... I did, however, buy a few sheets of their papers on clearance from ACOT with my last order specifically to try to challenge myself to figure out a way to use them. ... Do the papers have a glossy/slick finish? TIA.

I like a couple of the b side in the Christmas line, and I like the bright and happy colour scheme even though I know it's not for everyone. I love the yellow polka dot on the back of the gingerbread cookies paper and will definitely pick up a sheet or two of that, and the drinks paper is cute although not really my style. ... Perhaps because I gravitate toward the non-themed patterned papers & would probably use them on non-holiday layouts, I also like the bright color palette (except the yellow) & appreciate the versatile polka dots & stripes included on the reverse sides of the gingerbread cookies ( Cookie Exchange), drinks ( Making Spirits Bright), & most other themed papers in this collection (e.g. Colorful Christmas, Merry Mingle).

For The Record - ... Really reminds me of the office collection from OA. ... Same, except with more florals (e.g. sprouting from typewriters, on bulldog clips)

I’m just excited to see THREE lines that aren’t pink and flowers! This was also my initial reaction!

Some of the b sides are quite nice, I think EP does a lot of good tone on tone patterns ... Agreed. For example, the green-on-green stripes on the reverse of Blast Off Friends could be used for football/soccer/field hockey/lacrosse/other field sports, greenhouse/gardening/lawn care, spring, summer, fall, Halloween, Christmas, St. Patrick's Day, or any subject!

I like the colors in all of the scrapbook collections, though I don't like enough of the patterns ... Frustratingly, I can relate: like the colors but not the patterns (e.g. wonky stripes, handdrawn illustrations, floating icons) OR like the patterns but not the color palette (looking at you odd yellows!).

I really like the decorative vellum Same, except it has increased (120%) in price from $3.19 USD/sheet (July release) to $6.99 USD/sheet!

I haven't seen this line before... If you are referring to an individual collection, all of the lines linked in the OP were just revealed. However, if you mean the company, it is based in Poland & has been around for a few years; see its website HERE.

... I also really need some paper that will work for sports that isn't too juvenile. I don't want sports balls, turf, grass, etc on the paper. I want papers that have colors that work well for sports (like typical school colors) but that have varying basic patterns (stripes, circles, chevron, diamonds, triangles come to mind but I am not the most creative lol). Unfortunately, in the current theme-based industry, this requires combining classic patterned papers (e.g. stripes, dots, plaids) from various collections - regardless theme - with desired color palettes. For example, the black/yellow stripe in Little Builder could be used on layouts about teams with those colors. The grid pattern in Lucky Charm would work for swimming or blue/white team colors, while the plaid, stripe, & plus signs could be used for football, soccer, lacrosse, field hockey, pickleball, etc. or green/white & green/yellow team colors. For what sports &/or team colors are you trying to find patterned papers?

I was really hoping I'd like their yearly collection this year, but I'm not a huge fan of the retro imagery or fonts or the off-white base. There's a couple of pieces I may end up adding to my cart but I won't be using this as the base for my album next year. ... I find the off-white background an odd choice for a yearly collection, since off-whites are often inconsistent within each & across all SS collections.

I really wish that companies would come out with some paper that has more "mature" color schemes (not necessarily dark and moody but not all primary colors that look like they are for little kids). I like the colors in the Little Builder set and could possibly make some of the patterns work, but most of them are too specific in the theme. ... Are you referring specifically to color palettes of children-themed collections?

... The calendar: how big do we think that calendar is? I always make my MIL a calendar for Christmas, 8x8" size. It started with the lovely BG kit calendars, but after those went away I had to create one every year from scratch, so this is appealing *if* it's not 12x12! Note ACOT (see new links in the OP) provides more detail. However, it appears the dimensions of the actual bound calendar is nowhere in the description or images of this product! This is a pet peeve; IMHO there is no excuse for brands to omit basic information from its product descriptions/packaging.

I really liked last year's Valentine's collection which was mint and pink and I still have some left so this one doesn't interest me. ... I also liked the mint/pink/red color palette of last year's collection ( Love Notes). While I appreciate more black in this year's version, I prefer the versatile multi-color stripe & tone-on-tone ginghams, dots, arrows, etc. pattern papers from last year's line.

I like a couple of the stickers and embellishments. Not sure if I will purchase or not, because I have a lot of similar stuff. I often respond the same to many of the (few) recently released supplies that I like. It appears there's a lack of creativity, ingenuity, etc. in the industry.

I'm unfamiliar with Scrapbook Customs paper. Like you, I avoid glossy/slick papers so I will add Scrapbook Customs to the list (in this thread)! TFS.

I've only placed one order this year (early summer) that included various patterned papers (from numerous manufacturers/collections) & a handful of stencils - all of which I (will) enjoy!

I'm unfamiliar with RTS & its owner, except for mentions on this board. .... And she often mentioned Laurie Whitaker…that name rings a bell but I’ve never seen a video If you're referring to Laura Whitaker, she's a sketch artist. ... I hope she's ok. It does seem odd that she would just disappear with not much of an explanation. ... See this recent thread for her e-mail announcement.

Thanks for your responses. I don't gravitate to the vintage aesthetic & am not a cardmaker, so nothing is added to my wish list. Not for me, but I can appreciate that Photoplay went out of their more usual style. Same

Agree (except Becky Moore, not Becki Adams, is the Photoplay designer). I had Moore and then second guessed myself and changed it. Thanks for the correction! No worries. Since I'm terrible with names, I had to look at the Photoplay website, & I likely wouldn't have even noticed if I hadn't just perused a Becki Adams layout for Simple Stories linked to a product in my SB.com cart before reading your post.
