...and if you have, what was it? Anything at all, big or small, no matter the cost (I know we all have different budgets, not trying to make anyone feel bad about it). Pics or links where possible please!
Me, I splurged on a pair of pretty amazonite and rose gold vermeil stud earrings.

Those are so pretty! I bought a pair of Dearfoam slippers for myself at Burlington for $7.99. I hate having cold feet, and my other slippers didn't come over my ankle and I was still cold wearing them. Funny how all my kids have at least 2 pairs of good slippers each (except for my slipper-horse..... He has nine! Kid really loves slippers), but for me it was something I had to consciously force myself to do for myself. Great thread!

Those earrings are lovely!
I have had a recent splurge too. We've FINALLY got a Bath and Body Works shop in Australia. I have been buying from the USA for years including the killer postage costs. It only opened a couple of weeks ago and I went 3 days ago. I was in heaven and didn't know where to look first. I ended buying 4 body spays, 4 hand soaps, a shower gel and a lip gloss. I'm loving their Limoncello scent.
Then I went to T2 and bought a variety pack of herbal teas: - Apple, Kale & Ginger
- Baxter’s Buns
- Black Forest Bliss
- Carrot, Ginger & Turmeric
- Gingernut Chai
- Hot Date Chai
- Jaffalicious
- Peace, Love & Peppermint
and one of these teamakers I had one of these from about 10 years ago and when I used it recently it leaked so I needed a new one.
Then I want to Nespresso and bought 3 sleeves of their limited edition coffee pods that they only bring out at this time of the year. This year's flavours are based on Austrian desserts and they are: Apfelstrudel, Sachertorte and Linzer Torte.
All in all a good shopping day!

Ooh I'm jealous. I've never bought from BBW precisely because of the killer postage.
I need to check out those coffee pods - my DH recently got a Nespresso machine for his birthday, and he's loving it (I don't drink coffee). Might pick up some of them as a stocking filler for him. Thanks for sharing!

Well, I'm eating ice cream for breakfast! But really, it's for a good cause - my work has ice cream treats in the break room fridge for donations to charity.

Bought a new wax cube warmer at Wal-Mart. I didn't need another, but it was a fall themed warmer with Autumn leaves and gold accents. It makes me smile when I look at it and the pumpkin ale wax cubes make my kitchen smell great.
BTW, love those earrings!

I need to check out those coffee pods Hopefully they have them in the UK. I'm frowned upon here with my love of flavoured coffee, no-one else I know likes it. Nespresso only bring out their flavoured ones in weeks before Christmas and I've been stalking the shop waiting for this years ones. Last year when I went in they were having a quiet day and the guy who was serving asked me if I wanted to try the new flavour before buying so I said yes (even though I was always going to buy them) then he took me to the back coffee shop part and he asked the barista to make me one of each! He made me 3 shots of espresso and then offered me several of their chocolates to try, I felt bad just taking a sip of each and leaving so I drank all 3...lol. I was a little jittery by the time I left after drinking 3 espressos in about 15 minutes. I was disappointed this year I had a lady serving me and she just said 'will that be all?" no offers of free coffee this time.

I don't have a Sephora near me but I was near one a few weeks ago a got some expensive foundation and powder by Makeup Forever and I HATE it! It was my first Sephora experience and will be my last because the lady who did help me (props for actually asking if I need help since I never get helped at Ulta when I do ask) wasn't helpful.
I asked "what do you recommend for applying the foundation?" Her: "I don't know, whatever you want I guess to use" that was just the start... Ugh.

All in all a good shopping day! My friend who lives in Hawaii splurges at B&BW whenever she's here on the mainland. She said the postage to Hawaii is also killer. I love my Nespresso machine and will have to try those favors while they last.

Two floors and lots of helpful salespeople. I just bought some Kat VonD Everlasting lip color in a tube there and am loving the shade. Also a new color of NARS blush (they discontinued my previous shade).

I have a slight cookie cutter addiction, I just bought 3 more sets on Wednesday. But they are kind of for my business, so that doesn't really count!
But today, I'm on the hunt for the Nintendo Classic. Our Walmart has them in stock according to online, so I'm hitting there first. If I can't get it there, I'm off to the game store 20 minutes away to sit in their parking lot to wait for the doors to open!

jennyap , those earrings are indeed lovely. Very prudent decision. Yes, I have purchased a few pairs of Alegria shoes for the winter on clearance. LOVE all of them!!!!! Alegria's are my favorite. This probably takes me to over 40 pairs now. Eeek! I am SO GLAD you posted this. A few weeks ago, I actually asked a woman who was wearing these exact shoes - the black ones - what brand they were. She even SPELLED it for me, and then I muttered it to myself all the way to my car, and I still forgot. I think I "need" them for work. I don't have to be a slave to Dansko, right? But now that I see the brown ones... What about the sizes? Do they run true to size...run big...run small?

I've been bad, with each kids that moves out...money appears.
I've cleaned out every closet in the house. So of course I needed new clothes and some cute boots. New Slippers. A pedicure( Because I really cleaned out the house). A new purse. Some decadent popcorn from Target: White Chocolate Peppermint. New flooring for the spare bedroom.

I just bought the Plastation VR and it is sucking up every free moment and now this. Great, will see if I can track one down today. I am telling you, video games are going to be my demise.

I have just bought a Korres long lasting eyeliner...just one more in my search for one that stays put for a decent amount of time now that my middle aged lids have become rather oily.

I wasn't sure about what pumpkin ale wax cubes would smell like, but I took a chance, and boy do I love them! Very much a Fall scent, but just a little bit different than the usual pumpkin, apple, bakery, and spice scents.

I splurged on an iPad mini from Verizon. I carry a flip phone for it's small size and knew I wouldn't want to carry an iPhone in my pocket, so this gives me internet access when I'm out, but I don't have to carry a bigger phone every day.

A couple fragrances. A special value gift set of the new SJP - Stash fragrance from Ulta (small bottle of spray, tube of lotion, and rollerball mini that comes with a little case). Also a full .25 oz bottle of vintage Obsession pure parfum that I found for a really good price on Ebay to add to my collection of .25 oz and mini bottles of pure parfums and extraits.

I splurged on a timeshare at the beach to celebrate my 60th birthday. Now it isn't until next May, but my friend let me use her week so I had to pay her fee and a small guest fee. When we checked for next May there was basically only one resort available. I invited my mom down too. This is a milestone birthday so to speak but I dislike parties. My idea of a great birthday is to hang out with my loved ones at the beach and have a wonderful seafood dinner someplace.

I have several pair of Allegrias and I really like them. Two of them are black but look like lace up nurse or waitress shoes. One is a more stylish pair of boots. I like them better than Dansko.
