Great work Linda , I see you meeting challenges with bugs and punches there! Thanks - the butterflies are a QK die (mini bugs) and the dragonfly is one of my ONLY punches (I have 2" circle also). Is there a punch challenge? If so, I missed it. I know the bugs are a challenge.

Here is my page for the Donna challenge. It is our wedding photo from 50 years ago, and this page will go into a shadow box for our anniversary party later this month. Please excuse the garishness of this photo of the page. I had trouble with the gold reflecting back at the camera, and had to brighten it up a bit so the details would show. Wedding Day by Gramma Dee, on Flickr 22 Points: Creating & sharing a page (2). It meets several items in the Stash challenge (1), And 19 points for these challenges: #1 (I splattered one of the layers with Lindy's Stamp Gang mist), #2 (there are 2 wooden butterflies), #6 (the 12x 12 page), #7 (the photo), #8 (there's a tag at the top right), #10 (title letters are cb), #13 (I stamped the date in the little frame), #14 (What could be more trendy than that fiber on the tag?) #19 (Nuvo hearts), #21 (metal letters and wood butterflies), #22 (a couple of yellow roses), #28 (I made this for Donna's challenge, and it has the hearts & stars), #33 (dh & I in the photo), #34 (lots of torn edges), #36 (& I inked those torn edges), #39 (This will work for the OFF THE WALL challenge I had not taken on before), #41 (for my own challenge, this meets all the criteria and I am claiming a BONUS for the yellow roses), #43 (single photo 5x7).

This board is hopping with creativity! On page 3 already. Had to go back to page 2 to look at what is there... mom , that baby page is really original with the primary colours. Such a sweet photo too. And I love the button treatment on your card. I try to avoid buttons on cards I have to mail, but I can see using this on one I will be delivering by hand. I love the sneak of your DT LO, kiwigirl . You always find so many ways to add texture and interest to a page. Love that gathered crepe paper ribbon. And your Donna page is awesome. I love how it shows your spirit to conquer whatever gets in your way. And the scattering of stars and hearts and dots on the black background adds a lot of personality to the page. And Linda, I am glad you have found a way to share your pages. I love all the little purple elements on these pages. That dinosaur is darling! I left some love in the Gallery for kitbop 's fun page. I don't even want to THINK about what our reality show would be titled Keep 'em comin' Ladies! This is going to be an AWESOME month!

My effort today, which was a bit of a struggle because I got frustrated with an action not working. Then tonight I realised it's because half of the elements it needs I hadn't installed Challenges by number: #1 - splatters, #2 - bug, dragonfly, #7 - rectangles, #8 - tags, #13 - stamp, #17 - home, #20 - mixed media; paint, #37 - dragonfly on virtual foam squares; #43 - single photo.
kitbop love the name of your show, and it would just have to be full of colour like your pages.
linda, I like the pink dinosaur, that paper is quite lovely. You've done a lot
kiwigirl, I love the black background - I want to do one of those myself sometime. I love all those accent colours too, so I might pinch those too. How disappointing about the paper pad, I'd be a bit miffed too.
grammadee, Happy anniversary!! And are you getting a pair of specs like those in your photo because they are brilliant! You could do a then and now! Love your page, it's so bright and happy.

crystalb, cute Clifford layout. Your children seem to be so happy to meet him. Great job on Spatters. kitbop, I love your combo of kraft, floral and those cool border hearts. Left love in gallery. I love the other layout too. Your title about your reality show is fabulous. You have a fun and cute family!! mom, what a precious experience to have a new baby in the family. Delightful photo and layout. Your card is so pretty. I love the twine. I need to remember to use it on my cards. Lovely. kiwigirl, I am anxious to see the full layout. I love the metallic papers and that cute black bow. I love your black background layout. You do such a great job on embellishments. I love the little clusters of ink, sequins and paint. So cute with clever title. Linda, cute Girl Scouts page. That dinosaur looks so fun. Thanks for the 8.5x11 ideas for me to scraplift. I have GS pages to do also. You have really been busy and I love that you use lots of photos on your pages. That collage of words is great. grammadee, I love your wedding photo and know people will love seeing it at your party. You are both so cute. Congrats on 50 years. It doesn't happen as often anymore! Lovely page. JaneB, I love your page and especially the way you framed the photo with the polaroid frame and then added your journaling to it. I love your style and love to look and learn from your art. I just hit ORDER on way too many photos from Costco, but by Monday I will have LOTS of choices for scrapping.

grammadee, your layout is lovely and elegant, and I can perfectly imagine the gold IRL, the torn edges are the perfect texture! JaneB - thanks for changing your handle so I will stop mis-tagging you Your layout is great, although the topic is rather sad...love the stamping of beautiful in the corner, and the big frame and tag.

I go away for a day and there are more pages than I can keep up with by the time I get back. I love that these challenges have everyone creating and sharing so many pages but damn it's hard to keep up with them all. I love seeing so many beautiful pages shared! Here's my next one:

mom love your baby page! Such a fun design and I really love the colors! The card is too sweet kiwigirl loving the sneaks for your first DT page! Sorry to hear the AT isn’t as wonderful in person I preordered a bunch but haven’t gotten it yet (thank you ACOT); I did order the single sheets though not the pad, so hopefully I won’t hate it. That’s so frustrating when that happens!! Your “I can I will” page is fabulous. Love everything, the dark background, the stripes, all the washi goodness, the sequins exploding everywhere, it’s gorgeous! kitbop what a fun page!! Love the title itself and all the fun fonts just make it so much better I really love that design too! Linda I love the bright colors on your pink dino page, and the cloud-shaped journal spot and of course the cute little dino herself I hate LOs like that, so frustrating! But yeah, take a deep breath and say, “oh well” and move on is my mantra! I really like the fun word art on your museum page and great colors; that purple is glorious! In case no one answered your punch challenge question, check out DawnMcD’s diecut/cricut/etc. challenge grammadee so so gorgeous!! What a lovely tribute to your amazingly long marriage!! I really love the little frame housing the date and yup, those glasses are pretty fabulous too! JaneB love your page! I really like the photo in the background and all the nature-y colors. And what a sweet memory of dawn inskip

JaneB, I am amazed by what you can do with a digi LO! Love all the little elements like the branch and the birdie that give off that summer garden vibe. So sorry you are unable to enjoy your garden. You were a cute kid, Chinagirl828 ! Love the white/black/pink colour scheme. Gives the page a heritage feel, and it can't be THAT long ago! KikiPea , you are on a roll! I love the pic's of that little cutie in the water, and your colour scheme, waves and fish really add to the fun. And your Good Stuff page has a classic feel. Love how you picked up those sunset colours.

Holy Canoli - I did it!! Thanks grammadee
I'm claiming this one in - Be There or be Square (2) - Rock Those Rectangles (2) - Trendy (brads were all the rage for awhile) (1) - School Days (4) - Sparkle & Shine (glitter paper) (2) - Use your Dies (the title and stars) (2) - My Stars (2) - Donna Challenge (4)
These photos are very special - this grandson had a really hard time in school. It took him 6 years rather than 4 to get his high school diploma. I thought he had given up and was so pleased to get an invitation to his graduation.

Great LO JaneB, not so great about the £13 grand but the LO is awesome! I love the leaf with the fancy brad on it, and the frame over the tag, so lush! WOW Chinagirl828 that is a fabulous LO! I adore the gorgeous colours on the spotty background, the lush little clusters and your fab journalling. I want to scraplift this down to every little detail! Great LO's KikiPea I love the clustering on your second one! gramma so glad he graduated in the end, way to go! And as always, I love your title, it's fab and all the photos, amazing!

Chinagirl828 - always love your layouts - the pompoms under the photo, the strip journaling, obviously your eye on colours! KikiPea - splish splash, LOVE the design! Really great layers and angles - this is the good stuff - the colours are perfect, and your clusters are too gramma - your whole layout is frameable it's so perfect. He's a good looking "boy" and your story makes me like it even more! You must have agonized about decisions on that LO but you nailed it. (I'm hoping I'm not missing LOs peas! They are all so good and why my own mojo is doing well these days!)

You were a cute kid, Chinagirl828 ! Love the white/black/pink colour scheme. Gives the page a heritage feel, and it can't be THAT long ago! I am a little horrified to admit some of my early childhood photos are on slides (although there are plenty of photos too). I don't consider myself quite heritage yet although it is my birthday today! Chinagirl828 that is a fabulous LO! I adore the gorgeous colours on the spotty background, the lush little clusters and your fab journalling. I want to scraplift this down to every little detail! Thank you! I must confess though, most of my recent layouts have been very heavily inspired by Shimelle's current layering class. Linda I love the shade of purple and the cute little critters on your pages. (Also, side note, I find the word opossum to be one of those words that just makes me smile). gramma I'm so glad you got the gallery sharing sorted out. I really love the black, white and gold colour combo and the cluster of grad embellishments is perfect. KikiPea The wavy background and alphas are perfect on the splish splash page and I love the colour combo on the good stuff - it picks up on the sunset beautifully.

One more from me for tonight. This meets the stash, splatter it, be there or be square, rock the rectangles, border patrol, chip off the old block, oh yeah baby (that's my grandfather), random icons (those glasses are lucky they didn't get tossed), scraps, and single photo challenges. (also, those red dots blend into the background way better irl).

Happy Birthday Chinagirl828 !!! I know it's already tomorrow over there but it's still your birthday over here, keep celebrating! I love that Sunnies LO, it's just so beautiful. You have such a knack for putting together simply stunning papers and making them so pretty! I don't see any Shimelle in your LO's, her LO's are always a massive mess to me, so many busy papers competing with each other, it always hurts my brain! Your LO's are just superb! I was feeling blah this afternoon and I read a thread on a diabetes forum titled 'type 2 life' and I liked it, so I used it as my title. I also pulled out my most favourite collection ever, BG Highline to try and cheer myself up. I love that collection, it always looks good no matter what I do with it (I think anyway - you must all agree with me, I'm feeling blue ). I am taking 14 points for this one. I'm clearly seeing the challenges I use over and over now lol! gramma I have taken a point for your #14 Trendy challenge for using the brackets around the word, I hoped this is what you meant when you posted the challenge? I remember the trend where every title had brackets around it, I always used the brackets on my Thickers up! I used that real old set (they're vinyl and I had to stick em down with Glossy Accents cause that glue wasn't good anymore) and it reminded me of the bracket trend. So I've taken a point for that challenge

kiwigirl I LOVE how those colours pop against the black background! Also love that stepped up (or stepped down) matting design. Gorgeous photo of you, too. Here is my second page for the month. I will calculate the points and edit them in below. A few years ago, I had done a shadow box for a photo of MY mom and dad's wedding photo. One of my nieces had collected a ton of family photos and added them to a DVD for us. I just located the photo of dh's mom & dad when I was doing the basement sort this past spring. And since I had a shadow box of my parents' wedding and of ours, I decided to put one together for my in laws as well. As in our photo, I simply snapped a pic of the photo through the frame glass with my iPhone, and that is what I printed for this. wedding 1944 by Gramma Dee, on Flickr 17 Points: One page created and shared (2), and 15 points for these challenges: #2 for the butterflies, #6 for square page and #7 for rectangular photo, #8 for the tag, #9 for the border stickers, #11 for my family, #13 for the stamped date on the tag, #14 for the lace/velvet ribbon, #22 I am claiming the bonus for my 5 flowers, #29 for diecutting the one butterfly, #33 b/c there are two people, #34 for the torn edges, #36 for the inking, and #43 b/c it's one photo.
