Random, but I stopped by a thrift store today and they had a laser printer for $5. I brought it home and plugged it in and she works! I've wanted to do my own Minc prints for my DD in the past and I am so excited to give this a whirl!

I’m International. Mine is on its way. Delivery date to be provided soon. UPS has said that since AE shipped. It will arrive when it arrives. Not like I don’t have a ton of DD stuff😜

I’m hoping mine doesn’t arrive before 10/15 so I don’t have to feel guilty of ordering so much…. And I can place a good sized KP order when it goes live. It makes it easier to overlook if there isn’t physical product in my house! I wish KP would sneak/order/release earlier! |

I was planning on buying at least one set of stamps from Kerri Bradford’s Christmas release, but none of them were really calling to me. I like them all, just don’t feel like I need any of them. That might very well change after I see other people’s projects using them. I was the same way with the stamp sets from Ali. I liked most of them really well, but never felt like I had to have any of them. Im so surprised, stamps are usually my biggest weakness🤔😂 Did you buy the Madeline stamps from last month? I know they aren’t Christmas necessarily but the font is so amazing and going to be perfect for December daily. I just got them and clearly am obsessed enough to want to make everyone else get them. I didn’t get them, but I did really like them! I did put them on my wishlist. I feel like I have a decent amount of alphabet stamps for now, so I’ll probably wait on them for at least awhile. I’m so glad you love them! |

I got my shipping notice yesterday, but it says that I will receive my box today! Fastest ever Inked shipping for me if it turns out to be true  Color me surprised, I actually received my DD box yesterday! Really happy with the items I ordered, and this weekend I can organize the new DD supplies with the leftovers from previous years  |

PSA: #RoadToDecember1st Welcome to the second installment of our slow 'n steady approach to documenting December! December 1st is now only 8 weeks away... Tickity tock, the clock never stops, dear documenters. ⌛ After having a go at the adapted brand board concept, we're now giving ourselves a little time to start gathering and compiling inspiration for this year's album. 🧚 Start thinking about scrapbookers you follow on Instagram, fellow Peas who've shared their projects, blogs of the big names like Ali but also classes you already own (too often forgotten) and definitely don't forget to take a walk down memory lane and rediscover your own DD projects. 📖 To help you along the way, there's an Inspiration cheat sheet PDF for you to download (A4 format). 👍 Jot down all those little ideas and don't forget to make them easy to find afterwards (Instagram handle of the scrapper, exact date of Ali's DD album page you want to reproduce, YouTube video title + channel name, etc.). Keep it simple in terms of description but make sure you log the info that will allow you to bring the original sources back up quickly when you get around to creating your pages. Think of all aspects that go into making a December memory documented special: story themes, colour schemes, interactive elements, journaling prompts, design + paper play, stamping, texture play and photography. 📷 Have fun planning what you wish to replicate with your own spin, scrolling through scrappy Insta, enjoying your past albums and diving into your (unfinished) classes. Soak up all the inspiration goodness before the madness commences and don't forget to keep your cheap sheet in sight when you're done filling it in so you can use it! 😊

Aww, I hope you (and the others who've posted similar negative feels) can shake the bad vibes and guilt. That's no fun. Don't let it dampen your DD mood. Doing mini RAKs with just a couple of embellishments or DD kit cards can really help shift your spirit in case there are a few things in your order you know you won't use. It's a great way to get rid of the bad mojo and make someone else's day with just an envelope and a stamp. 😊 Random, but I stopped by a thrift store today and they had a laser printer for $5. Mine arrived! I'm still shocked it got here so quickly, I just checked last year's order and it hadn't even had a label printed by now and I don't think the package even arrived until November, so it's been really, really nice to not have to play the waiting game this time round. Also - no custom/admin charges from UPS or other wise  |

Thanks again, sleepingbooty for giving us resources to plan our December Daily projects! I ordered one of the DD journals, and that's what I plan to use to help me document and get things organized before putting anything into my album. That's what I did for WITL, and it really helped. I'm going to include this worksheet and the brand board in my journal. I am thrilled that international folks are getting their deliveries from AE! I think I can wait a little longer. I have been watching Krystal Idunate's videos to get some ideas for what to do with my goodies once they get here. I've been so impressed with her ideas. She really starts with the products first, so she may be a good resource for people who are feeling the dread of managing too many supplies. I only purchased the mini kit and an album plus a couple of embellishments, but I've been scrapping for many years, so I have a lot I can supplement with. I'm sure I'll end up getting some of the digitals. I didn't get any of the Ali Edwards stamps, but I've been hoping for a new Heidi Swapp Christmas stamp. I'll keeping checking her website, and I'll try to avoid getting anything else. Easier said than done! |

I really like the papers in this collection. Looking at Ali's past main kits, usually the papers are what puts me right off. The stamp also screams Xmas past to me as well. Maybe they should have used this for their stories from Xmas past

Sometimes when watching album/process videos on youtube I've wondered if there's a secret competition to create the most interactive album with the greatest variety and number of flip outs and hidden pockets and secret tabs. I like the idea of them in other people's albums, but it's not something I want for mine, and certainly not on every page. |

Its all a competition & one that I don't care to be a part of. For awhile I felt like the products were taking over the focus of DD, now I feel like its less that and more 'who can be over the top' with the interactive elements. A little bit of creativity like that is fine but not every day. |
