Oh definitely! That would be really cute. I plan on scraplifting a lot of Ali's Christmas past album, her class is amazing, and that would look really good on a transparency as a window.

I'm disappointed that it's bundled with the physical kit, but I might still get it if I see enough inspiration to tempt me. It would also be a way of "stretching" my Christmas stories. My kids are grown, and we keep Christmas fairly simple. There are also stories I'd like to tell from when my husband and I were first married. The History Story Kit seems to be a good one to combine with the Christmas Past theme. |

OOF not clear from the chat in FB but some folks are saying their DD transparencies are scuffed and there is no film protecting the sheet.....if thats true, check your stuff!

My main kit was missing 4 items (possibly only 3 because the website lists "Story Cards" but they aren't in the picture. I'm definitely missing the vellum strips, the plastic words and the numbered die cut labels.

My travel kit was missing one tag out of the whole thing and they sent me an entire new set of the travel kit (the mini one).
That was not was I was expecting.
But that one tag was my favorite piece out of the whole kit.

We are discussing maybe possibly (hopefully!) going to Iceland for Christmas this year. That would make for a really fun DD/JYC! I will need an Icelandic Yule Cat for my tree and album. We went to Iceland over Christmas a few years ago, it was MAGICAL! I hope you get to go.
I love the story of the Yule Cat, I'd not come across that before, but it's right up my street. Will be telling my children that as I gift them a jumper during December 
I have just bought an old book called Maypoles, Martyrs & Mayhem which lists British myths, stories and customs for each day of he year. It's great! Worth keeping an eye out for it. December 7th is the story of a ghost who haunted the Wesley household. The name and description of this ghost? Jeffrey the Headless Badger. Made me laugh, anyway. I'm seeing a spread featuring the Crate Paper skunk/honey badger taking centre stage.
I was looking back at the Yule Cat discussion many pages ago because I’ve decided to make it a feature of my Christmas cards this year (probably) since we are going to Iceland. And yes, I planned this trip so I’d have something fun for my JYC album this year. Anyway, wanted to mention that I tracked that book down from the UK (through Better World Books) and it’s quite entertaining! I’m ordering another copy for my folklore loving friend. |

My dd order came 2 days earlier than expected! Yay.
I haven't looked at it all yet, I did open the wood veener and my moose has a long deep cut across his neck, so I started a conversation. My pp were also lying on top of the album rings, so have marks on them. Doesn't seem like you can see them once you pop in colored paper, so I'm not raising that as an issue. But as usual good idea to check your stuff.

PP HOLIDAY! All Subbers just got VIP access to see every Paper Person kit once you log in . Lots to see. I am illiterate at creating links but I am sure some one will add it. I LOVE the gold foil on the main kit and B&W kit die cuts. And the paper for Evergreen...decisions decisions. |

They have a nice weight cardstock and the colors always come out very true to the actual kit. |

I use Epson Presentation Matte paper - my printer doesn't do well with the cardstock I have, which is a bit thicker. I send my digital items to Staples to print, I get the best results that way. Can't recall the results I get with a Minc on the Staples printed, but tbh my best Minc results have been at home on a laserjet. |

You upload what you want printed and then they print it exactly as you have uploaded them. I upload the PDF's and they print them as they are on the PDFs and on the same number of pages. So if I upload 5 pdfs, they print the 5 pdfs. I've never had them cut anything so no clue about that. |

Y'all. They were hanging the Christmas lights in my mother's town already. I kid you not. Snapped a couple of shitty photos with my left hand as I was holding a pup in the other when we drove by the workmen in the dark (they lit the lights to hang them properly, it was pretty). She was so annoyed with Christmas being way too early this year... It's a good thing she's not a scrapbooker!  Totally going into my DD album this year. Obviously. |
