Thank you for posting that password! I have followed this thread and been frustrated with all of you. I have bought from her for years and in fact placed an order (a large one at that) right before her site went down. Now that I used the password posted, I get into my account and it has only two orders from April of last year. And I don't see where the classes are listed. Can anyone point me in the right direction for where I might see the classes listed? go to my account and the drop down menu has a link for My Classes...click that.

On the top right hand side of the screen next to the shopping cart icon is My Account. In the drop down options is My Classes.
Kerri has since confirmed the History Project class did not transfer over in the My Classes section for anyone who has purchased but is missing this one.

I know it's older, but it was a goodie and prompts could be used for more than just your life. What happens with the old classes "that were always available" ? Will they be added later? Can the digital files be downloaded? Does she even address it?

In the drop down I see "dashboard, orders, downloads, addresses, account details, and logout." Is that the area where classes should be? And just as a note, I emailed her like she said to do. No response from her yet. Glad that I can ask here since you all are much more responsive! Thanks!

I did purchase the History Project but there should be others there, I think. She is going to force me to dig in my emails to see which classes I purchased. I think it is strange that there is no classes link at all in my dropdown menu.

I want to know why no email has been sent letting her subscribers know that the website is back up...if she wants to call it that. And I'm really annoyed and what I'm reading here. It is completely unacceptable that EVERYTHING wasn't fully restored in this took-way-too-long rebuild of her site. Why the hell didn't she beta test it with some friends before releasing the NEW hot mess. I love her products, but this is so very unprofessional and thoughtless in regard to her customers. SMDH...

Um, no. She needs to be figuring out what didn't transfer when she changed her website. I never received an email from her about the password not working, but thanks to everyone here I was able to get on using the one suggested. When I click on "My Classes" there are only 3 listed. The other FOUR are missing. Missing are: Around Here, Design Secrets, Just Add Color and Oh the Places You Will Go. Anyone else buy those classes and are they available on your list? I emailed about the missing classes yesterday. No reply.

On Facebook she ASKED for input about what people would like to see in the future from her. Someone replied "customer service" with being able to download or else actually access the classes purchased. Here is a reply to that comment from one of her supporters: "To be fair, I have taken a lot of online classes and the vast majority of them do not allow you to download them. Kerri has been transparent about the situation and honestly, I think giving grace is truly the best thing a person can do. In my opinion. I know playing with our Silhouettes are fun, but not having access to the classes for a short period of time really shouldn't be life changing." There has been another reply to that comment: "But it hasn't been a short period of time. It's been almost five months. Five months from someone who promised "lifetime access" and has people's money. If you ordered something from Amazon and got the two day shipping confirmation and was charged for your order, yet didn't receive it for almost five months, would you be that gracious about not receiving it? Or would you have demanded either your product or a refund?"

We scrappers can be tough, it wouldn't have to be a large retailer receiving wrath, an Etsy seller would be publicly flogged for this. I haven't purchased anything in months, maybe even a year now. I'm waiting to log in. I've already read here one of my classes isn't available, I am not hopeful, but wish it would be fully functional by next week, we have a long weekend.

They probably would be the first person calling Amazon after their Prime shipping was three instead of two days demanding a Prime extension.

She doesn't have an email thing where she sends out email to people. I only get an email for purchasing something. The blog was updated to let everyone know the website is back up and a list of classes that did not transfer. All the other info was posted on facebook. The change password email not working and to email her directly. I emailed here and did not hear back, so I emailed again to here msn email that someone posted here. She did respond with the same password that was shared on here. All my classes were there and the ones that were missing I got back. It totally sucks and I am still bitter about the whole thing, no communication, long time to wait, still no updates today about people having problems or a central location where people can get help. I see now that she updated the facebook post for people to email her to kerribradford@msn.com.

She could have started with that subscriber base, as well as her purchaser base, and send emails to them. It shouldn't be on her customers to check back constantly - especially given how long this has gone on. And the new website is still a hot damn mess. It is beyond maddening and she should definitely know how much good will she burned up with her customers over this. SaveSave

What happens with the old classes "that were always available" ? Will they be added later? Can the digital files be downloaded? Does she even address it? From what I understand she will continue to work on getting those classes that didn't transfer over to appear in user accounts (but who knows how long that might take). If you want to get your access back faster you can email her on the email addresses provided on page 6 of this thread. After I sent her an email about missing this class she dropped it straight back into my account.

I realise that I bought at least one class via Jessica Sprague site, so that's never going to reappear, is it? What a good job I saved all the files and pdfs 😉 Thankfully, I did the same with the other three classes too!
Just a reminder that there is a Firefox plug in (and probably something similar in other browsers) which will record and save any video playing on your screen, for anyone wanting to back up their purchases. Just sayin'.....😉

No answers to any of my emails or to the message left via the "contact us" on the website. Password still not changing, only working with the one posted here. Still missing four of my classes. Her blog is disabled for comments.
There is this an amusing series of comments on her Facebook page:
"But it hasn't been a short period of time.
Reply from a fangirl: " I'm not going to engage in argument here. I'm just saying when you're working with a small business, sometimes stuff happens. I am suggesting that grace be shown, as in the same grace you would hope to be shown if it were you. We aren't talking about Amazon. And for the record, I am waiting for something from Amazon that I purchased in November that they're having manufacturer issues with. It happens. Grace and be kind. That's all."
This sums up why some "small businesses" are not succeeding. I don't equate "small business" as an excuse for poor customer service. Or worse, not delivering a product that has been paid for. In fact, it should be the opposite. People go to small businesses to get better service. Generally the "Big Box" businesses often do not have personalized customer attention, and normally they do not charge you until you get the product, or else offer a refund if you don't get it. I wouldn't expect someone to show me "grace" if I took their money and they have not had the product or service for nearly five months.

Just a reminder that there is a Firefox plug in (and probably something similar in other browsers) which will record and save any video playing on your screen, for anyone wanting to back up their purchases. Just sayin'.....😉 Video DownloadHelper truly is Firefox's best friend. (I love how we're all just winking at each other in this thread now) sophikins She's really not helping small businesses' reputation with this fiasco and horrible way of handling it. To sum up where we're at: - She didn't even send out emails to keep people updated or warn them the website was back. - The website is totally not ready to handle normal customer usage. - The web and client data are not major life mysteries that one can't solve in five months' time. - She has behaved repeatedly as a self-centered person in this matter. It's all been "but what about meeee" and barely any proper acknowledging of what she was (and is continuing) to put her customers through. She has more than likely twisted the real facts to mould and make them fit her version of the story. Which is typical behaviour of toxic manipulative people. The fact she goes offline and stops giving any news when it suits her (including her not answering customer emails now and not even sending out an SOS to all her customers to warn them to email her at her personal MSN address rather than her website address) is just more evidence that she's a classic case of aforementioned toxic people. If you still doubt what kind of person you're dealing with, please read this and let the facts connect. - She operates in her comfort zone (Facebook) where she feels she is in control (her fangirls run to her defense in the comments and she can delete what she doesn't like). - She is not going to leave any traces of the negative buzz. Comment section on her blog is off. She'll drown the Facebook comments with her amount of hyperactive YAY ME messages and GET 40% BECAUSE I AM SO GENEROUS AND I JUST WANT YOU TO BENEFIT FROM IT promos. She's just going to get on with her "business" as usual, pretend those five months (and the continued issues) didn't happen, pick up right where she left and hope that there will be enough people to look beyond that little glitch (which totally wasn't her fault, ya know). Folks, you're warned. Be careful. I recommend downloading all your stuff, storing it and backing it, grabbing the videos with a trustworthy video download extension and not falling into the temptation to reinject some money into her business because she's offering promotions.

KB's trolls are going to make her situation worse. And I don't care if you are a small business or not. If I purchase something from you, I want the goods or I want a refund. I can't believe people let this go past the time they could dispute with their credit card company or PayPal.
