First I was asked for a photo to ensure I had gotten the correct product i didn't send one and told them I was sure it was the correct product then I was told it had stated on the product page that it was 25 pages i replied that it wasn't at that Moment or when I purchased and in fact ali had been asked on fb and she had said she didn't know then I was offered the refund, to be honest I don't feel another notebook would have come anywhere near what I paid So yours has 25 pages, and they're telling you that's what it's supposed to have? That yours is fine- no problem here? Good grief. Katie made it sound like they had priced it incorrectly, because that's really not an $8 item. I imagined they'd be giving partial refunds. Apparently not. I am still working with the team to put a plan into action for this. We will be doing something for everyone who purchased it. This was priced incorrectly and was missed by the team, and it was our fault. We are going to make this right! We are sorry for the frustration this has caused!

Actually the class content is quite a bit more than that but you wouldn't know if you didn't use it. Saying it has no value to you is different than saying it has no value in regards to the price of the kit which is what my point was. If I never use the 10 journaling cards or the acrylic word that comes in each monthly kit does that mean it has no value? No, of course not.....It just means I wasted my money. Not to be ugly, but you are kind of like a dog with a bone with this. Why? loveslabradors has made her point clear that she places no value on the videos. You have made your point that you do place value on it. To each their own. You aren't going to suddenly change her mind and make her appreciate the class content. Bickering and nitpicking back and forth isn't helping. Lol.....this entire thread is nitpicking. I never once said that I value the content. I'm not trying to change anyone's mind. I am merely pointing out that the kit does in fact contain educational content that holds a value, whether or not it's used, in regards to the retail price of the kit which everyone glossed over when they were nitpicking it in the first place. It's called debating not bickering 😉 With that being said from all of the many reviews I've read about this kit online there is a definite correlation between use of class content and love or hate of the kit.

Well, since we're debating and not bickering, let me correct that for you: "[T]here appears to be a strong positive correlation between appreciation and use of class content and appreciation of the kit at the monetary value it is currently being sold for." Anyhoo. Moving on.

I'm so annoyed... my time kit & stamp never showed up. I contacted customer service and they just blamed the USPS for not updating tracking and told me I had to wait 30 days. For a monthly kit with class/interactive content that only lasts 30 days... so basically I have to wait until the new kit comes out before I can complain!? I have been a subber for YEARS and have never complained about a kit missing... it's not like I'm trying to scam an extra kit. I'm so annoyed that they weren't even apologetic, and they definitely should've sent me a replacement already... they could've sent me two in this time!
For context, I'm in NY and I usually get my kit 2 days after shipping. So I waited a full 2 weeks before contacting them, but there is no way that it would take more than 14 days for a package to get from Kentucky to New York. In fact, according to google maps I could WALK to Bowling Green Kentucky in less than 2 weeks. Why would I possibly have to wait DOUBLE that time for a package to be declared missing!? I know, for international orders it could make sense to wait 30 days, but not for someone on the same coast of the same country as their stupid warehouse. #rantover haha

I'd be so mad if I was you. Especially the way they overpriced the kits (in my opinion) because they claim the class value adds so much. Well if you can't use that, are they going to partially refund you?!

I'm sorry they're asking you wait 30 days for a parcel you're meant to get and use that same month. Can't say I'm surprised though. They'll just cover themselves by saying that's the time asked for by USPS.

Hopefully it'll randomly show up at your house very soon. I had a box arrive on my doorstep while I was in the middle of stressing over the fact that the tracking said it was "available for customer pick-up", at a post office 4 towns away USPS is really a mystery to me sometimes. gigi, any updates on your notepad situation? I hope you got some kind of refund.

ETA: I just got a reply to my convo that they are making an exception to the 30 day requirement for me. I'm appreciative, but I also wished they treated everyone fairly...

Brigid, the email was (supposedly) sent to everyone who ordered. I am not 100% satisfied, since I paid them with money and not store credit I would have like money returned to me, via my payment method on file. It is an olive branch and I will take it, although shipping on a new order will probably be 5 bucks lol.

Should the notebook have only been $2.99? I think it was originally $7.99. It's still listed as $7.99 in the shop so if it's an actual pricing error, don't you think it should have been corrected on their website? Customers can still get this and pay $7.99 for it. Nothing was mentioned about the lack of sheets or poor quality of the product. So, they're just covering up the public backlash from the subbers with their "oh, it was not priced correctly" excuse? It doesn't make any sense the product is still up in the shop at $7.99. How many days since the initial "oops, our pricing mistake" message? I smell bullsh*t.

New DITL kit is up for sale. I really like the colors on the cards. The cards are a good, innovative approach and design. I applaud there finally being some positive change. The numeral stamp set looks a lot like one I got in a December mini kit from SC (I think). No need for it. Those darn tear-apart word strips. Yuck, yuck, yuckity yuck. $9.99 for a set of cards is expensive. I'm happy to wait and see if the price gets reduced by at least 50%.

I love the colors and concept of the cards, but the number stamp is so basic and the word strips are annoying.
I bet it wouldn't be hard to stamp my own version of the cards.

I like that she's changed it up and taking a different approach. The price (especially with tax and shipping) is a bit high considering I already have a very similar stamp set. Also not a fan of tear aparts, but the color is nice. I wish they were either stickers or cut aparts. I don't like the perforated edges.

I hate those tear apart strips as well. And what annoys me is that we don't just see them once but now they appear in almost every kit. Enough already - how about coming up with something different!

Not torn them apart. So the perforated part is totally wasted on me, and I don't like how it looks. Definitely prefer stickers. For me, none of the DITL's have compared to the first one in 2016. That was a good one. Totally worth the price. Rolling time stamp and chipboard!
