Wouldn’t there be something on FB showing that your post was denied? When my posts get approved to a group that has it set for approval I get a notification that my post was approved.
I also see nothing on Zoe’s IG.
In this day and age of screenshots for everything, I expect screenshots. If I was so upset about how something was being treated on FB or IG, my first reaction would be to screenshot it.
Sorry, I’m with everyone else. Screenshots, please. The majority of this thread is saying the same thing. The easiest thing to do would be to post them and black out your name. After all this time and still nothing it makes us lean towards nothing existing.

We are not your BFF's. We don't know you so we can't trust you. We are not saying you're lying, but we are saying that you have no evidence (or at least not provided it) to prove any of your claims are legitimate.
In terms of conspiracy theorizing here: if Lara was told to back off by a lawyer, it would make a lot of sense as to why she would avoid revealing her identity here because it could get her into legal hot water. Not saying this person is Lara, but it is a logical conclusion because I can't really think of anyone else who would have reason to fear revealing their identity. Logic would also tell me that Tim doesn't have hit men out there taking out anyone who opposes him, but Lara would definitely have fear of legal consequences if she was told to cease and desist and retract her statements only to try and stir the pot somewhere anonymously.

I did have a run in with Tim over 10 years ago at a CHA in Anaheim. He said some pretty awful things about women and their size in his classes but I have no physical proof. I don't expect anyone to believe me because a. I don't think anyone knows me IRL on this board and b. I don't post a lot on this board and c. it was a long time ago so maybe he's changed or maybe I'm not remembering it correctly.
SO, in this day and age where screenshots (aka "receipts") are of huge import when alleging things about someone, and if you don't want to share "physical" (ie screenshots) proof, people won't believe you.

You're getting upset with us for not doing enough, but you're giving us absolutely nothing to work with. I am trying my best. I think Zoe is watching this forum. There was a post in the Tim Holtz Addicts Group linked to here and then she deleted about a dozen posts from her Instagram page. She is still posting in her stories but they disappear after 24 hours or quicker if you do what Tim does!!! He removes his Instagram Stories after a couple of hours to punish any one who isn't sitting waiting for him like a desperate puppy! During an Instagram live Tim made quips about deleting his stories and his live broadcasts early, after 3 hours or 12 hours, depending on his mood because "that's how he rolls". A few front line workers who were working 18 hours shifts on covid wards in hospitals in London asked him to leave them for the full 24 hours so they could watch them, it brought them comfort after the hardest days. He responded to them during the next instagram live broadcast calling them whiners and then deliberately deleted the live broadcast straight away afterwards. THIS is what I am talking about!! |

I know you are not my BFFs and I do not expect trust or friendship. I was looking for others who have experienced the same. With the "me too" movement it took more than one victim before any were believed. I am looking for other victims. Having read the other threads about this very same issue, I thought it would be okay for me to post here. Those who it does not concern or effect do not have to participate. I do not know Lara's circumstances, I am guessing she was threatened off by the big boys and their fan followers or their corporate legal team. It would not be the first time that Tim and his big brand have gone after small businesses and women. When did it become acceptable for men to bully women? I know it is acceptable to bully BIPOC women, in his group at least. Saying ALL LIVES MATTER is racist! |

I gauge my belief in things that happened in person much differently than things that happen online. In person there are no screenshots. Unfortunately it’s your word against theirs. For the record, I believe you that it happened. For online and as much as this has riled people up, the fact that not one person has a single screenshot is telling (you can screenshot on a tablet; a “screenshot” isn’t taking a picture of a screen with another device). The emails Lara shared seemed fishy from the start, especially as I mentioned on the other thread the one from “Tim” stating Zoe had been removed from his brand entirely. That one was obviously not true. If she (or her “source”) faked that one it hurts her credibility in the others being real. The OP said she wasn’t going to share info not out of fear of retaliation from Tim, et al, but from the fans. You are posting here under an anonymous name. No one knows who you are here. SleepingBooty gave you very helpful advice on how to post the screenshots without any identifying information and offered to help. Here would be a great place to share. But you have none, because you don’t know how to screenshot your tablet, the posts go away too quickly from your tablet, etc. I’m sorry, if I was so angry at how I was being treated and believed that someone was acting the way you say they are, I’d figure out a way to prove it. |

I watched the video of where she was dramatically crying and she said nothing of the reasons why she was crying other than a few expletives and winning. It was subsequently revealed that her items that she was selling were being pulled from Shopify, more likely from her stealing and the copyrighted material than anything else. |

People may feel exhausted by the recent accusations of racism and bullying coming from the Tim Holtz camp but this drama is far from over!! It is clear to me that Lara Smith from Ink Road Stamps was forced to apologise, probably following threats of legal action. I commend Lara for her courage and for trying to speak out against racism. It simply isn't enough to just not be racist, you must be anti racist and Lara encompasses that message. It's easy to write her off as crazy but she is far from. She shed a light on systemic racism and bullying from a well known brand and they used all their power to crush a small business and a single woman working alone, and people stood by and applauded this!! I have watched as the admin of the Tim Holtz Addicts group, namely Zoe Hillman, (online handle igirlzoe), have silenced Black voices and removed Black members and Black art and Tim Holtz and his team stand idly by and allow her to do this. There have been multiple calls on Tim's Facebook posts to have Zoe Hillman removed as the admin of his group and no action has been taken. There was an email leaked where Tim stated that Zoe was being removed and this has not happened. Why?

People may feel exhausted by the recent accusations of racism and bullying coming from the Tim Holtz camp but this drama is far from over!! It is clear to me that Lara Smith from Ink Road Stamps was forced to apologise, probably following threats of legal action. I commend Lara for her courage and for trying to speak out against racism. It simply isn't enough to just not be racist, you must be anti racist and Lara encompasses that message. It's easy to write her off as crazy but she is far from. She shed a light on systemic racism and bullying from a well known brand and they used all their power to crush a small business and a single woman working alone, and people stood by and applauded this!! I have watched as the admin of the Tim Holtz Addicts group, namely Zoe Hillman, (online handle igirlzoe), have silenced Black voices and removed Black members and Black art and Tim Holtz and his team stand idly by and allow her to do this. There have been multiple calls on Tim's Facebook posts to have Zoe Hillman removed as the admin of his group and no action has been taken. There was an email leaked where Tim stated that Zoe was being removed and this has not happened. Why?

Buttons, for your own health, I think you should walk away from this crusade and put your energy elsewhere. At the end of the day, black lives don't matter to him. Racism is legal. Being an ass is legal. This is going to exhaust you. There are ways you can make a difference, but this isn't one of them. You're the only one getting hurt.
TH is going to continue to do whatever tf he wants. He's a smarmy salesman who's always going to have his fan girls. He will continue to use people, and people will want to try to use him because of who he is in the industry. There won't be a boycott. Nothing will change.
It's perverse, it's wrong, and still nothing will change.
You have a strong voice and an important message, but your energy is wasted trying to force him to allow affirmative art by POC to be posted on his platform. He won't change unless his conscience tells him to, and that might never happen.

Perhaps my delivery was all wrong and I am so upset that people do not believe me. I can do nothing to change this and I think the man that I looked up to and adored is actually a racist or at least unwilling to stop racism. I feel so confused because the pass the brush initiative made me believe he cared and when he posted his support on social media for BLM I was fooled. Now that Zoe and her following have arrived I have no choice but to let it go. I hope Tim fires her and others see what a mean, evil bitch she is. I will never buy another thing with his name on.
