She has a Schitt's Creek set. I haven't done much with digital kits. What's your process? Do you have a scan n' cut? I have an old school "scan n'cut" method where I have the stuff printed out at Staples / Office Depot and then I cut it out by hand. ^.^ I just got the Halloween stuff printed out and now I'm waiting to get started on the album.

I found ET on one of my streaming services so that's going on our Halloween movie list. This movie terrified me as a child but I kind of think I would try it with the girls. They love hocus pocus.

I was just old enough when ET came out that it was perfect for me (although I've probably only seen it once since the 80s, I'm really curious how well it's held up). But I was too old and cynical when Hocus Pocus came out and I HATED it. I can barely even look at Bette Midler in that costume. I keep thinking I should give it another go since all my slightly younger friends love it so much.

I just started last year watching it again because of the kids. It was much better many years later.

sleepingbooty and Charwee feel free to message me with a screenshot or link of what you want (if you want) and I’ll figure out a way to get it to you for cheap. Thank you for the skele-animal love 💕 Yay! ❤️ I would love the lighter-coloured background skele-bunny, joblackford. Would you be willing to add a skele-bunny and dog die-cut for my October album (and adjust the price to reflect the die-cuts, of course)? If it's too much work, don't worry about it! (I'm happy to trim these by hand if that helps.) There's no rush. I did not already order it. I did not already order it. I did not already order it. 😬 It's super ugly. It absolutely is! 🎃 I normally read posts how I talk, but with you, I occasionally hear a French accent. This time I pictured you slowly inhaling a dainty and long cigarette in your hand as you read your post before submitting. Me, judging snail mail thieves - and the rest of the world - on the daily: *cough cough cough* I just finished cleaning up my my October album for last year, and I thought, not this year...then I saw this album at my favorite kit shop and fell in love. Congratulations on finishing your 2020 album! And erm... congrats on accidentally joining us again this year. 😁 Midnight Tales has a gorgeous ombré cat paper! Great choice. Sidenote - going to dress up this year, for the first time in ages. I'm dead set (OMG I'm sorry) on dressing up as Narcissa Malfoy. I think I just need some cheap clip-in hairpieces and a green jacket of sorts, if I can thrift one it will be perfect. Oooh, nice! If you need to borrow a skull ring, I've got a few. Don't ask. I have a deep-seated love for all things baroque vanitas. Last night my boyfriend told me we needed to come up with a list of 31 movies to watch next month.. ummmm, yes! Yes, this is what we're doing too! Except we've already started because we miserably failed to complete 31 movies in 31 days in the past. We're three movies down already. And we're seeing Dune at the theatre later tonight which I'll add to the count. The Hey Pumpkin things I grabbed came in, hooray! Love all the holo stuff. Now I need to go through cardstock and grab some coordinating papers. It is a lovely collection. Have fun picking papers and let us know how your Franken-kit is gearing up! Very creative ghost nutcrackers! Aww, these are super cute! But I was too old and cynical when Hocus Pocus came out and I HATED it. I can barely even look at Bette Midler in that costume. I keep thinking I should give it another go since all my slightly younger friends love it so much. It took me MANY attempts to actually finish Hocus Pocus and like it. I'm a millennial but didn't see this movie until I was an adult. I absolutely loathed it after trying to watch it the first few times. Not sure when or why it eventually clicked but it's a fun, silly Halloween flick now. Bette KILLS it in this movie. By far my favourite character.

Why yes, my Halloween decorations have been up since early September. My son keeps messing with the trees. I'm not going to try and fix them. Some ornaments are not in great shape now. Once we get definite cooler weather, I'll decorate pumpkins for the front porch.

I need to make a bunch anyway so this will give me a kick in the pants. Crazy thing, I offer free small package shipping within the US which is actually $2+ more expensive for me than putting a global postage stamp on this card to mail to you in France.

Crazy thing, I offer free small package shipping within the US which is actually $2+ more expensive for me than putting a global postage stamp on this card to mail to you in France. Thank you! I sent you a DM. I love the absurdity of postage. If any other internationals want to risk regular mail for a card from your shop, this is actually excellent news! I thought of you today as I was browsing embossing powders and stumbled across the AC Moxy glow-in-the-dark one. I believe Lawn Fawn also has some. Would be super cool on your skele-animals (although I'm not sure the extra work required would be worth it for you). Are you seriously considering cards/album inserts with the Hallmark Countdown to Christmas bingo? I may need to hit your shop up again later this year if you do. #nopressure Why yes, my Halloween decorations have been up since early September. My son keeps messing with the trees. I'm not going to try and fix them. Very cute! I do love all the American Halloween decorations. Will you be watching Halloween movies with your kiddos or are they not really up for it? Your décor made me think of the Nightmare Before Christmas when Jack comes across the Christmas tree door and stumbles into snowy Christmas Town.

Anyone else itching to go to Lush and pick up some of their Halloween goodies? Ghostie the bath bomb is especially making me weak in the knees. It'd be a perfect photo and story opportunity about self-care as SAD hits. Any excuse to go get some spooky cuteness, I truly have no shame. I will invoke suffering from SAD to justify going to Lush.

That is so tempting. I don't *need* it but those papers are lovely. I received my CD kit yesterday and it's adorable. I may or may not have looked up tickets to Wizarding World at Universal. It really would be the perfect collection to use for a Happy Potter trip. Then I remembered we are still in the middle of a pandemic and Florida is the worst place to be right now and I don't have an extra $10k laying around. A part of me wants to hoard it and hope that someday we'll go but I know that's silly so trying to push that out of my mind and embrace my (new-ish) mantra "use it up now while you love it".

Yes, that CD Halloween kit is perfect for Harry Potter photos, which is why I bought for my ongoing HP album. It would be perfect for documenting a Wizarding World trip, but also for any other HP love, like watching the movies at Halloween (which we do every year ) or reading the books, playing the HP virtual reality game, etc. I say use it now—when you eventually take that Wizarding World trip, you will have other supplies to play with

We are heading to universal next month - doing the Harry Potter experience. The kit is perfect but there is just not enough product to do the whole album and no way to extras.

Sharing my banners I hung yesterday. I still need to make a small Harry Potter theme one (using the EP witches & wizards 6x6 pad) to hang on the other end of mantle where I have the books & a little HP homage decor.
I have close up shots of the individual banners on my flickr if anyone wants to check that out: link to flickr
I really like the TH mica sprays, even tho I was thinking do I really need to buy all these?! They really do have a nice shine and easy to use. And the DCWV paper is so heavy and designs are just gorg. I think I got away from them because I don't always want to buy a whole paper pad, but if I can get use out of it, I will keep an eye on those pads.

Not sure how into digitals you are, but keep watching Just Jaimee's shop on the-lilypad.com since she's usually the CD designer. She may have some products that would work to help supplement.

Those are so fun! 🎃 I love them. Such great colors and designs. I never think to use my craft supplies for home dec projects but now I’m wondering if I should play around with last year’s DCWV pad leftovers.
