So far I am still pretty unwowed...I really disliked Jasmine's kit, and I don't really like Holly's either. It seems so...plain, for lack of a better word. Pretty uninspiring. I would say, so far, I like Pam's best. I like the brighter colours for an Australian Christmas. I like pink for Christmas, sorry pink haters, and this kit would probably work well with some of my October Afternoon Christmas stash...still not convinced I have to have it though. It's strange though, it is the yellow that is throwing me, I think. And I LOVE to scrap with yellow. I do LOVE that colourful holly card with the pink bow. I have plenty of stash if need be, I supposeI could just buy an album.

I really hope Kelly and Brandi are the next two... but I feel that KP won't be contributing this year. Sigh. I just really want something that's not so childish and cartoonish. If Ashely G. contributes again this year you might have hope. Her kit last year wasn't at all childish or cartoony. Save

I thought I could make any color work for Christmas, but I'm learning that I'm more of a traditionalist, I guess.

I'm predicting Cathy zielske for our "grown up, not childish, simple classy" kit.

OK Paislee Press is the next designer. I actually love this kit!
Edited: Ok, I like most of it. Why the pink??

I like this one more than the last two. But the pink (peach?) is odd. And I don't love that shade of green. I like most of it though!

Seeing all these light pastel colors is making me nervous that the main kit is going to be the same. I am not a fan of pastel (pinks, etc) for a Christmas album.

I love Liz tamanahas work but on its own it's too minimal for me. I love the kit and the pink but I'm a pink aholic! As soon as I saw it I inwardly groaned--you traditionalists aren't catching much of a break! I'm holding onto my vote Cathy z for tomorrow. And I don't think she will use pink. Lol

I don´t like any of the kits so far. This is getting depressing.

Thankfully I'm only in love with Pam Garrison's kit. I really hope Ali's kits incorporates a few traditional colors with some of the pastel colors to tie it all together.

I am praying for a no pink/peach/pastel kit I really want a traditional Christmas color kit and theme. Worrying that that isn't going to happen.

Do you think no one went super traditional because they feel like it's been done before? I think traditional ALWAYS works...

I like Liz's kit the most so far, but I absolutely hate that peach. In my opinion SC uses this color way too much.

Of all the kits so far, I like Liz's the best. Although not a huge fan of peach and yellow in a Christmas kit. Hoping Ali's main kit is awesome.

Have you written off the main kit from Ali? Her kits are usually great at being able to work for all walks of life. It was SO HARD not to buy last year's main DD kit when it was on sale...I still wish I had but I don't need anymore Christmas stuff and I wouldn't have a use for it...I don't even know if/when my only DD attempt last year will be finished. I sort of have... *hangs head in shame* I am not a proper DD-er and won't be this year either. It's just a matter of having a few really nice cards for my PL/Documenter album pages more than anything else. Ali's main kit will be far too much (and too expensive for the little use I'd get out of it). Like you, I want to make sure I have product I really love, not be overwhelmed by too much of it, and just get the final pages of my 2016 album done so I can close the album and move onto 2017 when January comes around. Oh, to dream of it and then do it, how different those two things are! Raising my glass of Bordeaux to you finishing last year's DD soon and being content with the final result!

I absolutely hate that peach. Me too. Though the rest of the kit isn't horrible, it just doesn't wow me. It's a good thing I make my own kit from my stash.

I am liking Liz's kit a lot for the overall aesthetics. Which comes as no surprise as I am an avid user of Paislee Press digi products. I like the black, the red, the gold foil, the minimalist approach. However (and it's a big one): I'm just not mad about the sentiments on the cards. Very general, very typical-of-any-random-scrapbook-Christmas-product, very uninspiring. I just wish the kit came with some funnier quotes à la Kelly Purkey thrown in there. Just a handful of those and I'd be all over this kit. And that's coming from a chartreuse green disliker at heart... I'm even digging the peach. Heck, I'd probably keep the peach cards for something other than Christmas stuff as they seem quite generic. So, I'm still going back and forth between Liz's kit (so far the only one I'm tempted to purchase) with the !Kelly Purkey DD stamp in its "tipsy and toasty" version as it's still available in the shop or just getting the stamp and using stuff from my own small stash to come up with something wintery and Christmas-appropriate. Any bets on the final designer? PS: at least Liz managed to get 'tis spelled right! ETA: Oh my gosh, there's a Joyeux Noël card in Liz's kit! Ok, that settles it. This is the kit I'm getting. #Frenchscrapgirlproblems

Seeing all these light pastel colors is making me nervous that the main kit is going to be the same. I am not a fan of pastel (pinks, etc) for a Christmas album. Yep I was thinking there are a lot of pastels this year. The mini kits so far strike me as really similar.

For Liz's kit I love the red, black and gold foil, just like you. But I truly hate that tone of green. And peach is a tad too '80s for me (I had my bedroom painted in peach for many years back then so I got an overdose, haha). I look forward to reveal of the entire kit.
