Let me take another look at it when I get it, but there's a lot of yellow in it, so I'll only want a few pieces of it. Edit: I looked at the SBTM chipboard, and I know I won't use any of the triangles or pennants and the two yellow/orange circles. Let me know if those are the ones you wanted. I'll see what the others look like in person, but I know I'll use the winter piece - it's been a rough winter. I messed up! It’s the Story Kit I’m looking for! I just called it the wrong thing! Thanks for trying to help! You're welcome!

Zero interest in the new story kit but I’m shocked it’s already sold out? Yes, the SBTM kits have been selling out for the past 3 months. Looks like they are better with the inventory or have a lot of new subscribers. I like the kit ok but so far no regrets on cancelling the sub. I think this kit is popular as there are a lot more usable things for regular scrapbooking vs some other words so people love it. Good to know. I was hoping to pick up the evening kit in April but don’t want to sub again.

Did anyone pick up AE add-one this month? I did not. The chipboard hearts are super cute but I feel like they are overpriced and nothing else grabbed my attention.

I got the hearts as they are really usable to me. I hardly buy any other products these days, so even though AE stuff is a little over-priced I still buy it if I like it.

I'm getting the numbers from January for a project I have in mind but nothing from the February release.

I picked up some of the overstock DD items that were released over a week ago (Feb 12). They still have not shipped. I understand Covid and the snow/ice storm, but come on. How behind can Inked be?

I manage an e-commerce site (not scrapping related) and orders placed on 2/12 have not shipped. First 2/15 was a US holiday then the storms. On Tuesday and Wednesday our facility in Nashville was closed. Then Thursday and Friday FedEx couldn’t come. We shipped a package from Atlanta to Florida and the FedEx plane was grounded in Atlanta last week.
Everything should ship out on Monday for us. But, the storm really messed things up.

I work in a hospital laboratory and we send specimens to reference labs out of state for testing. Some go to the airline via private courier some go Fed Ex or UPS. They get sent next day priority shipping. The reference labs have been telling us for a week NOT to use Fed Ex because they are so backed up. One of our sister hospitals in the northern part of our state shipped 2 bone marrows to us for testing using fed ex and they were stranded at our our local Fed Ex facility for 3 days. With stability becoming an issue we called Fed Ex to check status and they told us there were just too many boxes for them to go through. 😔 It’s a horrible mess. Hoping they can get back on track this week.

Our update from FedEx today for pick ups from our Nashville facility is that they are picking up, but that they may not be able to pick up all our items. So, things are starting to move, but not at full capacity yet.

I did a thing. I sold over 30 AE Story kits and stamps plus most almost a year worth of SBTM products. It feels...good. Such a huge relief. All those kits sitting there making me feel guilty for not using them. I’ve tried, many times. For whatever reason those products just do not work for me. I love her December and WITL products. Maybe it’s a mindset with those projects?
Anyway, I have all this clean empty space in my craft cave.

I have one years worth of SBTM kits that I was considering selling, because I am not really a seasonal/holiday scrapper. Breaking up her story kits was the key for me to actually use them. I'm thinking this year I may only purchase the WITL kit, if I like it. I have so many WITL/DITL stamps and leftovers I could probably piece together an entire kit or two.

Which ways of breaking up the kits have worked? I’d love to hear from people who are using them efficiently. So far I seem to be stockpiling them for a scrapbook emergency, rather than digging into them. Keeping them together and admiring the contents hasn’t been working.

There is actually a pretty good resale market for anything AE on Facebook. I sold quite a bit of stuff that was mix and match. And I tried breaking up the kits. I put all the journal cards in with my PL cards. I never used a single one. When I went to recreate kits, it was easy for me to pick out the AE cards.

Which ways of breaking up the kits have worked? I’d love to hear from people who are using them efficiently. So far I seem to be stockpiling them for a scrapbook emergency, rather than digging into them. Keeping them together and admiring the contents hasn’t been working. For me I put all the cards in a separate bin and kept them sorted by theme. All the chip board is in a container and I wrote the theme on the top. I put all the embellishment type stuff in 2 drawers...one drawer for words, and another for everything else. This has been working for me because while I don't specifically scrapbook using an entire themed kit I find that many of her themes work for many of the projects I do. So for instance for my OLW I've used cards and items from several kits: Journey, grow, Progress, change, habit, etc. For WITL or DITL I have used items from: Home, Morning, together, US, the foodie kit, Read, rest, cozy, etc. I don't do DD but I imagine there are themes you could pull from: Love, gratitude, family? The products work well together and for me it works better to mix and match them based on what I'm working on rather than to try and kill a kit so to speak. Having the cards out and easily accessible has been the most useful to me.

Same, I sold unused 2018 SBTM kits and now I'm getting ready to sell 2019 SBTM kits because I realized late in 2019 that I really don't like her handwriting because it's hard for me to read. I cancelled the kits for 2020 and have only purchased a couple of things here and there that don't have a lot of her handwriting on it. I went through my old stuff and took out everything that had her handwriting on it and will sell it as a bundle. I still am a sucker for her travel line and also those little word and phrase stickers so when they're on sale I buy them.

mom I think you called it awhile back but Pieces of Me officially has it's own product line lol. I really enjoyed this project last year and put it in my OLW album instead of doing the vision board. This year I'm doing the vision board. I will definitely get the stamp set. I will have to think about if I want to have a separate folio or just add it to my OLW again, or PL. Not really liking that felt cover at all. I like that she is going to do separate pieces of home prompts later in the year.

Well she had me at rainbow heart 😍 but honestly I am excited about this little release. I didn’t do the project last year and hadn’t really thought about it again, but this is making me want to do it. I would feel silly including something that personal in our family album, so I like the idea of the travelers notebook for it. I have never done one and have felt very intimidated by that format so I think this might be a good way to try something new, heck a two for one! And doing pieces of home is right up my alley so I am super excited about that piece for the fall. We are planning to build a new house within the next year and capturing some details of this home, where we have lived our children’s entire lives, is something I want to do for sure.

I like the idea of pieces of home. I wonder if it will be similar to her other recent project releases where you have to commit to both kits (me and home). While I like the idea of a TN, I don’t like that it includes all the extra instruction printed inside the TN. I like to keep the instructions separate from the creative project itself. It would be better to include the instructions as a separate sheet with the TN.
I’m guessing that sticker won’t stay on the felt cover long...

I am thinking about preemptively stitching the heart onto the cover with embroidery floss. I think it would be cute to have the stitched outline visible on the inside of the cover too.

I’m all in for pieces of home. Covid has lead to renovations and room refresh in just about every part of our house. We are ally learning to love it. I might even try Pieces of me.

I would just cover up those instructions with patterned paper or adhere that page to the inside cover. I just documented my 2020 Thursday 3 in her Art of Noticing TN and I covered up the front cover and the inside message.

I'm not biting. I like the patch but that's it. For the cover - $10 for a piece of felt and elastic is a rip-off and I don't like the instructions in the notebook, but if they weren't there, then it's essentially a blank notebook . Theme wise yeah somewhat interesting - but as most of the stamps are typed text, pretty easy to replicate. Sorry to be a Debbie Downer

Eh. If the patch was still available I might bite. But without it I won’t.

I like the idea of the project but it's so easy to do this in your own way and style. I think I may do it the way Amy Gretchen did it last year as an insert in my regular project life album. I like to keep my projects together a much as possible.

That's how I'm doing it -- as an insert into Project Life. I'm also thinking about doing kind of a "Pieces of Us" with my dog, my constant companion since Covid...
