Hero Arts is changing their My Monthly Hero Kits and starting in February they will have a "classic" kit and a premium kit. The classic is what the kit has always been. The premium kit will have more theme related products and probably cost more. For February 2023 only, if you subscribe before the end of today, Jan 31st, they will upgrade the classic kit to the premium kit for free. You enabled me to try this one. Their other kits are hit and miss. I loved November 2022 trying to sell December. Then I unsubscribed so I will see what I think

I have FOMO for this. I subscribed a year or two ago and didn’t always like what they came out with, so I stopped.

I've never subscribed and typically only buy 3-4 kits per year. My curiosity is piqued since so many people on the creative team have said this is the best kit ever offered. I'm probably going to be terribly disappointed but for $35, I just couldn't help myself. Also, since you can cancel after the Feb free upgraded kit, it's even more worth it. |

Okay, I signed up for the one kit. I'm not sure it's right.
The ad says sign up today for the February premium kit, but it said the first monthly kit I'll get is March. So how am I to get the February kit?

I didn't get that email that says "begins with February kit." YIKES. I hope you're right! My email says "you signed up for a recurring product from Hero Arts." Did you sign up today or earlier? When I went into HA to manage my subscription that's where I saw it starts in March. I think you're right, though. Fingers crossed! |

I got 3 emails. The first 2 came right after I signed up, the 3rd came about 30 minutes later. That line was in the 3rd email.
I signed up mat 8am this morning.

Oh boy, I'm glad I didn't see this until today! I haven't liked 80% of the recent couple of year's kits, not even once Card Cutups shows me amazing ideas for them. In the past 2-3 years I bought one I loved (that everyone loved so much they released it as a normal product a year later) and there's one kit that I have major sadness I didn't get and can't find used the one time I looked on eBay. The rest have been hmm to meh to nah for me.
So I don't think I could take a chance on this, but the FOMO gene is activated anyway...

I wasn't too tempted by this because I've rarely seen a MMH kit I loved. Which is still find deeply weird since I love so many of the Joann/Hero Arts Make Yourself at Home kits (including this month's, which finally dropped this morning, and I ordered before I even got out of bed...).
Meanwhile, I haven't been able to even see this month's MMH.

Same here joblackford . I subscribed for a year or two and half the kits I never used. Which kit are you looking for? June 2017 is the one I missed that I’d like to have. It was the simple folk art animals one with the several stencils that made little paths and half circles... April 2021! I can totally live without it but it looked like fun. It was a weird one because I barely saw anyone use it but there also don't seem to be a lot of old ones people are trying to get rid of. |

I love the kit. Butterflies are definitely one of my weaknesses. I'm glad I subscribed to get the free upgrade but I'm definitely going to cancel and buy individual kits going forward if they appeal to me.
I cannot wait to see what Jennifer McGuire does with the kit.
I've never seen the 2 kit limit. Is that new?

I'm kind of looking at these kits and comparing them to the Joann one. They are similar, but there isn't really any overlap. I really like the window die, which doesn't seem to be available separately. I don't think I love it enough to buy the whole kit. I hope I'm right....
