I’ve not done one of these things; although perhaps you’re so indoctrinated in your fear, your alternative reality, and your adoration of The Thing (who by the way would sell your oil dealing family down the river in a hot minute if it suited him) you simply don’t recognize it when people here speak the truth. Not too much of that going around in your sphere. But you support them, so according to the logic you apply to those who vote R, you are just as guilty. If you don't speak out against Burn Loot Murder, then you support it. The true BLM is not advocating the looting or burning. But those who want to make it part of their destructive narrative, even if it is a lie, are going to do so. Fact checking a a quick google search can show you it’s not the true BLM movement doing this. I’m amazed if those who just want to stay ignorant and won’t check facts. |

Actually MichyM, I responded to a Pro Trump thread after all these years because I wanted to, only to be called a POS and to be told that because I support the oil industry I couldn't possibly care about my fellow Americans. The thread didn't ask you to get involved...clearly you're not Pro Trump. The accusations thrown at me (and other Trump supporters) are vile and hateful and as ridiculous as my statement above about "you" "burning down buildings, screaming in the faces of people you don't even know, killing cops...". But y'all go on with badgering anyone who thinks differently than you. What I am sure about is that I am not in any way, shape or form in favor of looting or burning people's businesses, nor do I support murder, whether it is murder of innocent young Black men by corrupt and racist cops, or the murder of white supremacists by so-called antifa (so-called because contrary to popular belief in the right wing universe, there is no unified organized group called "antifa"). And if anyone had asked me previously to your post, I would have said the same. Have we really been sucked so far into a moral vacuum by The Thing that we need to clarify our positions on felonies and misdemeanors daily? You know how the right has latched onto child trafficking as "their" issue? And has made it seem like only the right cares about and decries it. As if you could find one normal person on the face of the earth who doesn't think child trafficking is abominable. Murder is kinda like that. I do not support murder. Period. I also do not support the death penalty. I also do not support kidnapping, assault, rape, larceny, shoplifting, bank robbery, stalking, animal abuse, child abuse, spouse abuse, embezzling, whacking of mailboxes with baseball bats, plagiarism, and any other crimes that I may have omitted. |

We've seen pretty clearly who is trashing and looting retail stores...both big box and mom and pop shops. We've seen pretty clearly who is killing police officers. We've seen pretty clearly who is tearing down fences and then setting fire to and totally destroying public and private property. It's being done in the name of BLM...they yell it...they wear t-shirts claiming it. Is BLM doing something to distance themselves from this horrible behavior?
They blocked the ER where the police officers were undergoing surgery after being ambushed, yelling, "We hope they die".
What are y'all watching?

If you don’t know the difference between the Nazi salute used in the 30s and 40s, and the black power fist that has been around since the 60s, it’s no surprise that you’re confused about who the good guys are. But this all goes to show that your support of Trump has little to do with the oil industry and everything to do with your discomfort with people speaking out against white supremacy. If you scratch the skin of a Trump lover, the underlying racism always bleeds out. Texas becoming a majority brown and black state must really give you hives.
