That would be awesome, thank you! All it is is formatting the addresses for the appropriate label template for both PC and Mac users and then getting it back to me so I can send it off to the participants. That I can do. I can also set it up for different label sizes that correspond with the Avery labels, if anyone has a need for that.

But only if others use the same labels. Don't go out of your way for just one person! You're kind to offer any kind of template.

This may sound sappy, but the small number make the experience feel personal to me. And I feel like I’ve had a closer connection over the past year with several of you ☺️ I know, sappy 🥴

Thank you for organizing this. My stamps from Costco came… just need to find envelopes and decide on a design. Looking forward to the season.

OHHH, I found shiny paper at Michaels. Great for the cards I'm making this year. Don’t ya love it when you find exactly what you want? I need to get shopping. I bought a die I want to use on this year’s cards (thanks again lucyg for the machine), I’ve had my eye on it since last fall! Unfortuntely, other than that haven’t done any planning. The only time I papercraft any more is for the annual card exchange, and for years I’ve been using papers I saved from WAYYYYY back when I scrapbooked. This year I need new printed paper and have in mind what I want, but there are no scrapbook stores around any more, so Michael’s it will have to be!

I swore I wasn’t going to sign up again (because I always flake somehow … I sent to the international peas last year, but I didn’t get many out to the Americans, sorry!) but I’m going to try again. My email went to spam, too, but I stumbled on it the other day. Thank you for including me. **GypsyGirl** , I would love a PDF if possible for that standard Avery size … the 1” x 2-5/8” size, with 3 columns of 10 on the sheet. I forget the number, possibly 1860? MichyM , glad you’re enjoying the die cutter.

You're not allowed to feel badly about what you don't get done, only FEEL GOOD about what you DO get done. Ok? Ok! What can you do to make it easier on yourself? I can't recall, did you send store-bought cards last year? That might help, unless the creating of the cards is a part that of the card exchange that you enjoy a lot! Could you do photo cards with whatever message you choose already printed on them? Do you need someone to nag you...according to my adult son and ex I'm pretty good at it <---- that last question is rhetorical! Glad you decided to join in, and again girls....I'm so sorry for all the emails that ended up in spam. I changed the email server this year. Beyond that, I have no idea what to do to avoid that happening in the future. Does anyone else? I'm all ears!

Since we are sharing personal information in the exchange, I'd like to ask some of you to weigh in on this member who has signed up for the exchange, as I do not want to make decisions such as this on my own.
We have a member who joined Peas in October 2019. She's made 2 posts, both in October 2019. I'm copying them below. Please share your thoughts here, thank you!

And nothing since until this thread? I’mm sorry I’m not more clear. Let’s try it this way: * She joined on October 1, 2019 and the only posts she’s ever made are the two posts I quoted above. * She posted about the card swap on a thread on the same day she registered in 2019. * She then posted to a different thread about the card swap days later, again, on October 9, 2019. * She has not posted in the 2 years since. * I have no idea if she participated in that year’s swap as I was traveling a lot that fall and winter and did not have the time to join in in 2019. I did not recognize her Pea name, thus why I looked into it. Girls, Let’s discuss and thanks! ETA: 10/5 I googled her name, it does not exist in her state so far as I can tell (I am not, however, a pea sleuth). So then I googled the address that was given, and a resident of the address has the same first name, but a different last name. And so far as I can tell no one at that address has the last name she signed up with. That's all I know. I am very uncomfortable making any sorts of decisions about participants, and it's not the "job" I signed up for....so we need more pea participant input please You all are in charge!

RE: Our mystery participant.
I don't know. Without her? (is it a her?) posting somewhere on *This* 2Peas Message Board version (which has been around over 7 years), she remains a bit of a, well, mystery to us all. I'll make no assumptions about her intentions. Perhaps she has been reading here for ages and has participated in the past and feels like she "knows" us. Unfortunately, none of us can say the same with her having only 2 posts on this iteration of the 2Peas message board.
So I vote a kindly no for this go around.

I would send to her if she was on the list, but I'm leery of sending out the list of addresses to someone who hasn't been active on the board since 2019. I feel bad for saying this! I don't want to be cliquish. The more the merrier here. But I'm always watching those with a low post count with a side eye. As far as the name not matching the address, women can change their name frequently due to marriage or divorce. So that may not mean anything. But it is something to think of.
Perhaps she will see this discussion and pop in on the board a few times. There's 2 months between now and December!

In regards to your mystery pea, why don’t you peamail her and ask her about her lack of posting? She could have a different last name than the other person at the address you found - I find nothing sketchy about that in today’s world. I would be very proud if you couldn’t internet find me because of my deliberate privacy efforts.
And if you have concerns about recent activity for card exchange members, put that as part of the sign up info to avoid having potential hurt feelings like in a situation like this.
FYI, I was one of those refugee peas who only created an account (years ago) for the card exchange and still have a relatively low post count since then. I would be devastated if I was kicked out of that first card exchange because I didn’t participate “enough”.
Everyone uses this site differently. I post when I feel my opinion hasn’t been stated yet. I post to give support. I see no need to post if I’m repeating things.

The mystery pea must hang out here to some degree or she wouldn't have known about the exchange. She could even have participated in past exchanges without actually posting anywhere.
You can sort the members by their posts and it tells you when people signed up and when they last visited. I sorted all members by posts and found a handful of names that have never posted anything but signed up years ago and visited as recently as yesterday. I guess it is hard to fathom a mute Pea but apparently there are some who don't post. God bless their restraint in some of these threads.
It wasn't a requirement that they post on the board only that they be a Pea. Somewhere you mention that you will scan for new members implying that people can't just join the board to be part of the exchange.
I'm just adding this as food for thought. I'm new to this particular holiday card exchange. I can go either way about including her or not.

My thoughts on the mystery pea: - As I write this, there are 40 members and 133 guests reading the board. I think most of the guests are members who don't bother to sign in and at least some are just lurkers.
- This person signed up 2 years ago to participate in a card swap. Sure, their history is limited on the board, but at least it is consistent. They didn't just sign up yesterday.
If getting a few cards with nice holiday greetings lures them into participating more on the board, I'm all for adding their name to this exchange.

I feel like there is no clear consensus on my question about one participant. Last year we had a similar (but different) situation and the participants were clear in their preference. This year not so much. For the time being (and subject to change depending on what more participants have to say) I will not do anything.
I think that as a group, it would be helpful to formulate some guidelines for decision making in regards to peas who are not actively posting to the boards. Do you agree? If so, it would be lovely if someone else leads the brainstorming on that. Thank you!
