickers. I want to boop each nose in your photos now... 'Jager and Brother' Such precious memories to look back on that you've documented here. Absolutely adorable photos and just the right amount of paper play to make things interesting. The papers coordinate perfectly and have great contrasting patterns that keep the eye intrigued! 'Jager' More puppy pics, eep! You chose great colours for these pictures and I love the bold stripe statement to mat the bottom photo. It draws the eye towards Jager even more (not that His Royal Cuteness needs it ) and helps to (literally) underline the horizontal composition of your puppy resting on the floor. Well done! So nice to read that you were heavily involved in the decision-making for your foster pup and that he went to a wonderful home. I wish things had turned out like this for us but alas. Crossing fingers that you may find the right dog to add to your home soon! They are wonderful companions and family members... Linda'DD51756' Ok, I'm not a train specialist but I'm going to assume the title refers to this train's specific number. Or model number? I love how you went all in with the colour scheme here. Very regal and classy for such a beauty from the past. As always, your matting game is on point. The three black Nuvo dots at the bottom are such an awesome little wink to the old locomotive's black wheels! '230 Type 233' Oh, this is so playful and eyecatching, Linda! Wonderful colour scheme here, especially combined with the high contrast black and white polka dot pattern. The diagonal framing from the two triangle bits recreates a railroad passage in which you nested the train photos, oh my. I see what you did there... So smart and fun! 'Daihatsu Midget MPA' Simple, clean, plenty of contrast and horizontal repetitions to make the eye travel and the brain think: great job. 'On Display' Grey and yellow, be still my heart (forever fave of mine)! You built a display case support for the photographed items on display, oh wow. I love that you evoked this by using grey cardstock, you intelligent scrapbooker, you. lynnek'Di Vinci Bridge' This LO contains such beautiful layering and tucking in of embellishments. I really like how you included so many circle elements into your paper play to mirror the rounded shape of the featured bridge model. All the wood veneer elements are such a great nod to the model as well! Perfect background paper choice, by the way. There's a great steampunky vibe happening with this project and I dig it! Dictionary'Read' Such a wonderful moment captured... I love the sunset vibe and colour scheme happening here and how it's a nod to the nighttime story time you documented. The warm yellow complements the warm hues of the photo very well. The dynamics from the different scalloped borders are great and really catchy for the eye. grammadee'Bark in the Park' Ok, first of all: congratulations on finishing the summer album! That's very impressive. You're one hardworking scrappy bee and it must be said... This is such a fun LO with a classy touch: love how you've used a medium grey as the background to keep things grounded (with a touch of fancy). I really like how you've played up the stickers for the title to bring out the rhyme. Great balance between the extra paper play on the left and the photo-heavier right side. The dog pattern paper is a perfect colour match for the photos with those hints of brown and golden yellow. And my, how beautiful is your DS's pooch! nylene'Cousin Camp Project' Aww, what a cute photo and memory captured here. I love that the youngest in the family are getting involved with your Cousin Camp tradition already. The chevron wood paper is sheer perfection for this page. I love all the geometric play here: the chevron, the vertical strips, the dots. So many elements to give this page great dynamics and energy. Congrats to the Brock on winning first place! refugeepea'Scarecrow' Look at that adorable face! I love how simple but effective this LO is: just the right paper to use as a background, large white borders to frame these 100% cute portraits and just the right amount of embellishing. You did a great job picking the perfect colours to go with the photos, by the way. This is muted autumn perfection. 'Ahoy matey' Love the dreamy sand vs luscious vegetation contrast evocative of pirate life you brought in through your background! The multiple mats work so well here. The die-cut elements for your title space are really fun and bring a lot of spunk to your project. 'It's Owl Good' Aww, I'm always here for a cute pun! I really like the vertical vs horizontal contrast on this page: that background paper is a great addition to the vertical positioning of your little night owl. The addition of those circle owl elements adds yet another graphic element to keep the page interesting. Well done!

grammadee love the back to school page and the glittery embellishments! The unicorn book is magical! My daughter would love it! teacherlisa I like how you add journaling to your pocket pages. Where did you get the moving forward journaling card and sticker? Fun TN page! Where do you purchase them? I've saved TONS of ideas and need to just try one. Also, I like your handwriting. I love the hi I'm mat photo. Just my humour! The document card is very creative. Great job incorporating memorbillia. dasmith2 do you know what font you used for the title? It's perfect! I have a Comic Con groot picture to scrap. You do a great job mixing pattern papers. AussieMeg seriously gorgeous travel pages! Like coffee book, magazine worthy.

Page 4 love: Linda'Rails' That wine-coloured cardstock is luscious. It brings such an elegant touch to these travel photos and brings together the muted, neutral tones so well. Great choice! I've said it before, I'll say it again (and again in the future, I'm sure) but you work so well with grouping of photos and creating blocks. This LO is no exception: wonderful dynamics. Simple isn't always easy! 'Kyoto Imperial Palace Grounds' Such a cute kokeshi doll paper! I love the soft tones contrasted with the bright white and dark grey for your matting on this project. Your paper strip placement has done it again: those horizontal lines have been softened by all the vertical play. 'Beautiful!' Let me start by congratulating you on finishing your son's mainland Japan album! You've been super busy and all your hard work has paid off. Time to have some fun with other photos now. I love the photos of all the beautiful tree branches your son sent you. The soft greens you chose let the Japanese flora take the centre stage and sometimes, that's just the best choice we can make as scrapbookers. That wagasa embellishment is beautiful! (accidental title pun and it stays) buggirl47 Your son's going to love his album. The black page protectors give a dramatic yet elegant flair. All these warm tones are making me feel autumnal (and I'm a summer gal at heart). You're doing a great job with this. refugeepea'Time 4 Fun' What a great Halloween LO! Just looking at it makes me want to linger on every square cm/inch... I love how you mirrored the "out of the big element" theme of the photo above the title with the clock "popping out" of the flower. That contrast between the bright white title and black cobwebs is *chef's kiss*. I really like your photo strip construction on the left with the jewel touches. So engaging overall! 'Red and white Chrismas pocket cards' Beautiful pocket page cards you've made here! I love how you used texture contrast to make some elements pop off the cards. That red foil really brings a jovial element to this set. And what a cute little wreath for your "JOY" sentiment. The subtle snowflake pattern paper is beautiful, by the way. gramma'On the Road' Look at the adorable road landscape you made out of paper! Oh my, it's cuteness overload. I love how much depth you've given your road design by adding those layers (trees, river). The white borders and blue mats really make these super fun photos pop even more. The messy grid blue background pattern is such a fun way to tie in the learning experience and young age of the main protagonist of this memory documented, so smart of you! Dictionary'Claire Bear' What a cutie pie! I love the burst of pink and purple behind Claire as though to evoke all the happiness and sweetness she leaves in her path. Gorgeous mixed media touches as well. I particularly love the honeycomb stencil pattern peeping out from behind the princess castle pattern paper: it looks like old castle stones (with a more graphic and geometric vibe, granted). 'Hello Sunshine' Such adorable portrait pics you got to work with for this page. The baby blue and pink work great together and give such a fresh touch to your LO. Love floral elements those two pattern papers bring. And your handwriting is beautiful! 'Hello Chum card' Gah, I love this funny card of yours! Beautiful blue water meets the more sandy beach tones for the sky section (smart way to bring in contrast while keeping with the sea theme). You did a great job colouring in your shark, by the way. Copics? nylene'Taekwondo' What a dynamic page to illustrate your grandson's energetic sport! I love that you recreated the red taekwondo mat on your LO to place the photos on. The black matting and tucked in journaling card bring the main cluster together so greatly. I can't get over how stinking cute the little paper belt you made for the title is!

They have a Pink Fresh Studios look to them. Thank you. They are both from The Lilypad designers. The 'This right here' die-cut is from the Peachy Keen collection. The 'Love always' is from Better Together. Praying that sweet baby has been adopted, and is having the time of her life. Thank you for taking care of her while you, and your mother could.

Oh my, I seem to get behinder and behinder, both in finishing layouts and in comments on those of others. I have good intentions to get caught up soon. This is for Sketch 2 of #5. It is really not my style, but I love how it turned out. Sometimes having to stretch a little is good for me. This was worth a lot of points because I did 2 sketches for #5 and used two twists on this one. I'll get them all figured out tonight. Girls' Night Out #1 2 sketches one with 1 twist the other with 2 twists=15, #3 so out of my comfort zone but fun to stretch, #4 outdoors, #5 travel, #6 not my photos, #7 4x6 uncut, #9 5 cardstock, #12 stamp, #15 cut PL card=2, #27 scraps, #41 Stash 1+1+2=4, #43 level up, #44 fonts on title=2, #51 a mom I admire, #53 rectangle, #63 pop dots, enamel dots=2, #67 pick one-sticker, #73 stars, #77 triangle points, #81 Wordy, #83 Neutral, #95 someone I love + heart=2, one page completed and shared =46 points.

Digital 12x12 LO: 'Christmas 2019 Wish List' created as a moodboard for the upcoming holiday season that includes things I plan on doing, buying, making. What a truly fabulous idea, I love it!! I might have to hop onto Pinterest for the first time in years and find some inspiration and do my own LO. Every single year I tell myself that THIS will be the year that I decorate my house for Christmas, and every single year I chuck a few ornaments and tinsel on the tree and call it good. You've inspired me with this.

Thanks for all your encouraging words-its been cathartic to write some of the things down that I have been told to keep to myself all these years lol.

On to page 6: lynnek, your Mavericks’ page is really cool. Love how the pennants, the big baseball and the photos pop against that grungy background. Linda, I love how you are using the sketches and different papers to spice up your pages. Every page is fun to look at. My favourite on this page is the Make a Wish one: so bright and festive! I am only looking at the thumbnails of your crop creations, KikiPea, but I am really drawn to the vibrant colours in your photos. So fun to see how they pop differently against the different cs colours in the background. And the two pagers flow so well. Thank you so much, teacherlisa, for sharing your TN and your journal pages with us. Love the little slices of everyday life and “little adventures” they portray. Your insightful journaling is inspiring. Love the Moving On pages.

And Yay! I made it to page 7! dasmith2 that page is amazing. So many colours and patterns but all put together in a cohesive whole. I love it! sleepingbooty , your Wish List looks like a magazine spread. Love all the Christmassy elements: they are sure to put you in a festive mood. We really need another grid challenge... Again, teacherlisa , enjoying your journaling. Love the pic’s of people and places and food, and all your affirmations: your own, and the stickers. Hoping to catch the rest on Flickr. Whew! Feels good to be caught up!
