I have her!!! 🥰. She’s in a huge kennel with towels and food and water and even a litter box. She is not getting out until we’re home! Not taking ANY chances. 😁. I am soooooo happy!! I have a 16-17 drive so I’m stopping at my dd’s tonight. Then doing the last 6 tomorrow. I’ll post a picture when I get home! Thank you all! I have tears! Thank you for sharing this and if anyone deserves this happy reunion it’s you! |

Home sounds good. Silver may have some ideas of her own.
You may have to confine her, she has experienced free wandering for over a month.
I was a bit of a mean kitty mommy. I lived in an upstairs apartment with my stairs down inside with the exit door at the bottom. There were days she wanted to go out. I waited for heavy rain days and/or snow on the ground. She learned fairly quickly that stepping outside was not so nice.

Thank you everyone! We just made it home about a half hour ago. Our little Pomeranian was so excited to see her, and her him. She's acting so calm and is as loving as usual. It's almost as if she hadn't been in the wild for a month. That said, she is not going to be allowed out of the house for at least a week or so.  Even then, I'll be watching her like a hawk. I'm looking forward to her being able to go back outside. We live in the country and have 20 acres of yard to play in and some fun trees to crawl. It'll be fun to watch her. Maybe she learned a new trick or two on her big adventure!  ' Thank you all for the wonderful posts and advice. I am so grateful for this place and all the peas!  I will try to edit the thread title and post a picture here quick. (Need to figure out how, LOL) |

I shared this saga with my coworkers and they kept asking me if she was found. They all cheered when I told them she was!!! Now I can show them her picture! She is famous!!

You are not going to believe it...I just got off the phone with the son-in-in law of the man I met while down there. They have been setting the live trap everyday and they caught her today!! I am so excited!! They said she looked scared but healthy. She still had her collar on. I have to go to Minneapolis for an appointment tomorrow then I'll come right back and head to Oklahoma early Thursday morning. It's about a 16 hour drive so I probably won't get her until Friday morning. A HUGE THANK YOU to all of you for the well wishes and hope you've given me! And to rodeomom for walking all that area searching! I am so HAPPY!!!  Oh my gosh how did I miss this the first time you posted that is awesome |
