I got most of mine out and working on the last batch.. should be done in a day or so.. I didn't sort where they are going but ended up most of my international are going out last. Not sure how I managed it. Anyways, I display mine on a Flexible Flyer old fashion sled. It was my sled when I was little and my dad restored it and gave it to my son. He restored it so nicely we don't use it in the snow.. (it used to hang on my son's wall) But he moved out and it went into storage, so a couple of years ago, I had the idea to pull it out for Christmas and put a bow on it and then the card idea. I take the wooden cloths pins and either attach directly to the sled or to some brown twine type string and attache to that. I think we need pictures!

If that is mine, it makes me happy to know. and now I feel less guilty about first time non-handmade. thanks! Did it include a little Star Wars vinyl sticker? My DS made up those to help me get over the store bought guilt. lol My son grabbed that sticker right away (big Star Wars fan)! I hide mine!

This is my 1st year participating and my kids love it!!!! Except they fight over who opens the cards. We did alternate days but now that we are getting multiples they divide them up. The vinyl sticker was a huge hit! My son first thought it was a tattoo and tried to put it on, he was even more excited when he realised it was a vinyl sticker. Its on our kitchen door.
I made an sb layout with a huge state map and I'm coloring in the states as we get them. I'm going to do a world map for the other countries.
Thanks to the ladies who organised this. Receiving the cards are the highlight of our day!
My eldest son also loved counting down how many more cards I have to make! I have 30 to go. I posted the international ones but holding on to the U.S. so that I post them in one lot. Just for the fun of holding a huge stack!!

I FINALLY mailed all my cards today!!!! It took ages for my postage to get to me. I am so loving all the cards. I'm cutting off the return address label and gluing to the back on the card. That way I know pea name and real name as some cards only have one or the other inside. That's such a great idea! I've been keeping all the envelopes but I long ago lost track of which cards came in which envelope! All my international cards went out yesterday. My friends and family ones are on their way out today. I have stuffed the envelopes for all of your cards but I may involve the kids to help label and stamp them this afternoon. I'm running a week later than I'd hoped but I'm still in good time for the cards to get to you by Christmas.

11 cards graced my mailbox today! (I couldn't get in the box yesterday so some were probably a holdover.) I cherish every card ~ still trying to decide how to display them all.

I haven't gone to the mailbox in 2 days now, I look forward to seeing what's in there tomorrow. My mailman is probably not very happy with me, our mailboxes are pretty small. I got my international cards mailed a couple days ago. I'm working on getting the rest ready to go. I hang all my cards in the the slats of the wood blinds in the family room.

I’m done! The last of the cards go out tomorrow. I really struggled with motivation this year, but ended up victorious anyway. I sent to all!!!

I got mine all in the mail earlier in the week and I managed to make every single one; I'm so pleased with myself!
I have 19 cards taped up on my kitchen wall, but I'm missing some. They're hiding somewhere. So I think my real total is about 25 so far. I just love receiving the cards.

I didn’t find anything with that # either so my picture should be the first. I also used #2peasrefugees. I have received 39 cards to date. Even though I struggled to finish, I love this project and I DID finish. So happy to send Christmas greetings to my pea family.

I posted my cards yesterday (Sunday in NZ) - and crossing my fingers that you get them before Christmas!
(Such a sucky November & December for me....that's my excuse and I'm sticking to it)
And my guilty admission - I didn't send cards to everyone, sorry.
However, the cards I have received, are all hanging up in my lounge room - and very visible when you walk into the room. AND, out of all the cards hanging up, not one of them is from a family/friend here in NZ - they are all from the peas!

I had 9 new cards in my post office box today after the weekend! So exciting I only just got my first Christmas card from a family member today. (Not that I've taken care of my own personal Xmas cards yet - argh!) tia2eleven I wouldn't worry too much about the speed of the international ones. My experience in sending mail to NZ and the UK is that things usually arrive pretty quickly. I usually allow a week to NZ, even for packages. The UK seems a little slower. But I think most of the international Peas on the list were actually in Canada. I wouldn't expect them to take much longer than domestic mail. Thank you!

Regarding the hashtags, if your accounts are not public nothing will show up... I'm guessing some of the people here have their accounts set to private because I can't see anything under either hashtag mentioned. Either that or IG sucks ;P
A single typo will screw it up too.
I tagged some of my older posts with the long hashtag ^^ I think there are 4 on there now. Hopefully y'all can see them, not that they're particularly exciting pictures... I'll add some more once I get my display figured out.

I don't have Instagram, so I am posting mine here. I have 40 right now and I LOVE them. I am rearranging my house so that my MIL can move in with us. All of my crafty stuff is/has moved to the basement. I found all of my cards from year before last. I am trying to think of some way to save them. Right now they are in a ziplock bag. I'm thinking I might take the fronts off and bind them with my Cinch. Hmm. Has anyone else saved the old ones?

keknj Your display is great along the banister! Plenty of room for growth. 😉 And I have all of my cards from years past saved. I have a beautiful large Christmas gift box that they get stored in. Right now the new ones are in a small tabletop sleigh. I have a large mirror in my entryway that I'll display them on later. I also don't have Instagram, so once I get mine displayed I'll post photos here.

My internationals were mailed on the 1st. My US cards are all addressed and stamped but I am putting them in the mail in batches so the mailman doesn't hate me (and I'm not sure my residential drop box will hold them all). I did run out of holiday stamps and used up some love stamps, some eclipse stamps, and some shark stamps. LOL. I figure no one's REALLY paying attention to the stamps anyhow.
I am thinking I will pin up my cards onto my vertical blinds--hee hee. Next year, if my family does night-before-Thanksgiving crafting again, I might make a display board for the cards if they offer it again.
Oh, by the by, after Christmas, Colorful Images will have holiday address labels on sale for like three dollars if you want to stock up for next year!

I tried to be organized and bought my stamps on a costco run in the middle of our move. Well they disappeared. I thought they would turn up by now but haven’t. So I bought new ones. Hopefully they turn up to mail my family cards out. I bought my cards because of moving. Not sure I’d ever make them all. Maybe a few.
The mail is awesome everyday.

Well that was an adventure. For some reason I thought it would be a good idea to make multiples of many different types of cards. I think the final number was 39 different cards.
Finished the last group this morning. If I do the exchange again it’s back to one design or maybe two designs but that’s it.
But they are now done and addressed.

All 135 of my cards went out today (I also sent one to Spencer in the hospital, canadianscrapper’s son)! I love all the cards I’ve received from the peas. It really is so much fun going to the mailbox every day. Thank you everyone! It took me much longer than I expected to do all the cards for this year’s swap. Maybe I should start now on the cards for the 2018 swap.

So I started earlier because of that and I need to do that next year too. I think I still need to make another 20 cards or so. Well of course, that might be for family
