Aww, I love everyone jumping in to help dawnnikol put the May SBTM kit together! I'm happy to offer you the card + chipboard with that rounded font that brought me straight back to 1997 and those Hanson brothers Mmmbopping around with their long blonde hippie hair, dawnnikol . I had the single, I remember! (and I never cared for the font.) Also giving away the "Friends rock" card + "May fun" chip if you'd like it. I can drop them in an envelope back to the US as soon as my kit gets here. ETA: Sorry about your situation, gigi333 . Strained/bad/non-existent relationships with parents are no fun (you just sort of get used to it and learn to cherish all the other close relationships you do have).

I can't make any promises for the rest, but the stamp set is yours. Thank you! That's so nice of you. I just found out a friend doesn't want hers and will be sending it to me. Ok! I'm happy you will have the whole kit.

mom Oh, happy to hear that. Now to resist buying it myself! I am actually looking forward to using it. Do I think it is a smidge overpriced? Yeah. But it is what it is. The album itself seems to be well made and will (hopefully) not fall apart. It think the size is perfect for a mini album.

It is a bit overpriced, but at this point it's not what prevents me from buying it. I'm not sure the 3x8 will be big enough for my WITL and I have too many unused albums already. I'm trying not to buy on impulse! Though I guess I could use the album for my DITL. Also, there's the fact internationals need to purchase 50 dollars of WITL products to get the 10-dollar-flat shipping. So I'm trying to think this through.

I almost purchased it until I realised I'd prefer to use another set of Jamaica acrylic covers for a 3x8 and have the freedom to upgrade my rings to whichever larger size is needed to fit the entire project.

The 3x8 albums have never interested me since there are so many things you can make your own covers from without spending a small fortune. I love the size but you can buy sheets of acrylic at Lowe's or Home Depot. I want one with wooden covers so my dad is in the process of making me a pair.

But I think the page protectors will be neat in a 6x8 album! Mine will be here tomorrow.

If someone doesn't want their May SBTM kit please let me know! I can send you the mom cards if you want? ive no kids and my relationship with my mother won’t ever be something to document I hear you sister. I'm already over Mother's Day products. There are plenty of mothers out there who deserve recognition just not mine. That's one of the reasons I don't think I would ever want to do a themey kit. And for someone else it could be Christmas, Easter, St. Patricks day. Insert holiday. Just not always my thing.

But I think the page protectors will be neat in a 6x8 album! Mine will be here tomorrow. It is limiting, but for me, thats what I liked most. I have done DITL, WITL many times before. My days in this stage of my life are pretty predictable - and thats ok - but I wouldn't have 6 photos a day to tell what I do. So, I am going to use the 3x8 and tell one story (maybe two if its super important) a day for WITL. No one wants to know I do laundry, dishes, and grocery store every day. For this stage in my life (mostly grown kids) it works. I like knowing I don't have to have selfies to just fill pockets (though I am not against that sometimes, either). I am not the kind of person to take photos every hour. For me, its a waste of time and energy. Maybe I will later end up hating this size. But man, for right now? I am loving the freedom to not have to deal with a zillion photos/stories. I can focus on whats important and then move on to something else.

Anyone know the official date of WITL? I know its the week of one of my kids...but not sure which one. The week leading up to Mother's day. I remember because it's another year during baseball & my son's birthday. I'm still trying to decide when I want to do my week--basically before or after school gets out. Before school is out would be easier, but it would be my 3rd in a row that's dominated by baseball (because that's my life in April & May!)

I got the 3x8 page protectors to use in my 6x8 album, but I'll be doing my WITL starting April 28th. I can't believe it's less than 2 weeks away now.

I pulled the trigger and bought the 3x8 album. I debated doing something myself, but I'd rather have an album with a spine than rings. mom do you share your work online so I can get some inspiration?

I do my PL Saturday-Friday because it works better for me to get my prints at Costco and work on it without falling behind. I'd totally adjust it if I had birthdays to include!

The self care does nothing for me. I'm happy to send it off to a new home, if anyone wants it. I won't have a use for the Dad stuff either. Mine passed away in 1991. I really wish the digi files were part of the 12 month subscription because there are cards I use again and again like the friend ones in the current SBTM kit. Those files have been hanging around the shop for a year, is anyone going back and paying $15 for that kit now?

I've been getting the digital version of the SBTM kit every month in addition to the physical kit. I use it to print additional cards for Project Life, and also to be able to pick out the colors and digitally change other cards to go with those (SBTM) cards. The physical kit for $10 is great...but being able to have the digital version really tops it off.
