I get why Ali/SC don't release their product at the same time as their monthly kits
but shipping for these off cycle releases/sales is getting crazy expensive and it adds up. Not to mention the environmental impact of the delivery & packaging.
I wouldn't change the off cycle release of product - since that drums up excitement and traffic to the site. As well as chat here! But I would like to be able to bundle my orders in a month across all of the Inked companies and have it shipped in one package. I'd be much more likely to make smaller purchases across the various companies.
I am not in any rush to receive the product and opening one box with goodies (that I have probably forgotten about) is way more satisfying than multiple small mailers/padded envelopes. SC has the capability & IT to bundle and they already use one customer log on/credit details across their various sites, so I think they need to start thinking about that.
My company is all about making it easier for the customer to do business with us across all of our Sub LOBs and turning us into one company to do business with.....and not multiple.
I am going to Switzerland, Germany and France this summer (family wedding!) and whilst I have travel product already- I would pick up the puffy icon stickers from Ali and some of SC's June offering.

My husband and I don’t travel, so I might glance at the stamp sets, in case any are versatile enough, because I usually like Ali’s stamps, but more than likely, I’ll pass on this release.

I love her chipboard but her pricing makes them almost as much as the entire sbtm kit for each sheet. At least it feels that way. I don't love it that much.

I love that I’m not seeing pink I spot a very light ballerina pink. From AE's own IG: an actual kit, a couple of albums, chipboard bundle, sticker bundle and more. So, the cards might only be available to those who buy the full travel kit? Oh, I'm definitely out then. There will also be classes available to buy end June, including a travel product play class. This is a complete carbon copy of DD. Major cash maker. |

Dang I really like that kit. I never follow Ali, but that kit has my attention. I know it seems kind of dark and neutral, but that's why I like it - it could work super well for everything from beaches (especially windy Atlantic and NoCal beaches) to national parks. It's not Doing Margarita Shooters Cancun Spring Break Woohoo or anything, but it's the kind of calming paper that shows up and then gets out of the way of your photos.

I like the kit. I'll likely be buying this. I do agree that her line is getting redundant and I wish she would do some collaborations now and then. As always it would be nice to see DT inspiration prior to reveal.....same with Story kit add ons.

I just watched it live on IG. Here's my personal two cents as it pertains to me. I am not a traveler because at this time in my life I do not have the time nor the money but after looking at and hearing the details of the kit, I am very sure I'd be able to use so much of this for everyday scrapbooking. I kept listening to the phrases on the cards, chipboard, stickers etc and this would easily apply to my life situation right now. Our house is on the market and I will be venturing into a whole new world very shortly. Many of these things would be fitting to also having our son 3 years ago. Adventure is not just for traveling. It's for change and change is happening all around me. I will likely buy the kit and heaven help me...THE M$LLION DOLLAR CHIPBOARD (because I love chipboard so!) lol!  I have no need for a travel specific album so I will use what I have and work the kit into my album of Change and into my everyday PL albums. I am also starting an album about me and I also think it'd be very fitting. So there ya go. There's my rambling. |

The Facebook Live was a mess. I get you have technical difficulties, but you had 1100 people view that and 200 on Instagram. Once you saw a problem why not cancel the Instagram and give the clear correct color feed to Facebook?
She also didn't give prices this time around. So I'm playing a guess the price game

I was afraid it would be too specific--I was wrong. It's a very generic kit. I thought there'd be a range similar to what she offers for DD. It's probably more of an adventure kit than a travel kit, especially with "staycation" thrown in. It's growing on me though! I'm willing to buy many things, but not at all costs.

I really really really love the chipboard. Almost anything navy wins my heart, but it also looks exceptional with that bright green. Too bad I know it's going to be like $20 for the three sheets (you know, half the size of a 12x12 chipboard sticker set that runs retail of $5.99 to $6.99).
