I've hardly done any crafting this month, somehow. Or maybe I haven't accounted for what I've done. Most likely I just haven't been finishing anything. But I did work on a lot of Christmas cards this week and I FINISHED many of them, so I'll actually have something to share and count  And I had an idea for a fun scrapbook page for my highlight book, so I'm hoping to make time to make some pages this weekend. I'm telling you all to commit myself to coming back and sharing ASAP!  |

Love the design of girl's night out page and all the fun embellishments. Especially the rope nylene The Sneaky page is adorable and I like the font you used for the title. The Merry Christmas page is very pretty with the lace diecuts. Geneva Giant is adorable. I will probably be stealing this page layout. joyfulnanna cute pages about your hobby! Great idea.

Sharing the Christmas cards I finished this week, mostly for the Caring Hearts card drive. They're very simple. I mostly used papers I inherited from my step MIL from the 90s and early 2000s, and mostly not my taste. I tried to use them up as best as I could so I cut the 12x12 into 6 card panels + 3 smaller pieces, most of which I also managed to use. AussieMeg I like the new travel pages! You got some great nighttime photos and they're fascinating to examine. I'd try a Vietnamese pizza! BTW I've borrowed the idea of duplicating a landscape photo in the background and reducing the opacity on a couple of pages in my book. It's quite effective when you don't want to add much to the page but it needs *something* craftymom101 love your page about your beach bums. The cut file is lovely and your embellishment clusters are impeccable, as always. Those Thickers are really fun and I like how they echo the black and white strip at the left side.

I am SOOO far behind in commenting! Going to start on page 8 and work backwards. mom I love your clean and simple style, classic design pages. Perfect colours for your masculine subject(s). Which college is he attending? Is he taking agriculture? (We call agriculture students "aggies" here). Can't go wrong with stars. Love all your Viet Nam photos, AussieMeg. It worked out for me to use a whole stack of photos that didn't really relate to each other except they were Girl Scout photos through the years. Not much embellishing on this one, but I do like the results. I made a couple of pages that I think are finished enough to share. I used fonts I had on my computer and (for the right side) I dragged in a second copy of the picture to create a background - learning from AussieMeg and you all here  edit32 J crab and stump by jo.blackford, on Flickr This next one is all IACB (Geralyn Sy) templates and word art. I hate the word "vibes" but I'm tolerating it here. I think I'll probably shrink both pages slightly to give more breathing room around the bottom edge - I have to allow for blurb to chop randomly from top or bottom, you never know, so I like to give them plenty of white space.  edit33 Mt Ellinor by jo.blackford, on Flickr I have some cards to share too: Simple card for Halloween-ish time. I just liked the paper and I think my friend will too. The die is slightly modified from a SSS kit - it had a swing, which is easy to snip off. The paper is Ella & Viv.  Spooky forest Halloween card by jo.blackford, on Flickr The Sizzix (boo, hiss) haunted mansion die cut I had talked about in a thread on the main board, now a finished Halloween card. Another Ella & Viv background. I colored vellum with a marker for the windows. They're actually sandwiched in 3 layers of die cuts. I hand cut the little hills to cover up a bit of the die cut I don't love. Thought the vellum moon was kind of fun. I made some critter cards for Cardtober samples - not sure if I should count them this month if I'm sharing them next month. But anyway, this one was just a whim. I thought he was pretty cute.
