This is her update today (Thursday) on Facebook: "Yesterday's one to-do item that I thought would be done by noon took me until 9:30 p.m. NINE THIRTY PM folks! So I'm still crankin' on the other couple items so I can launch today. At this rate, it may be tonight, but I'm doing everything in my power to get it going on this day...or night"

It just showed up on my FB feed, but I haven't checked if the website is really there and fully functioning yet. Having waited so long, I felt I could wait a few minutes more!

Maybe since she works "soooo hard" -- to like 9:30 ---- it will still come up today. I mean ... its only 8:30 Central - which makes it 7:30 Mountain ..... Should we start a pool?

Except she's a grown woman talking about her relaunching her business and providing products which have been denied to her paying customers for months.

Your site is not the first online shopping people have done. There was no need for the tutorial. And Youtube says there is 4 comments. But only a "good" one is showing.

I bought a bundle of classes as well. Can't remember how much I paid now, it it was a reasonable amount even with a discount. anniefb I feel kind of responsible for you being sucked into all of this, because I think it was I who recommended KB when you first got your silhouette. In those days, the product was very good and I recommended her in good faith. But then I bought a 'weekend project' (if that's what she called it) and I found it unfinished and full of glitches. I thought then that it looked like someone was working beyond her means but oh my, little did I know... Oh well, lessons learned - just not the lessons we expected or paid for!

Still not up. She was preparing a blog post yesterday to tell us how to navigate the new website. Seriously. She had time to record her "excitement" and tell us how she hasn't done a blog post in so long. She had since November to type something up and copy and paste yesterday. I am so over this. On Wednesday she was up until 9:30, working on one little thing. 9:30. She wrote it in all capital letters. My response was that I would have stayed up all night working to get it done. But no, she is typing up a blog post. Really??? She does not care. If she did, this would have been done as others have mentioned before.

I think it is scary that a blog post has to be created on how to navigate a website. If it is that confusing and complicated, we all are in trouble.

I really am not surprised. Apparently she didn't want to work "until 9:30" -- like someone above .. and as a self employed person -- If I had a client waiting on the completion of a project .. it would get completed. Even if it took beyond "9:30"!
In less than a week, this will be 5 months ----

Loydene I'm beyond irritation about my costs and products. I'm infuriated (at myself) I ever wanted to support her as an entrepreneur. And disappointed our hobby has once again promoted a dithering woman who can't discern her hobby from a profession. Unfortunately this one is also a cheat, withholding paid merchandise for months.

I agree with all of you. I wish just once she sincerely acknowledged, in a professional manor (for REALS!! ), that this has taken too long because she wasn't on top of it (it does not take 5 months to build a website), regrets not having the old site fixed enough so that customers can access their classes during this time and apologize that it has taken this long. Basically...accept responsibility for this entire fiasco.

I also tried to log in. Neither my email nor my user name was recognized. I too got an error message. When I tried to reset my password by entering my email I got this message:"ERROR: Please enter a valid CAPTCHA value."
So yes, Sophiepea, you are not the only one who cannot get on to the new, improved website.
