Thanks for posting your review here. If I may ask, which album color did you purchase? It appears the Doodlebug 6x8 Mini Albums are not yet available at ACOT, SB.com, & other online retailers. I got the black one. It was part of a Halloween project kit from Layle by Mail. She has a short video on youtube showing the new albums and what comes inside. They lay flat too which is great! youtu.be/EgRqlcZ1eAI?si=4NUmNSoAHYlO0IFZThat's a versatile color; if not used for Halloween, it can also work for Christmas, New Year's, Valentine's Day, or any project!

I'm glad to see these collections are not as overly vibrant as some of their releases are. ... Same (making it obvious Becky Moore designed neither )! Per the product images, Yeti For Winter was designed by Traci Smith & Love Notes by Michelle Coleman. IMHO the winter-themed collection is consistent with its designer's style, while the colors of the love-themed line are relatively bold & bright considering its designer's vintage aesthetic.

The charms seem expensive for only one charm. ... IMHO $5.99/each appears especially ridiculous for the self-promotion I (love) doodlebug charm ( here).

Just got my hands on one of the new mini albums and it’s really nice. Similar quality to the SNAP album but I actually like the different inserts more in the Doodlebug album, especially the cardstock pocket pages. I’m not a huge fan on 2 ring albums but I like the smaller spine for projects like October Daily, OLW. Thanks for posting your review here. If I may ask, which album color did you purchase? It appears the Doodlebug 6x8 Mini Albums are not yet available at ACOT, SB.com, & other online retailers.

... I love the colours of the Farmhouse line, so those paper packs might be a possibility. I have quite a bit left over of a fall line of theirs from a couple of years ago, and much of this seems like a repeat? Agreed; it reminds me of Pumpkin Spice ( here) with peachy-pink & black added to its color palette & (thankfully) without the smiley faces!

The tag paper from the Farmhouse line, with the buffalo plaid on the reverse, seems very useful ... Agreed. While I especially like the tags, both sides of Buffalo Plaid can be used on layouts about any subject.

... I might also pick up the sticker sheet with the alpha. I like both, but the one with the icons is not quite as usable for me. Like you, I always appreciate the company's Doohickey Stickers featuring versatile/non-themed elements in the collection's color scheme (e.g. borders, tabs, photo corners, hearts, stars, geotags, numbers, letters, & words/phrases) & fewer specific themed items.

Thanks all. I found the font is an Adobe Font called Nitti Typewriter. For DD Prep day, Ali created these "I see you" cards for each family member for her 2023 Dec Daily and used this font for the journaling. I would really like to use the font for journaling outside of PS, but it is $60 dollars, so not going to happen! In the meantime, I am enjoying all of the type fonts recommended I'm not an AE customer but checked out the desired font (ETA: Adobe - Nitti Typewriter Open). If you're interested in a more classic/grungy typewriter font with select "filled in" letters, perhaps consider the free option 1914 Woodstock. HTH.

Thanks for your responses. I neither create calendars or pocket scrap nor gravitate to vintage or old-fashioned/country aesthetics. Although liking the color palette of the Heartstrings mini collection, I dislike the patterns, especially the irregular/handdrawn illustrations/fonts & abundance of florals. While I also dislike the flower-embellished office supplies & faux layered imagery (e.g. Ephemera) in For The Record, I appreciate its versatile multicolored thin stripes & wide stripes, ledger, & tags (specifically, the non-themed tags on reverse - & wish the multicolor plaid was also available in a 12x12 sheet!). I'm especially disappointed this release does NOT include stencils; I'm hoping they are not discontinued!

... I am tempted by 365 but it’s a tad too themed for me for a monthly layout. I’d prefer more generic monthly pages with maybe a variety of hoodies and regular on each page. I wouldn’t use some of the months as we don’t celebrate those holidays/themes. I'm curious about your desire for "a variety of hoodies" & what "regular" you reference. IIRC only teen boy themed collections have occasionally included hoodies.

... The funny thins is that when I pulled up the 6x8 pad and could only see a sliver of each paper, I thought "Oooh, these colors are great! This might be nice.", but then I looked at the full sheets and felt confused. ... This has happened to me a lot recently (or the reverse, where I don't gravitate to the color palette but like the patterns).

Thanks for your responses. I like the color palettes in both months' releases - especially appreciating the break (except for the Valentine's Day mini) from the stereotypical feminine/oversaturated floral norm - & added both a non-themed/versatile multicolored stripe & plaid patterned paper from each of the Blast Off, Hip Hip Hooray, & Lucky Charm collections to my wish list plus a stencil (i.e. Good Luck Clovers). ETA: I noticed none of the collections includes enamel dots.

I love this petite prints and the like but I’m just not a fan overall. It’s too bright and cutesy for me. All of it. I have a couple of lines..Pampered Pooch for example..so cute but I have a hard time using it. Interestingly, although Doodlebug also manufactures Bella Blvd, Petite Prints from Doodlebug are cardstock (e.g. Hey Pumpkin), while Bella Besties from Bella Blvd are patterned paper weight (e.g. Merry Mingle). Note Pampered Pooch is from Photoplay (ETA: here).

Again, there's that need to "busy-up" the papers, and to do so with random flowers had me scratching my head a bit. ... I'm also puzzled with (& completely over) the current trend of floral saturation in most collections regardless their theme. (ETA: Of course, it's been great for my wallet!)

And for the love of all that is Holy and good…HOW MANY st Patrick’s day lines do we need? It appears only a handful of brands release St. Patrick's Day-themed mini collections & at most one per year. As indicated in the OP, Echo Park (which manufactures two brands - Echo Park & Carta Bella) revealed only the EP Lucky Charm collection for this year. Per its website, it appears EP has never released a St. Patrick's Day-themed mini collection under the CB brand during its 12-year existence (see THERE) & only five times under the EP brand (2024, 2023, 2016, & two in 2014 - see HERE) since its inception in 2010. IMHO the St. Patrick's Day collections (& few others) are a welcome reprieve from the stereotypically feminine & oversaturated floral collections that dominate the industry.

Wow. Do these companies not have spell check or go through 2 more levels of edits? Because that is unacceptable. Agreed. Given spell checker software & the various steps in the design/manufacturing/marketing/packaging processes, it's surprising the number of misspellings, especially of common words, that still occur!
