I want the American people to be forced to listen. I'm tired of the ignorant who bury their heads in the sand. I want it to be so ugly even Fox news can't spin it. I would love for Trump to have to testify, but I don't think that will happen until he is no longer president, and is brought up on criminal charges. And even then, I think he will be of an age that he will claim mental deterioration or incapacity, and will get off scot free.

I can't get it out of my head that the POTUS publicly used such language as he did. What's happened to common decency?

So Rudy Giuliani is ok if a candidate gets the dirt on their opponent from a foreign government because âthe people have the right to know.â
Ok here is a scenario from Jon Cryer. Iâm wondering if old Rudy could get behind this and say âThe people have the right to know.â
âGot it.
So Rudy will be totally cool if the North Koreans hack the GOP, offer the info to the Dem candidate, then release it all.
The people have a right to know, eh Rudy?â
âAnd to take this scenario further, the North Koreans would have to also attempt to hack our election infrastructure, flood Facebook with propaganda that reaches 126 million people and meet with the Dem candidateâs campaign team repeatedly.â
âAnd the Dem candidate would then structure their campaign around the release of the stolen material, have his campaign manager (!) secretly give highly detailed polling data to someone connected to NK intelligence, and then publicly exhort NK intel to steal MORE information.â
âNorth Korea, if youâre listening...â

Garry Kasparov...
âTrump & his team are ignoring all the red flags in the Mueller report and giving a green light to Putin to keep attacking US elections. Because they know who heâs going to helpâagain.â
There does seem to be a lack of urgency on the right to safeguard our elections.

Rudy: Illegal, terrible report by the conflicted Mueller but no collusion, no conspiracy... So which way is it Rudy, good report or bad report! Can't be both! Not willing to settle that it was found no collusion between dt and Russia.... should be happy dance but they just can't settle for a small win.. None of them still understand that McGahn saved him... nah he is a terrible lawyer........
Oh yes, Rudy has a rebuttal, but will wait to release it? Like when, why?

I say we wait until heâs out of office and go after him HARD for money laundering and tax evasion. All those things we KNOW heâs done/is doing. I also say we put our energies into modernizing/securing our election process and making sure nothing like this will ever happen again. Because you know that there are foreign agents and shady people right here in the US already working on the 2020 election. And, Republicans LOST seats after Clintonâs impeachment. Of course the Republicans lost seats after the Clinton Impeachment because it was a stupid reason to impeach a president for. Name one married guy who wouldnât lie about having sex with another woman? They canât help themselves, itâs in their DNA. And the majority of Americans knew it really was nothing but a witch hunt. But Mueller has laid out the groundwork for impeaching trump for obstruction of justice, not once, not twice but for 10 instances. A little more serious then married guy lying about having sex with another woman. If the Democrats walk away from upholding the rule of law just so they can win, then they are no better then the Republicans. If the Democrats in Congress canât perform the task of oversight and put together a message that the majority of Americans can support, then maybe they donât deserve to win. About Bill Clinton's testimony and the bj scandal... I recall Clinton not considering a bj to be sexual relations. Granted, after that testimony and the report, the country all began to discuss the topic a little more clearly. Honestly, I know a lot of men who still wouldn't consider a bj to be sex (no penetration). It *could * be why Clinton got caught in the mischaracterization of his affair. (It's a generous thought).

He STILL lies!!!! He lied about not knowing Felix Slater, under oath, even though they were business partners and Slater lived in Trump Tower! Look it up online & you'll find testimony he gave. The testimony during his whole Atlantic City debacle was outrageous. I honestly think he'd lie once again, or spin it, detract, or use the, "I can't recall" excuse. His testimony would be mostly invaluable, but it's an interesting peek into a serial liars words.

This is what keeps me up nights. The fact that it doesn't keep the GOP up nights shows how either completely non-thinking they are or how completely bought off they are:

I am having a difficult time not feeling outrage at people who aren't paying ANY attention at all to this. I have to purposefully redirect my thinking when it comes to my mind. I mentioned being upset about the report last week to a co-worker who I care about very much and her "Golly gee, it's so great that you're paying attention, I just don't keep up with the news" response just blew my mind. Yeah, I've typed more and keep deleting. I can't find the words to express my anger that people Do. Not. Care.

I saw a clip of the outrage on Fox and couldn't make it to the end of the montage. Jesus Christ.

Ari Melber..
âMueller Report addresses one enduring mystery â why all the lies if no Trump-Russia conspiracy?
Mueller says evidence indicates Trump lies and hid things out of the fear a probe âwould uncover factsâ about *Trump and his campaign* that he âcould have understood to be crimes.â

Whereâs the vaunted rebuttal Giuliani has been trumpeting for days? Lawd. I had to go watch the full interview, a mistake I will not be repeating anytime soon. So I guess the strategy now is to downplay the rebuttal report (if it even existed to begin with), and since they cannot rebut the actual events and testimonies in the Mueller report, theyâll just resort to character assassinations and more barefaced lying. Got it. What Giuliani said about McGahn not being a reliable witness because he gave three different versions on his testimonies is a lie. I read Vol II on Thursday and Friday, every single word on every single page, and nowhere does McGahnâs story change. Trump wanted him to get rid of Mueller via Rosenstein AND wanted McGahn to release a statement denying that Trump did that. New rule per Giuliani: Itâs OK for a campaign to solicit and use stolen information against an opponent from a hostile foreign power. (And itâs OK to say things like this if youâre Trumpâs shill.)

The only reason the Trump Tower meeting participants escaped the potential charge of campaign finance fraud is because Mueller opines that Jr and Kushner did not have the requisite knowledge that what they were doing was wrong (absence of willfulness). I was, frankly, surprised by this because ignorance of the law is never a defense. But I wonât make a meal of it. It is what it is.

Preet Bharara, not one known for insulting other lawyers, even those he disagrees with, said sometime ago that Rudy really needs to brush up on the law.

And flip flops. Dear lord, will no one think of the flip flops!!! And Michelle, the floozy, WORE A SLEEVELESS DRESS. We should have known America was screwed. đ I all seriousness? I do put a bit of the blame on Bill Clinton for some of it. There's a double edged sword to a President seeming too human. He actually started the whole thing of treating politicians/political leaders as another form of celebrity. I am not talking about Monica Lewinsky or Gennifer lowers and the whole making public the notion that a President might enjoy sex... though I do admit to growing up in an era where we treated leaders as be such be too high minded for having such basic needs... part of the whole puritanical notions of sex (of which I'm admittedly guilty of holding). No... I am talking about going on Arsenio Hall, and instead of being like Elizabeth Warren & sticking to the issues & policy, doing normal, human things like playing the saxophone. And doing a town hall where someone asked him, "Boxers or briefs," and instead of being offended by such an inappropriate question, he chuckled and answered the question!!! A president or presidential candidate should NOT be talking about boxers or briefs!!!
