Help me. I know y'all hate this phrase as much as you hate "y'all" but what's the 'take away' from this thread? Even a haiku would work. Gimme somethin'. It's pretty simple, really. It means the board is slowly getting back to normal.

So we've had some massive tipping threads in the past and the recent ranch dressing thread - I really see that you are the uniter here and can bring us one of the most controversial threads of all time. Might as well. This week has been a weird one here, so why not throw down.Because... No.

I am so bummed I missed a discussion about ranch dressing being low class. In my waitress days, we used to TOTALLY predict people's tips from their salad dressing choice. Bleu cheese or oil and vinegar (the cruets, mind you) = $$$ In the interest of prevailing board kumbay-ing, I won't say which dressings = ¢¢¢ (No, not equating tips with class. If you lined my pockets, I didn't care a whit about your pedigree.) Ha! I'm oil and vinegar----woot! I'm fanatical about tipping. And now I want to know what other amazing sorcerer's knowledge you picked up from waitress days. How about.... a really obese couple that orders pastrami sandwiches might also use diet sugar substitute in their coffee.

I hate sweet sugary pop. It makes me feel weird. Even when I am sick it has to be diet Sprite and not regular. I can't drink sugary drinks. *shudder*.

95% of my posts are about Great British Bake off, Survivor, Project Runway, and Instant Pot (man I need a life!!) I don't have to go through anything....I have nothing to prove. My apology was sincere. You don't have to prove anything, nor do I, I know what our interactions have been. lainey has been pretty crotchy too. 2peasrefugees.boards.net/thread/45170/invite-receivedPlease don't drag my crotch in to this!

I probably need to eat my salads in the closet since I don't know where honey mustard falls. (That is my current favorite along with oil and balsamic vinegar)

I think, sadly, you, Anna have made this thread go a direction it wasn't intended to go. She shouldn't have lied in her OP. I'm not the only one with numerous posts in this thread, I can't talk to myself. Blame me, happymomma , whomever you want. Happymomma? Has she even posted in this thread? I am so confused.

Because Pastrami is protein and sugar is carbs. It's probably not about calories. I'm the one using sugar substitute regardless of the number of calories in my meal.

Delta Dawn : "I think we need a debate what kind of cranberry cocktail tastes the best. Get away from the Jello salads. I just cannot deal anymore with this grossness."
I agree!! One that I really like is the Dutch Harvest Martini: Tall Tales from Kansas blog, Fall in a martini glass. Green apple vodka, peach schnapps, cranberry juice, and a martini glass rimmed with sugar / cinnamon. YUM!!
other than that, my 'old standby' is a sea breeze... lol!
eta: I didn't even have a chance to add in <lastword> before someone else posted, darn it!! will I never learn to read the entire thread before posting a response that has nothing to do with the original topic??

I think all y'all just need to have a cranberry cocktail of your choosing!
(fyi, I'm from northern Illinois, I now live in the Phoenix, AZ area, and I DO actually use that phrase now and then, lol. It's nice and all-encompassing!)

Cranberry and vodka. I like a nice simple drink. It's all you really need.
There. That should get the controversy going.

I used to fully agree with you, until she started on me the other day, completely unprovoked. Unless what pissed her off is that I laughed at her ridiculous assertions that coral workout gear looks cheap and ranch dressing is low class, and if that's all it took to set her off, she's missing a whole lot of self-awareness about how she comes across to others. I've never had any problem with her in the past, and I agree she sometimes got picked on or called stupid when it was not deserved. I've defended her in the past, but this Annabella isn't the same person. She's angry and wanting a fight with people who I've never seen say one word about her. It's weird. No I think your fascination of my least favorite colors and condiments strange, it's such a small issue to care about. It doesn't bother me, I think it's really weird when I see you laughing at it. What my issue with you, and a few others, is I am so tired of being your target. Funny how it's okay when you to talk about me, but I treat you the same, all of a sudden I'm labeled angry. I could care less how you think I come across, I will continue to take a stand on being your target ZG. Stop spreading lies that I'm fighting with people who never said a word to me.

Darling, you've never been a target of mine. Quite the opposite, which I've pointed out time and again but you refuse to acknowledge that. I've actually supported you many times annabella, but obviously you didn't notice. I can do no more with the issue, it's your battle.

You're supposed to come on and call me a heathen and rhapsodize about crushed berries and a sprig of basil or something like that. Geez! how long have you been a Pea? You should be able to do this right by now!

The vodka, triple milled (lol I don't even know if that's a thing) and infused with a hint of African dikdik urine. Serve with a fresh branch of witch hazel in a glass wrought of recovered sunken Titanic sea glass. Anything else is so plebeian.

There are different flavours of cranberry cocktail. I like the plain cranberry (but the diet kind with 10 cal as I don't like the extra sugar in my drinks). It is sweetened with Splenda.
We have cranberry with pomegranate and it is ok but it is "just ok".
I don't like cranberry with raspberry as I don't do raspberries.
Is there cranberry with blueberry? *shudder*

Yes, there is cranberry with blueberry. I haven't had it though. I don't like the overly sweet cranberry cocktail juice. Low-sugar cranberry juice, lots of ice, a dash of vodka.

Peas love Southernisms, y'all maybe even more than blessing your teensy hearts Sweet Tiny Jamie! Don't you think we need a Sweet Tiny Jamie tell all story? One where she comes in here, tells us the secrets of Two Peas, she gets mad at us and hand slaps us and then hair flips out? That is a dream I guess.
