Even though I've emailed her at least twice Use Your Punches class still doesn't show up in my class listings. I'm not in too big of a rush since nothing is out there yet but I'm sure tired of the headache involved in just getting access to what I've paid for. I have to contact her every time I purchase a class. She hasn’t filmed or loaded the punches class yet. It’s been a long time coming, but that’s why you’re not seeing it. I think she said in a YT Live recently that it’s next on her list, after the This Year’s Story starter classes were in the can, which just happened. As far as I know.

I also thought I wasn't seeing the punches class, but found it was under the "use what you buy" class heading. If I log into my classes account, I find it there, with an intro from Shimelle. No actual content but this was from June 23rd. I am hopeful it is coming soon! But I still have all the sticker classes to get through, so I am not worried at all. Welcome! You can see this because you're either a current class pass holder or you signed up for Use Your Shape Punches!

lilacgal me, too! I just finished two layouts using Main Character Energy and I love them so much. Me, too! I’m still playing with this collection. The colors and simple designs are so easy to use!

I bought Main Character a while ago and used it for a few layouts, then put it away for the winter. I just started a Hip Kit subscription too and I’m so happy that they go so well together! I’m working on my dd’s high school album and flying through it (for me). It’s just fun and effortless, the colors are bright and cheerful. Makes me happy!

I had to go call out my vet's office just today because they charged me $62 for THEIR mistake. And then the vet tech tried lying to me that she did not know that extra charge would be added on when she quoted me the higher price and said it was based on the weight of the dog! I got my $62 back. ETA: And if you are going to say you don't like confrontation, believe me I did not either, but it gets easier with practice. You don't have to be mean about it. But don't let people walk all over you.

I do think that the problem is that I've used one email for her website and another for my paypal account. I've now asked if I should change the email I use for her website to be what I use for paypal.

She says with the lives, she can just do the layout and it is how is but with the recorded ones, she second guesses and starts over and ... Personally I MUCH prefer her recorded videos because they ARE edited and have less random rambling but it's clear that she much prefers the process of live videos and finds them easier to produce. As a person, I can empathise but as a business model, that's not working well for her.

Ah, I'd completely forgotten it started as a 2023 full year class, and I'm on the class pass so I don't think about how long ago others might have signed up for a particular class. This thread popping back up also made me realise it's been 9 months since the punches class was announced. I'm behind on the free lives she does and would very happily trade those for paid content getting done in a more timely manner.

She has mentioned that if this is the case to contact her and let her know the two different emails. I've had the most success with IG messages.

Alice reached out and is working on adding the classes. I've asked if I should change my email address for her website. I don't know if that will help or not. I do email after each purchase with a copy of the receipt but the last couple of times I've received no response.
We'll see what they say.
