Three more cards. Sorry for the shadowy corner. Two of these were inspired by the June 2020 sheetload sketch. The banners were a good use of my scraps. I also got the courage to commit to only cutting out some of the cut aparts and using the bird paper on the reverse side for some cards instead. I was worried I would have either too many or too few cut apart scenes, but actually making a plan is beyond me. I think I have enough remaining paper, die cuts, and cut apart squares to make a bunch more cards and use up almost everything. July share by jo.blackford, on Flickr

beautiful cards - I love how you used vellum to mat some of the elements - I'm tucking that idea away to use. joblackford

beautiful cards - I love how you used vellum to mat some of the elements - I'm tucking that idea away to use. joblackford Thanks I got some nice heavyweight vellum from scrapbook dot com the other day ( their own brand) and it's so much less fussy to use than the thin stuff, I'm going to use it everywhere! It gives enough separation without covering too much of the lovely patterns.

I'm very happy you used some of the bird paper -- it's lovely! Thanks It's one of those patterns that's a little too small scale and lined up in columns for my liking, but the birds are lovely! and I love birds! so I'm glad I was able to use some of it too.

very cheerful card grammadee - love the torn edge joblackford - you've made so many beautiful cards with those papers Thank you! I glued down 6 more today and I think I’m done unless I can squeeze one last card out of the scraps. I haven’t bought 12x12 Paper Rose before so I’m not sure if it’s good value or not. Tomorrow I will count up and see

I thought I'd get one more card from my scraps but I ended up with three. The little scrappy scraps will go inside some of the cards. The only other bits I have left are some branding strips with the tone on tone stripes (like the edges of the top right card) and a few of the sentiments. I got 61 cards from the 12x12 pack plus a pack of die cuts Scraps Aug share by jo.blackford, on Flickr

Finally finished a LO that has been in my head and on my scrap counter for a long time. I thought of the triangle heart when the Q-3 challenges were first posted. But then I needed to print these photos... Then I lost the photos... Then other things interfered with my time... But today I finished this. Yay ME! POINTS: two pages (40), created & shared (4). Eight photos for Donna challenge (8). S/I-6 triangles, S/I-12 rectangles, W/T-4 heart for "o", W/T-15 English. Total: 56

Farmer's Market by BreetheFlea, on Flickr I really wanted to use this paper, but at the same time find these kind of papers annoying. Using three photos covered up too much of the design... but it's scrapped, and the paper is no longer wasting away in my stash so it's all good The paper is from Carta Bella, the fonts are Silhouette Sweater and Winter Wishes the die cuts are from Simple Stories Full Bloom line and the little word stickers might be from Echo Park.

Two of the six LO's I put together yesterday, after the log jam in my brain let me think about anything other than that one LO... Playing with inks and pastes to create a splash effect: chill out! by Gramma Dee, on Flickr And grabbing random things to recreate SOME of the fun at the lake: Taking a Lake Break by Gramma Dee, on Flickr For some reason, the light in my living room is giving these both a brown tinge, even though they are quite bright with whites and blues. No idea why! POINTS: four pages (80), created & shared (8). Fifteen photos for the Donna challenge (15). P-1 cb title word, P-11 Nuvo splatters, S/I-9 circles, C/M-2 blues, C/M-3 monochrome, T-1 splatter, T-4 dies used, T-16 CM circle cutting system, Th-6 water play, N/S-3 different sized photos. grammadee these are all fantastic! I really like that triangle heart design and how you used the bits of string as jump rope. And you really captured the watery feel on the other layouts. I love the torn papers and how you used them as sand and water. Your pages are so creative. breetheflea that’s a perfect use for that paper! I’m always attracted to those scenic papers but then don’t know how to use them. I love this layout and you’ve inspired me to think about doing a farmers market page too. Just have to remember to take some photos next time we’re there.

Love seeing you and the family enjoying your regular game night. beachy you are ROCKIN' your back-to-scrappin' experience! I plan to head over to Flickr next to look at your pages and leave some love. Will catch your fun cards when I am there, joblackford, as well as breetheflea's page, too. You have been super busy!
