I've laid out my missing days. Monday through today.
14-my grandma 15-my sister 16-scrapbooking/creativity 17-DD17 18-hot tea
My grandma took my mom and me in when she was pregnant with my sister. It was the four of us until I got married. She was a good woman who we miss very much. DS29 was the only one of my sister and my six kids to get to spend time with her. She died when he was eight. I am who I am today because of her!
I've mentioned my sister, creativity and DD17, but I haven't mentioned why I am thankful for hot tea...it makes me HAPPY!!! That is all.

I'm at a loss for today!!
No idea what to even consider, yikes!! And I'm getting further and further behind. I'm so easily distracted, lol.

I'm at a loss for today!! No idea what to even consider, yikes!! And I'm getting further and further behind. I'm so easily distracted, lol. I keep going to my list of things I MUST include. I also checked each day on here to see what the prompt was. That way I can fill in gaps. Did you use your pine cone or pantry pictures? Hopefully my brain remembered that right. Your daughter was helping you I think.

I'm at a loss for today!! No idea what to even consider, yikes!! And I'm getting further and further behind. I'm so easily distracted, lol. What do you have so far? My advice is to think about what you are thankful for TODAY. (Or something that you are thankful for in general, just have yet to include it) Some days are more creative than others, and you can get "caught up" when you hit one of those days. I find I can't think creatively when I am worried about catching up. Maybe just a sticky on the page is all you need now to remember what it was you were planning to put on that page from earlier in the week. And maybe if you are struggling, you just need to walk away. I had a day like that yesterday, and I walked away. This morning I had 6 Christmas cards finished before I had finished my first cup of coffee. Just needed to let my creative brain rest for a bit I guess. ((((HUGS)))))

Your daughter was helping you I think. My aim is to use pictures from each day in my album. I decided on the pictures of my daughter helping put groceries away figuring I'll likely be stopping at a store another day where I can get pictures of the pine cones. I know I'm probably being too fussy with it, but sigh...can't help it, haha. I'm currently working on day 7...I can't believe I'm almost twice as far behind as I have done!!

((((HUGS))))) I'm doing okay with the creative part...it's the prompt part that is messing me up. I might have my mom or my oldest son take a picture of me snuggling my daughter later. She is sick and wants nothing but Mommy snuggles (it is nice to feel needed). Part of me thinks that gives her too many pages just about her since I also have a day dedicated to her 'helpful' phase planned, but part of me thinks there might not be much better since it's kind of a lazy day around here. Tomorrow is easy...it's my husband's birthday. Several days next week will be easy because of Thanksgiving...and then Black Friday is one of my favorite days of the year...there will also be some baking, too, I think.

I have posted the prompts for the 19th and the 20th. Haven't finished a page for either one. Got busy with other things, but I have some ideas of what to do. Hoping by Monday I will be caught up again...

Today (19th) was DD19. So thankful to have her home from school. I took a beautiful picture of her today, had it printed and I'm caught up...yay! I worked on the six pages while we binge watched Gilmore Girls.

Love your pages, scrapaddict702! Great photos. You are going to love going back to this book when it is done. The prompt for the 21st is up. I am still behind for both pages for this weekend, and I have only one page premade for the prompts for the upcoming week. Will have to get back into the routine of doing my gratitude page first thing every morning. Besides that it has kept me up to date until this weekend, it is a great way to start the day!

I haven't posted the last 2 pages I finished. I had hopes of getting more caught up, but the cards for the Scrapbooking for Less drive for troops got me a bit behind (but totally worth it!!) and I just hadn't gotten around to even taking pictures of finished pages, let alone getting any more pages done. I'm only on day 7 in terms of being done, but I'm actually printing off pictures for a few days right now so that will at least be out of the way. My goal this week (in between baking and catching up with laundry) will hopefully be getting at least 2 days done per day through Thanksgiving. But that was my goal last week, too...and yeah, didn't happen, lol. Day 6: http://instagr.am/p/BNDoVN6jfpt Day 7: http://instagr.am/p/BNDqVSojS0h Love the pages and how you get so much onto those 6x6 layouts! You have a beautiful family!

Today the girls and I went to see a movie and did a little Christmas shopping. We got a sweet selfie. I am thankful for a girls day out.
We are supposed to go out to dinner tomorrow night, so hopefully I will be thankful for good food.

Yesterday I saw my endocrinologist and my numbers were way down. I am thankful for MOTIVATION to continue on with my food plan. I came out of chemo with steroid induced hypo glycemia, or diabetes, which I did not previously have. It has been tough for me to accept (more so than the cancer) and get with the program, but I'm doing really good now. I will use no picture for this layout.
Today I will go with the prompt of TRAVEL which I have been very lucky to do a lot of.

I'm thinking of screen shotting my Elle's Studio and Cutterpillar Crop orders and then using my Black Friday ad from Elle's Studio in my album for today. It definitely will be focused around shopping even though much of our BF shopping happens before Friday now. I am very happy...not only with the things that I purchased for my hobby, but in the restraint that I had in not loving many sales. I got 2 new mats and some spring scissors (60% off Fiskars from Joann's...got them Wednesday), the Cutterpillar and the Elle's Studio order all put me under $200. I can usually spend triple that this time of year in just a week...so either I'm showing more restraint or the sales just really suck, lol. Now that I think about it, that's not quite right...I got the Walmart $50 Brother sewing machine (replaced one I had gotten there for the same price a few years ago that I never really got to use...the kids messed with it and now the tension is all screwy, but it's not worth taking in to get it serviced) but I've actually used the sewing machine I already had less for my intended purpose (paper crafting) and more for actual sewing...not that I am any good at it or anything, but it's definitely proved itself useful. We even got some gifts at Walmart last night (we usually go for pajamas for the kids and movies since Blu-Rays can become quite pricey) for the kids that weren't part of our original game plan. Saves us some time down the line, which I'm really happy about, too. I hope everyone else had a good black friday, even if it wasn't shopping!!

Behind again on my 30 days, but not worried about it. What I need to catch up on...
20-time with my girls 21-good food 22-motivation (no picture) 23-travel 24-family 25-technology/internet
With all the crazy shopping, hanging out with family, thanksgiving, etc, I haven't had much time to work on this album. DD19 goes back to school Sunday, so I'll have much more time to work on the album. I did do a page for my sisters album today and I laid out about ten more.

I struggle to be creative when I have visitors. I love having company but I feel kind of out of my element. Plus, I'm on election day and that's not really motivating, lol. My husband's cousin is in town this week and leaves Sunday (one of her kids is in a football tourney) so we're going to be seeing them this weekend. We haven't seen them since my oldest (6) was an infant, I believe. Is it awful that I kind of want to send them all out and lock myself in my room to work on my album?? As it is, I'm probably not going to be anywhere near done until January...but this is one project I want to make sure I finish. Plus, I want to use some of December to finish my DD from last year (and what better motivation than being IN the season instead of say...July).

Glad you ladies had successful shopping adventures! Sounds like you have great plans for your gratitude books, too.
Four more days after Saturday... I have 3 more pages I need to complete, and then do the summary page.
Saturday's prompt is up.

Three more days to go. Now that Thanksgiving is over, and before the December Daily crunch comes, hope you can get some more pages in your journals.

Election Day (day 8) and day 9 are done. Most of 8 was finished a few days back, but I just couldn't figure out how to finish it. It ended up being one of those 'at least it's done' pages...let's face it, with my emotions that day, it was unlikely to be a masterpiece anyway, lol. Day 9 was super quick. I've been mostly sticking to collections...so when I get to that day, I pull the collection pack that goes with the 6x6 papers I have in those sleeves. Day 10 is using paper pads (so no embellishments) from Joann's. It's taking a bit more time to come together as a result, so I'm calling it a night. No pictures of the finished 2, just yet...I'm not convinced that day 8 is picture worthy!! I'm determined to not be working on this too far into December if I can help it (I know I said I expect January in a prior comment, but I figured if I aim high, I won't want to let myself down). I have so many photos to print off, it's ridiculous. I want to be done with this project before I go back and play catch up so I'm not juggling a lot at once. Oh, and I'm also pretty sure it's going to end up taking 2 6x6 albums. Since this isn't likely to be an annual project, I'm okay with that. If it does become something I want to pick up again next year, I'll clearly have to figure out something different so I don't end up having tons of albums just for this project.

I'll be working on my album after DD19 leaves for school today. I'm hoping to get completely caught up. Yesterday we were so worn out from the crazy shopping that we couldn't figure out what to even eat, so rest was a good choice. I'll use today's prompt, but I'll need to come up with a picture.

20-time with my girls 21-good food 22-motivation (no picture) 23-travel 24-family 25-technology/internet 26-rest (no picture) 27-home 28-Brianna's education opportunity (no picture) 29-books 30-good jobs(no pictures) Last page-how thankful I am for it all? Something like that
I'm hoping to be complete in the next couple of days because I haven't prepared a kit for December Daily.

Looks like you have this well in hand iheartpaper! Great plan. And you see, great minds think alike: if you check out Monday's prompt, we both chose education for the 28th. Hope now that you have plans, you will be able to get the pages out of the way before starting DD. Fortunately, scrapaddict702, we don't have to love every page to declare it finished. I have a few in this journal I am not proud of, and quite a number of that kind of page in my regular scrapbook albums! As I said, the prompt for the 28th is up!

Most days I have waited for your prompt before deciding which direction to go, too. I pulled my box into the bed and worked on the album. I got three pages done while stalking here and my emails in hope of shipping confirmation. Now I'm complete through the 24th. I also have not liked a few of my pages, but I absolutely adore the project as a whole! Maybe even more than a few...but flipping through the album I don't seem to notice. I have plans to bring it to the Christmas party at my sisters so everyone can see how thankful I am for them.

I just completed my 30 days of thankful album! I just love it and will give it a go next year, again. I must say that I'm really happy to put away this kit. I've used tons of complete packages, have five packages of gold glitter alphas used, but not used up. I even used leaves I diecut fourteen years ago. I ran them through the sizzix in the Swiss dot embossing folder and inked the dots that give the album texture.
Thank you so much grammadee for guiding us through the month...I'm so thankful that you helped make this project fun and easy! Now maybe tonight I'll start that December Daily DIY kit!

Yay iheartpaper! I am done too! Here is my book, just the way I like it, with bits and tags sticking out all over. I don't love every page. But I DO love this little book! finished book by Gramma Dee, on Flickr Thanks so much for playing along! You probably didn't need the prompts as much as I did. Knowing I "had" to come up with a prompt motivated me to complete my own pages. And an attitude of gratitude really DOES colour the rest of the day! Good luck to those who have not yet finished. Hope you check in here with progress if you get a moment.
