I’m curious what people in Florida are saying about what DeSantis was doing at the end of December. Are there rumors he had covid or is that just a crazy conspiracy theory? Where I live in FL, the majority of people here don't question DeathSantis. They support him. They think he's great! Only a minority of people question him as he should be questioned. The rest of the people simply buy every word of crap that comes out of his mouth. Local social media is a very scary reflection of what a lot of people here are buying into. agreed! Most people down here LOVE him. They think he is doing what is best for Florida. They think everyone is moving down here because they want to experience life with his great leadership. One woman told me that all of these folks flocking down here had better be voting Republican. She said the reason they love it so much down here is because of DeSantis and what he has done. They are obligated to vote red to keep it that way.  My brother in Ohio LOVES DeSantis. And he has mentioned his balls as well. I have only heard one person speak of his absence and she said he was taking care of his wife. And how noble he is.  My neighbor has a "DeSantis 2024 Make America Florida" flag flying. |

I'm further north than you and if anything, it's worse here. This pandemic has been very enlightening about my neighbours ...as was the insurrection and the 2016-2020 presidential term....what I believe and what it seems like most rational people believe is completely the opposite of the folks here. Are you in FL or further north?? I couldn't "like" your post because it makes me upset to hear that it's even worse where you are. The rational people in my complex and area are in the minority and have been for over a decade. |

That sums it up precisely!! I read comments from Floridians on news articles re DeSantis. They all warn non-Floridians NOT to move down here. They say it's overcrowded as it is, and that they don't want liberal minded northerners to infiltrate their State. Hilarious since FL was considered to be more purple.
(As far as the footage of DeSantis out of breath and looking/sounding quite ill, it was shown live on our local news. He did seem pretty sick. If he was such an angel, caring for his wife, he'd take SOME precautions and be masked, vaxxed and keep his distance from people before he goes home to his wife daily since she has breast cancer. He's a creep--it's pretty easy to see.)
