Hero Arts - New My Monthly Hero Premium Kits

I got the classic one too. I wish the little leaves and mushrooms would be parr of it too. I got the tree stump.

I just saw the sneaks for the October ones and I think they are going to get my money again 😁

Also, the Hero Arts/Make Yourself at Home line at Joann released FOUR card kits this week (~$26 a pop) plus four more "technique kits" (~$20). I don't know if they belong here or not; I certainly think of them as similar.

I don't think I want a single one of them, either.

I've noticed that not many cards in the peek blog posts use the stamp set in the classic kit, but the one that does, I kind of like it. The classic and the holiday sentiment strips stamp are in my cart. I already have the sentiment strips die.

Yes that what looks like to me too. And postage die in the classic probably.

End of the year there is a vote and which ever month gets the most will be released broken up the following year , so it would be 2025. If you like it I would just go for it now the price much better when its a monthly kit.
we just voted for the last 12 months and they ended up with two winners, apparently it was very close.

Yeah, the mice and the mailbox with the owls perching on it are both getting to me.

And same here at joblackford. I have never liked hero arts designs. It's not my style at all.

Gahhhh, those owls are still calling me. I wish they offered a mini class or something, even at an additional cost. I’d be all over this if they did!

The washi sticker paper can be stamped on (and colored, etc) to make your own semi-see through stickers. It looks like DT people have used it to make their own shaped washi tape seals/stickers for their envelopes, but you can also use it as a layer in mixed media style collage cards and projects like art journals. I think of it as something Vicki P would use in her mixed media cards and projects as a background layer. YT link

I have been jonesing for a SU owl bundle. It's just snowy (or at least not "horned") owls and more realistic than cute. No mice or mailboxes, but I think I'm ok with that. No presents, but I have those. Often when I'm teetering on the verge of getting a MMH, it's the card stock assortment that tips me over the edge, but the washi and envelopes aren't doing it for me. SU owls it is!
