trump 4 years ago today. Seriously you shoukd actually listen to him video. Harris Biden HQ… ”Four years ago today Q: What do you say to Americans watching you right now who are scared? Trump: I say that you're a terrible reporter, that's what I say. I think it's a very nasty question” x.com/bidenhq/status/1770473440325079535?s=61&t=j45uMgNk1i8O0YllKF58nwWhat's the importance of 4 years ago? How about now? I hate the news today going about dump talking about 4 years ago. He's terrible then and now. How about reporting what's now and what he will do? Another deflection of what is happening now. The media sucks on their reporting. How come there was minimal reporting on another dow high?

Seizing his assets will be a particular blow to him if it happens. When the properties are sold, he will have to pay capital gains, and he may be subject to recapture of depreciation deductions he has taken over the years (I don’t know all the tax details for commercial real estate sales, so accountants—please chime in if you are so called.) Developers frequently rely on certain transactions to kick the tax can down the road (can they still do like kind exchanges?). If the properties are seized and sold by the government, he won’t be able to use his usual strategies to defer taxes. If the buildings have mortgages, those will be paid before the government gets any of the proceeds, so he may need multiple properties to satisfy the judgment. So not only will he lose his building(s), he will probably owe a crap-fin of taxes when it’s all said and done. I wonder who will buy them? Probably sales will be unreasonably low, so how does the government get the full amount and only get a foreclosed amount, like a tear-down? Really weird situation. Maybe the gold tower will fall or needs a reno? LOL

Check out Paychex, who does our payroll. Also, if in Colorado and have more than 3 employees, company must enroll in Colorado Secure, not sure if this is health care or a savings plan.

I think she's one of the "bad" ones to help with the interest of the show. She played well on the deal.

Red wine helps me. Sometimes fiber is not the best. My colonoscopy prep said to avoid it. This may sound crass but if diffulcties voiding poop, just grab it with tp to get it moving.

Yes, Tenorite! I read about it on Monday, so probably with a new update, so pretty recent. There are many other cloud fonts. Another called bierstadt after the Colorado mountain. Also, there's a Copilot, AI program, too, which is fun to use.

Total FYI, Microsoft Office updated their default font from Calibri to Aptos and rolled out other fonts to select. I liked the T one, can't remember the name...it has a normal a and g. Font geek nerd, here.

Many schools are off tomorrow. School districts called it this afternoon. Any where from 8-16 inches. Supposed to snow all day Thursday, so I'm predicting a snow day for Friday, too and then spring break next week. Woo hoo! Happy Snow Day!

Seems too good to be true, but there is a possibility Boebert could resign from 3rd district, lose the special election, then lose in November. I thought she wasn't looking too good in the first primary debate to get close to winning CO-4, so she could not win either. I like it!

Closed captions? Omg, closed captions aren't precise. He does say, the or a congress. He's talking pretty fast so maybe you can't keep up with him or his point. Too many things do not support your theory. did you not hear it in the clip? "Too many things" support my point in the clip? What does that even mean too many things.

I don't think Biden knows he's running for president. Does he even KNOW he IS the president? This was on Friday. That's twice this year alone. I know you didn’t seriously ask this question. President Biden is talking about restoring Roe v Wade if Democrats take back Congress. So yes, he knows exactly who is president and what year it is. He misspoke, that’s all. After being in Congress for 50 years, a simple slip is forgivable, understandable and not a sign of mental decline. He said send me the congress I can support.

What? So you admit that Jena is not the extremist that brought this case up and it was a group of Republicans (4 out of 6) that brought it up?

Not sure who you mean as the extremist as the petitioners in the Colorado Court case were a group that included Republicans.
Supreme Court Case No. 23SA300 Appeal Pursuant to § 1-1-113(3), C.R.S. (2023) District Court, City and County of Denver, Case No. 23CV32577 Honorable Sarah B. Wallace, Judge Petitioners-Appellants/Cross-Appellees: Norma Anderson, Michelle Priola, Claudine Cmarada, Krista Kafer, Kathi Wright, and Christopher Castilian
I'm speaking specifically of CO Secretary of State, Jena Griswold. She led the charge to kick Trump off the ballot. morecowbell what happened to that extremist? Haven't seen your response. Any updates?

No, she did not. Jena is she, not he. The 6 petitioners had to put her name on the case. She was a neutral party and was doing her job to examine that all candidates meet the qualifications to be on the ballot. She does this for all candidates. If you listened to the case, she had very little say so not sure where your getting the "extremist" part from. Can you link a source? Petitioners-Appellants/Cross-Appellees: Norma Anderson, Michelle Priola, Claudine Cmarada, Krista Kafer, Kathi Wright, and Christopher Castilian, v. Respondent-Appellee: Jena Griswold, in her official capacity as Colorado Secretary of State, and Intervenor-Appellee: Colorado Republican State Central Committee, an unincorporated association, Intervenor-Appellee/Cross-Appellant: Donald J. Trump. Order Affirmed in Part and Reversed in Part en banc December 19, 2023
If I read this correctly, Jena Griswold is also being sued by the 6 petitioners as she is a respondent-Appellee, but not sure. She is on the side of dump, see the v.?

The Supreme Court are the ones SAVING democracy. That extremist in Colorado was trying to DESTROY democracy. He is more popular than biden (per the NY Times) and you don't want him on the ballot? That is COMPLETELY AT ODDS with a party supposedly fighting so hard to "save democracy". THAT sort of thing is precisely WHAT is pushing people TO vote for Trump. They are not a cult. They just don't want a government that would support doing that to a candidate. Not sure who you mean as the extremist as the petitioners in the Colorado Court case were a group that included Republicans.
