Paper Posse Q3

I'm also behind on the sketches compared to where I have been in prior years, even with the advantage of hosting 5 Thursdays, so already having 5 layouts done. I sat down last night and flipped through some albums looking for photos that would work with the sketches and have plans for three of the sketches now. I also plan to keep working on the sketches as time allows if I don't get them all done in the next week or so.

So glad you are safe Linda! Praying for the rest of the people in Ian's path!

I have 18 sketches done with photos ready for 2 more, but still don't think I'll get to all thirty by 10/6. I had a sub day today and I was way behind on counting up points. Brought my layouts to school today as I was subbing. Got them counted up the old-fashioned way and will get them into the thread soon.

Still really struggling with anxiety/depression/lack of ability to sleep. Fortunately, I found a new ND to work with and have my first appointment next Wednesday. The only thing that is really bringing me joy honestly right now is being back in my craft cave creating. I am so thankful for sketchtember inspiration! I might get more done next week 10/6-8 while I am at CKC Hillsboro. Mom and I have signed up for the "sit and scrap" so making page kits for the photos with papers etc in mind will be my focus the next few days.

Hello ladies.

I'm back again. I posted my final cards on the sharing thread. I will be back to post points tomm. Linda glad you made it through unscathed. Those images on the news are horrible of the people that lost their homes.

@homeshoolmum my grand total is 4907 mostly due to the Sketchtember sketches I did get done. I have a few more I plan to use, but most likely won't have them done before Oct 7th . . . other chores and things have been neglected! Plus getting ready for cropping with my Mom (2 days at "sit and Crop") and printing photos to finally use pocket pages for the 100's of photos I have of the Submarine Museum, USS Missouri, and the Aviation Museum. They will also be helpful when I go back to do the Midway.

Off to think about challenges for this month!

Hi Team...sorry I've been MIA here. It was a weird summer. I did get some pages done and will get them pointed by the end of the weekend.

Linda I am glad you made it through Ian ok. WTG with completing all the sketches.

T-12 Worn & Loved - 1 point per distressed or torn an edge

Do you count inking edges as distressed?

That's where I was leaning but confused with distressed & torn.  It seems redundant.

My points are 1445. What helped a lot where the spend/no spend, and organizing challenges.

Thank you so much for letting me play. That was an experience. I am traumatized. LOL. Just kidding. I think I can do better next time now that I have experienced this once. But definitely not so soon next quarter.

Linda thanks for leading twice this year! My points were 2493. Mostly from shopping/not shopping and what crafting I did do, oh and apparently I'm a video junky because I had quite a few points in that category too lol.
